Someone came on September 30th and told my husband that he was going to put down fertilizer and weed control spray….a day and half later half my yard d turned yellow. We called the provided phone number and was told that someone would get back to us in three business days which I find unacceptable. I guess I will have to wait…😡😡😡🤬 see the pictures below to see what true grand did to my yard…….still have not contacted me!

Did a great job last spring but missed one dead branch on a maple tree. After 4 calls still haven’t responded to correct.

My neighbor and I share a tall arborvitae hedge, which was overgrown. Star Pruners reduced the height and tied it to support the large limbs. They did a beautiful job!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had. I hired Star Pruners last June(2012) to trim my 7 foot spiral schrubs and trim my 3 foot plants on my front walk round.( 2 tall , 6 small) I paid him $200 cash. A week later he called and told me he had done the work and if I did not like it just call. I called him back and told him he had not done the swirl to the top, he said no problem, he would fix properly and round the small bushes properly.I called him beginning of August. Once again said no problem , again no show. I called him again in Oct. Same B.S. no show. Last month I called him and told him I just want it done and you would not like my review on his web site. He called me back told me sorry and that he would fix it. It has been 30 days with no work done. $200 loss will not change my life, but I do not want anyone else to experience this kind of service.

Our very large hedge was overgrown and out of shape. Scott and his team turned it into a beautiful hedge again using only clippers. No power tools! The neighbors texted immediately and told us how amazed they were at the transformation.

Scott, and his crew, are quite simply the best. I couldn't be happier with the job that they did at my home. I highly recommend Scott, and plan to use him again

We had Star Pruners come and prune 5 of our fruit trees. They did an excellent job. The trees all look professionally pruned. They cleaned up all the branches and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

We have tall cedar hedges extending 50 feet in our back yard. It was the best pruning job we have ever had on them. This was the first time we've used Star Pruners and were very pleased. We'll be using them from now on.

Wow...what a wonderful surprise for the quality of work that Scott did when I contacted him to help me with my project at my lake place in North Idaho. He showed up...went right to work and knew exactly what was needed to be done for the job I had for him. A very nice guy,,,chatted while he worked so we each got to know each other a little more personally.

In the future, I know I can call him and he will do a top notch job in the landscaping areas. I would recommend him to anyone...for he is a real professional in his area of work.

While he did a great job at my lake place...it was nice getting to know another person as well.

I could not say enough good things about the work he does...but, You need to give him a try and you will be wanting to be using him over and over for landscaping issues.

While taking my dog for a walk I noticed several trees that had been pruned to what looked like perfection. In front of the trees was a sign for Star Pruners. When I got home I gave them a call to see what it would cost to prune a very overgrown, lopsided crab apple tree. They came by the next day, gave me a competitive bid and said they could do it the next week.

They came by and pruned the tree yesterday. The tree looks airy, evenly shaped and all the branches going every which way are gone. I am anxiously waiting for spring to see this beautiful tree in all its glory.

I highly recommend Star Pruning. They do wonderful work, are reasonably priced and go the extra mile to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with their work.

Scott and his hard working crew spent several days on our bedraggled landscaping and pined property. I came home this afternoon to a most beautiful sight. A landscape that is no longer crowded and overgrown to property I can actually walk through without catching my hair on dangling branches. Things are beautifully pruned and spaced, trees are limbed up and forest ground cleared. As I walked the property I cried. I could have worked on this for the rest of my life and not come close to what Star Pruners accomplished in a few days. It's one thing to watch this crew work daily as things are removed and cleaned up, and another to see it complete with the detail pruning. Scott, you will be a part of our lives forever. Scott was able to work me in for a fall clean up and removal of all the perennials and tall grasses in my yard. It usually takes me weeks to do this, with lots of pain! I was surprised when 1 worker showed up to take care of everything! I went over all that I wanted done with John and soon found out that he is a working machine! John is a very pleasant person with a great personality and great work ethics. Long story short, in less than 3 hours he was done and everything looked better than I have ever seen it in the fall! Great job, only wish I had found them years ago! I will be using Starpruner each fall and now spring for trees and pruning needs going forward! Thanks again Scott and John!
