We hosted my daughter's outdoor wedding this past summer. The Spokane area TruGreen team was an outstanding partner. Responsive, dedicated and committed to helping us get our property in tip top share, TruGreen earned our trust and loyalty. The mosquito control service was also very effective. I look forward to working with TruGreen in the years ahead.

Our technician Darrin was very professional and accommodating when he arrived and our sprinklers were on.

I was told that aeration was included but it wasn’t done this service, shouldn’t it be done in the spring after the snow melt compresses everything? Also, her sprayer wasn’t working so she had to do pellets. How does that compare to the spray? We have about 150 wild turkeys that come out every morning and I’m afraid they’ll eat it all. The gal was really nice - it wasn’t her fault. Please advise on the concerns.

I purchased a lawn care package from Trugreen last summer. This package was to include 6 monthly treatments, which they did provide. However, their scheduled visits were frustratingly random. There were times I would receive an email notice, and the tech would arrive on time. There were times I would receive an email notice after the tech had already arrived. There were times I would receive an email notice and the tech would show up 3 days later. Their notification system simply doesn't work and was very frustrating and disruptive for my wife who was working from home at the time.

I can't say if their fertilization services did much, if anything, since my lawn looked pretty much the same as it has in previous years when I fertilized and treated it myself. I can say that up until I purchased their services I never had an issue with clover in my yard, but after I purchased their services patches of it started popping up all over my backyard. I addressed this with the tech that came by, but they clearly did nothing about it since I spent numerous hours over the summer tracing clover runners and pulling clumps of it out of the yard. Was the clover their fault? I can't prove it, but I've never had an issue with it before .... just saying.

I have since called and canceled any and all future services. The guy I talked to at their call center was pushy and rude and extremely reluctant to cancel my service plan, as they auto-renew their services and want that customer retention. We went several rounds before he finally relented.

My experience echoes many others and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I gave it a shot and have decided that I much rather maintain my lawn myself.

Andrew was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain the service and give ne some tips on watering. He is a top shelf employee and a true asset to TruGreen.

I like that Tru Green guarantees their work. I had some weeds that wouldn’t die. They got up to be about Waste high some kind of weird grass. They had to come out three times to spray but they did it. They guaranteed their work they re-sprayed and did not charge me. That’s excellent service

Today, your Specialist came to re-do what originally was a poor application(s) 2 weeks ago. Well this time another Specialist, Kody F. came to do the job. I am VERY PLEASED that he took the time to walk our front and back yards to assess and discuss my needs and how he was going to address them. He nailed it as far as meeting what I thought should have been done originally. I am a first-time user of TruGreen and it looks like you have a happy customer. YESSS!!

Today's tech was very professional and nice. He took the time to get to know my dog as well as answered all of my questions.

Kale did a great job was professional and very easy to work with. Pleasant personality. However I called multiple times to have the address corrected and W. Shore LANE still shows up instead of W. Shore WAY which guided him to the wrong location 45 minutes away from the correct address. PLEASE CORRECT THIS TO AVOID DELAYS.

James was here as he said he would be. He was very polite and answered all my questions . Very confident in his service.

Honestly felt like a big scam. We set up a subscription to get our grass back, we have a few bald patches and with our busy schedule it sounded nice enough. But nothing that was told to us was actually going to happen. Grass seeding and aeration was not included which we would have never known if we did not call for extra clarification and the soil test we were promised never happened. I’m glad that we canceled our subscription when we did. It’ll be much cheaper and we will actually know what is going on in our yard just doing it ourselves or going with literally any other company.

This is our 2nd season with true green lawn service, and we are very pleased with the service.

First visit of TruGreen services. I will update after a few more but Kody was helpful answering questions and making good recommendations toward helping my lawn. He was quick and my kids even were occupied for the time he was here watching him through the window 😆

It would have been nice if we were notified in advance the day and approximate time for service. Also I'm a Service summary it would be nice to see the price for each application. And you're still misspelling my last name, even though I had called you and corrected it over the phone.

The service man did exactly as I requested. Called so I could open the gate. came as he said. Did not knock or ring the bell. Thank you for the service.

Talked to Chris on the phone in the Spokane area, and after I told him I was going to get more quotes from other companies before deciding which company to go with, he decided to hang up on me before I was done talking.
He seemed very good on the phone until I pushed back on the price. I might still use them after I am done with my research, but I thought it would be worth mentioning some bad customer service.

James called me the next day, and made it right. Good price, good service. Lawn is growing strong..

They're very professional and quick and the lawn looks great !!
The youg woman was very friendly and applied the pre-emergent quickly. And as a bonus, she loved our dog.

Very impressed with Daulten! Very personable answered my questions knowledgeably. Full of smiles I spite of the heat and smoke filled air. Good employees are hard to come by, I hope to see him back. This is an employee to keep!
