Electrical reviews in Spokane, Washington

CTC Electrical Contracting Inc. responded very quickly. They were very knowledgeable, found the problem and resolved the issues within an hour. I could not be happier with the service provided. I will definitely use them for my future electrical needs. I highly recommend CTC Electrical Contracting Inc.

Remodeling construction before moving in. Timely, professional, thorough, and responsive. We noted that bathroom was darker than we wanted and they were able to quickly install extra light.

Needed to replace AC unit and they reconfigured electrical hookup to provide disconnect for outside condenser— all in time for HVAC installation and for patching before painters showed up, in very busy summer schedule.

Honest and very ethical owner. They have a great attitude and positive approach toward challenging jobs and obstacles. They like the job done right the 1st time.

Charles was very helpful, professional, kind and did an amazing job! He fixed the electrical panel, a ceiling light in my son's bedroom, and our old electrical outlets. Thank you for all your help!!

Mr Clugston personally went through the problems I was having with outlets and switches. After he had left I had a problem and called him and he turned around and came back to fix something completely different “the switch” on my furnace. He went above and beyond and I so appreciate him. If your reading this, please know you’re in the best care with this company! Thank you!

CTC Electrical exceeded my expectations in EVERY way. They were meticulous, friendly, and very professional. Everything was explained so I had a thorough understanding of how everything would look and work. And the work completed was superior! I couldn’t be happier and would use them again and again and again for any and all electrical needs!!

Great guys! They are very busy but will treat you right. Decent people you can count on. I had both, Charles and Alexander, at my house (different instances) and could not be happier. I highly recommend to anyone!

Very prompt and professional. I had a lot of questions that were answered . Great guy. He was able to explain everything to where I understood cause I am NOT an electrician. Friendly service. He was able to make sense of my Christmas light tangled mess of a pane . Will definitely call again and I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I needed 3 electrical outlets changed to GFCI, because I am selling my home. On the phone and in person Charles was professional and got the job done right the first time. I recommend Charles because he cares about his customers. Thank you

CTC Electric went above and beyond with our hot tub installation. Charles is professional, honest and kept us informed about the permit and parts delivery. Levi and Joseph arrived at the set time and were efficient and very knowledgeable. From start to finish this company deserves the highest rating possible and we highly recommend them. Thank you CTC Electric.

We called CTC when we were really in a bind. We needed work done to be ready for power to be put into our property and needed it quickly. Charles went above and beyond, was professional and we are very happy with his work.

Wow amazing customer service! They were able to take care of my tenants with a same day appointment. Charles identified the problem and had a solution very quickly! He was even able to get my home warranty to cover it. I can’t thank him enough, and I know I’ll be using CTC electric in the future!

CTC Electrical did a great job for us replacing several lighting fixtures. I would especially like to thank Cody, who was courteous, professional and did the job right. Highly recommended!

CTC Electric is the BEST!! Our garage electrical outlet was not installed correctly. They figured out the issue immediately and promptly scheduled the much needed job. We also added on a few much needed upgraded electrical fixtures in our out dated home. They were very professional and I will recommend them to anyone who needs any electrical repair or upgrade. The end result was a customer who received complete 100% satisfaction by the tech and scheduling dept. Thank you CTC for giving us peace of mind in our older Spokane Home!!!

Charles came out to my house to fix an electrical outlet that was not working. He fixed it, and in fixing it, also fixed a flickering light in another part of the house. On another occasion he came out and added new 20 amp electrical circuit for our kiln. Everything has been working fantastically since. I would recommend Charles to anyone looking for an electrician! Thank you for your help!

“Amazing” is an understatement to describe Charles. I arrived at my mom’s home & woke up the next morning to no electricity. After unsuccessfully trying to solve the issue myself, I left messages with a few companies—it was a Saturday morning, & no one was answering their phones. When I called CTC, Charles answered the phone himself & came over to save the day. He is knowledgeable, thorough & kind. He even called the next day to follow up. If you need an electrician you can trust to do a great job, I highly recommend that you give him a call. You’ll be glad that you did!

Charles and Jason are incredibly helpful and accommodating! My mom had searched all over her area looking for a specific breaker for her home and couldn't even get someone to come out and look at it without a huge fee. Charles was able to help over the phone locate a part and make sure my mom had help step by step. We literally were treated like family and there promise was accomplished "they gave her the power."

CTC are the best, professional and dependable electricians you need for any job. Had a nightmare with our install of a generator. Everything works now thanks to Charles and Jason. No more breakers tripping. CTC uses higher quality materials than other. We finally have complete confidence in the electrical. They get the job done correctly the 1st time, unlike others.

Charles is AMAZING. He will not stop until he finds the issue and is honest, caring and professional. My home would've burned down had it not been for him and his incredible work ethic and nonstop searching for the issue .I would never hire anyone else for a job, big or small, emergency or not . Fantastic person .

Well to make a long story short, I was changing out a flood light on my garage when I flipped the breakers back on the switch just kept going back down and half the house was then without power including both fridge and freezers so I immediately looked up an electrician that had a 24 hr line and they answered right away and were able to talk me through how to get my power back on. My power was back on with a short friendly phone call and that was even at 11:40PM. Thanks again for helping me out!

Character and integrity. Charles took the time to make certain we were satisfied. He seems to care deeply about the quality of work they provide and about the customer relationship. Would definitely work with them again.
