Today John and Eddie came out to fix an electrical issue I'd had problems with for months. I spoke with Mikki first, who was incredibly nice and informative, she also set up text for me so that I could send pictures of the issue, as well as receive updates on their ETA. I called this morning, received texts through out the day, and they arrived right on time! Eddie and John were insightful, hilarious, and incredibly informative, they drew up a free estimate and were able to fix the problem today! They showed me where the problem was, explaining the issue, and were incredibly informative. This is the best interaction I have ever had with an electrician, and I will be using their services in the future.

John did an estimate for me. He is a very nice young man and I was so glad to meet him. He adjusted my dining room ceiling fan in addition to showing me how to get an electrical outlet to work for me. Not sure about the bid yet as I have just started on this project. But John is a very accommodating person.

Had two floor plugs in installed and a new doorbell. John and Eddy were very professional, very detailed and just a joy to have in my home. The work was done quickly and the results looked like they were part of the original build. The Coordinator Mikki was just fabulous. Always ready with information, stayed in constant contact with me, followed up after the work was done and was extremely good at scheduling. Very kind, very personable lady. I could not have asked for better.

Eddie was great! In the past I have hired 2 other licensed electricians & a Handiman. It never got fixed right. FINALLY, My lighting problems got resolved. Thank you.

Eddie was awesome, took the time for proper diagnostic work, instead of just throwing parts at the problem like the prior company I had take a look at our generator automatic control switch. He will end up saving us a lot of time and money to do the job correctly. Great service, integrity, and skilled in their craft.

John and Jesse did an outstanding job of installing an outlet for our gutter heater cables today. They were prompt, polite, professional and extremely thorough. Mickey in the office was also outstanding. She followed up all throughout the process to make sure that everything went as planned.
