I called in a panic asking for an Electricians advice about a recent treadmill purchase that blew my breaker. My husband was out of town and it wasn’t as easy as flipping the breaker, so I was still in need of some troubleshooting. I assumed I would have to have an electrician come out, get charged a crazy amount, but Lance talked me through what I needed to do an was extremely patient and kind. We will definitely use Patriot Electric for all of our future electrical work. Thank you!!

I emailed to get an appointment for an electrical issue I had. The owner called me back, discussed my concern, and gave me a lot of information over the phone. He was able to come in person the next day to take a look. He was knowledgeable, communicated well, and gave me several options that were of reasonable cost, instead of trying to sell me an expensive fix! I will definitely call Patriot Electric again in the future!

Dylan and his team recently hooked up our new hot tub and we were very impressed with the quality and professionalism that was displayed from the moment of arrival until they finished the job! Called to set up an estimate. Being a Veteran loved the name. However the gentleman who answered and wanted all my info couldnt even tell me what if anything they would charge to come give an estimate and generally seemed to have no idea about how they do business so I am guessing an answering service maybe. Going to keep looking I guess

Dylan and his team were amazing. Dylan came out to determine what we needed and Nick actually did the installation of the Lutron programmable switches. Nick was so calm and patient as we worked our way through the Lutron set up on my Ipad! Will definately have them back out to install more switches and call them for any future electrical needs.

Patriot Electric was awesome to work with! They handled all the electrical for our main floor remodel, including replacing our electrical panel, adding new can lights, and adding/replacing outlets. The lights are perfectly aligned and spaced, and they made sure everything was up to code. Super friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in Spokane needing electrical work.

It is my pleasure to commend VPC Electric for the communication, professionalism and quality service they delivered on our garage lighting project. Kendra was proactive in apprising me of scheduling and who to expect from VPC.

Jesse came out to bid our project and was a good listener, understanding the options I wanted him to bid, then providing pricing that made our choice an easy one. When I had questions on the preliminary invoice, Kendra and Tim responded with explanations and solutions.

Lead technician Sherman arrived on the timeline expected. He was very personable and ready to work. Three hours later, Sherman knocked on the door to announce that our project was complete. He walked me through the finished project and answered a couple of final questions. Tremendous job done!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product delivered by VPC Electric! To say our expectations were exceeded would certainly be an understatement! VPC Electric will be our first choice for all future electrical projects and I would give them my highest recommendation!!

I called to have service done. I was unprepared and under informed. The technician Eddie P explained and educated me on what I need to do for my project to work. He even deferred the service charge, saying he wants to have lifetime customers, and VPC will be there when I am ready.

It's not fun when you push the outlet thing & it won't pop back. I called VPC Electric & Amber was able to get me on the schedule for an estimate. Corey came to the rescue to see what the problem was. When he removed the first problem outlet cover, he showed me how badly my electrical outlets, smoke detectors, and switches needed refurbishing. Mike & Austin came a day later to do the work. This team is awesome, very nice, great to work with. They were also able to help me with financing, which was a huge help with this unexpected & costly issue. Called to have a new doorbell wire run as I had tried to hook up a new doorbell and kept breaking the fragile wire. When Zach and Rey showed up they took the time to investigate the issue and found that they didn't need to pull from the basement saving time and money. Truly appreciated the professionalism and will definitely be giving VPC my business on the next project.

After calling VPC Electric about our smoke detectors, Austin came out to check into our problem and very quickly came up with the problem, the solution, and an estimate. He is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing. He was a pleasure to work with.

Then a few days later Nate came out to install the smoke detectors. He was so quick and efficient, and as a bonus, he was so kind and understanding when our cat got loose. I highly recommend this company and love their staff from the first phone call to the last contact we had. From now on any electrical problems we have, VPC Electric will be on speed dial.

I have used VPC Electric's services twice, and I could not be happier! They are very professional and friendly, timely, responsive, and they do good work. Austin and Romulus worked quickly but didn't rush, and they took the time to explain things and show me what they were doing. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, too. I would absolutely use this company again!

Zac, Jacob, and Miguel and all the staff at VPC were very helpful and responsive. They did great work, worked late to complete the job, and followed up to make sure everything was completed properly. They were also the most reasonably priced between several estimates.

My experience with Bob (about 18 months ago) is the reason I first decided to hire VPC and it has only gotten better since. The office (Victoria and Amanda) is always quick to answer the phone, answer questions and get me on the schedule. Tim is also great at communicating arrival times and moving me up on the schedule when he can.

Lastly, a big thanks to Andrew & Sergio who showed up on time and got straight to work today, even making an extra trip to exchange parts with a local distributor so the heater and thermostats matched the existing. They are a great example of why I choose to work with VPC!
