Chales the owner and his crews. Conquer projects big and small with the same care and professionalism. They have installed 400 amp serveice for us all the way down to installing a car charger. If there's a problem Charles goes out of his way to fix the problem and make sure that everything is to the customer satisfaction. I believe the lady from the sign review probably experience the same worker I did and Charles got rid of him and sent somebody to fix anything that wasn't done right. It happens sometimes but Charles handled it in the best way he could and got it fixed right away. that's what services is. He always tries to do things the most affordable way that he can do it for the customer and pass the savings on to them I appreciate this because I have had electricians that have tried to gouge me. I have done business with Charles for just under a year here now and CTC is my go-to electrician company. It is great to have a locally owned company that's not a corporation and going to give personal attention to each customer but also has the resources of a corporate company.

Charles and his crew were like dealing with ‘old time Americans’. Charles answered all my dumb questions. He actually listened, and made sure I understood procedures, and the plan to restore electrical damage after a house fire. The guys that actually did the repairs were personable, and knowledgeable, and had humor. Not just work robots. To me that shows working for CTC/Charles is more than just a job. I feel comfortable is recommending CTC. Sorry, I have no pics of me, so Danika says paws up

Two individuals came out to fix our ballast, but unfortunately, they damaged the entire sign. In place of the original, they installed a smaller, janky, used-looking version. See the disappointing outcome in the photo. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them for adjustments, we have not received any response. It's unfortunate that we paid the wrong individuals who managed to mess it up.

These guys were spectacular! They came first thing in the morning, assessed the situation and had the power company out, and the power back on within hours! We are so impressed and thankful for your service! Special thanks to Ethan and Charles!

We live in an older home and had a real problem with the electrical wiring. I called Electric Smith and they sent a highly qualified electrician out who had the problem fixed in very short order. I recommend them highly!

Our electrical install from start to finish was done professionally and on time. We would recommend them for any size job.

Not sure what business model that will send someone out to do an estimate, and then not do the estimate, no further communication.
I used them in the past and they were OK but cannot get them to return a call
Update: I got a return call and we set up a time to do the work, I must say the guy they sent to do the estimate with the only one of three that seemed to know what he was talking about, maybe i was a little impatient when I did not get a quick response, all trades are a little overwhelmed right now.

I wanted a new outlet in my kitchen. I called Electric Smith and they were out the next day. The electrician was fast and efficient. Excellent work and excellent price.. I recommend this company.

Steve installed all the electrical for our new garage. He was very professional. I would definitely hire Electric Smith again on any project.

We had the best electrician. He was highly skilled, understood what we needed, reliable, and Very quick. We could not have asked for more. The cost was very reasonable.

Had two jobs done, upgrading a panel and adding full electrical to a small garage. No complaints at all with prices or work until I noticed the proximity lights done on the garage had no switches to control a manual on/off feature. Called the owner and was told that would be an easy 45 minute job and it could be done the next day. When all was said and done, my bill for adding a switch to those lights was over $400. When speaking to the front office manager she asked if anyone had mentioned their small job fee (which I believe was a minimum of 4 hours of labor, and I had not heard about from the owner when he told me it would be a 45 minute job.) Despite my complaint, the labor costs were dropped from 90 to 80 /hour and I still ended up paying $400 dollars. Enough to burn that bridge for me.

I had another electrician do a project for me, and it that was a pain. He showed up late, if at all, walked in without knocking, and never explained anything. When my service panel started failing I decided to call someone else. I took a shot with companies I found online. My electricity was flashing on and off and the outages were getting longer and longer. I spoke with Dave at Electric Smith and he said he could get somebody out in the morning. Rob showed up the next day (exactly when he said that he would), and looked at my panel. He explained the problem, tried some simple fixes, gave me the options, and did it all openly and honestly (I teach physics and know enough electricity to know that he was not full of it). I asked them to replace the whole panel and Rob came back a couple of days later and took care of the whole thing. I really liked Rob's work, his personality, and his openness about what he was doing. Electric Smith is now my first call, and it was refreshing to find a contractor that did what they said they would do when they said that they would do it.

Dan was awesome - We had several unique situations with our build and electric install - The staff was patient and helpful navigating us through the challenges. Highly recommend this company and will absolutely call on them again in the future
