Star Pruners did an AMAZING job on my arborvitae’s. They were professional, kind, and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a business who truly knows what they’re doing at a VERY affordable rate.

Our yard was so overgrown with some trees so high we couldn't imagiine how they would prune them. Scott's crew worked together to get everything trimed up beautifully, safely and in no time. The entire yard looks fabulous. Thank you to a great group of pruners and arborists. They know what they are doing. You wil be pleased with their work.

Super happy with the job Star Pruners did on our arborvitae hedge. They were on time, knowledgeable, respectful of our property and our neighbors and the hedge looks beautiful. We unknowingly neglected some aspects of caring for a super important privacy aspect of our yard while engaging services elsewhere. The crew at Star Pruners is very skilled. They are thorough and very nice to work with. Our hedge looks wonderful after their work and Scott’s bid was the best we had. We will definitely call them again for all our pruning work!

This crew and owner are excellent. We got such great service and when I paid for it, I got a jar of jelly right before Christmas! Haven't tried it yet as it was just handed to me, but thanks Scott and crew for excellent and professional work! I'll leave a separate review of the jelly :)

The Star Pruners crew arrived at our property this week and promptly started renewing our landscape. Our trees and shrubs are ready for spring and they did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. I highly recommend Star Pruners after using their service for over 30 years.

Wow, what an amazing company and crew. This is my second time using them, and again the work performed was 110%! Great communication, hard workers, cleans up the area after removal of bushes, trimmings and leaves your project perfect. This 2nd job was not just pruning, it was removal of bushes, trees, pruning and clean up. I will use them again, and have referred to many people. You will not be disappointed with price or their work. Scott is so easy to work with, John leads his team like a champ, and the workers are so hard working to perfection and completes tasks that I could never do. Always here in time to spray, fertilize, sprinkler care etc. They do a great job! I have thick healthy grass, and no weeds. The staff are great. Pleasant, knowledgeable and the best!

Called and left a message, a week or two went by and no one called me back. So I sent a online request for service, and now three weeks after that and no one has reached out. They came referred to me, but I’ll be letting that person know this isn’t the one to refer out to.

We are new to Spokane and so impressed with the snow removal. Our area is cleared in the early evening so we can get out the next day. So many streets aren’t plowed at all! Thank you!

C&C had been doing work for my mother as well as myself for yrs mowing and edging, tree trimming etc spent thousands of dollars on this and had a great experiance with all but one person...Aaron in the lawn maintenance department, he was horrible to work with and in the later yrs i had to actually call and relay messages thru the mowers or reception staff in order to get services provided, he wouldnt call back no matter how often or how many times i would leave msgs, the guys doing the work informed me that he didnt like me and that i should just call them if i needed work done and they would relay it to him. All the other workers were wonderful especially Josh, who would estimate the cost of tree services we needed as well as the mowers & reception and accounting departments. I no long employ ur services do to my experiance with Aaron Stapleton in the mowing department and have no hesitation expressing this to people that ask me about my experiance, its sad that u r loosing business due to one bad egg. I have since run into three people that have had the same experiance with Aaron and also no longer employ ur services. I now know it wasnt just me he didnt like.

Incredibly unprofessional snow plowing services. They constantly plow areas that have already been plowed, seemingly accomplishing nothing, and do so in the middle of the night. They do this incredibly loudly. They have no respect for people’s ability to sleep. Truly abysmal awareness of surroundings.

Make yourselves available to do this at normal hours. Except in emergencies, plowing at three in the morning isn’t just rude, it’s incompetence bordering on malice.

Not impressed with customer service. The tree cutter was nice but over worked. He worked very hard ! He had very little help. On the last day, he just left my house and didn't even tell me he was done. I got no invoice or receipt. I signed nothing and paid for nothing. I had to call them back the following week to ask for an invoice. Customer Service is lacking.

Exceptionally horrible service.

Snow plow opperator tried purposely blocking in my car, when confronted said his "boss told him to put a big A$$ pile behind it." Proceeded to drive like a maniac, swerving all over screaming "F#@K YOU!" Almost hit not only my vehicle but at least 3 other visitors I had over as they entered the lot.

Came outside this morning to find a huge berm of snow plowed into the front of my car, not only blocking me in and rendering my driveway useless, but damaging the front end of my new vehicle.

Not only that but he plowed into my friends vehicle as well whom was parked in a different section of the lot damaging his rear bumper as well.

On top of all that, the lot hardly even looks plowed even though he was in a newer plow truck with a huge expensive looking blade on it that definitely could've done a WAY better job had it been in the hands of someone who knew what they were doing. I feel bad for property management who just wasted a ton of money on this service.

Don't hire them if you value things done properly, or respectfully. 👎👎

Thé person that turned on my sprinklers for the season did not ensure that all the sprinklers were working and only set the system for 3 days per week saying « the almanac says it’s going to be a mild summer ». I wanted the sprinklers set for 5 days per week as it been set for the past 4 years. My backyard lawn is now brown and dead. I have to run a separate sprinkler in the front yard every day since there has been a heat wave of 100 degrees. So disappointed in this company.

Chris and the entire C&C crew have been extremely responsive and easy to do business with. Their ability to handle multiple requests for different landscape projects is a great time saver for our Board of Directors. Our HOA is very pleased with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend C&C.

Came through at almost 9pm for snow removal tonight. Did an awful job that only made things worse. Now we have a bunch of snow plowed up in front of my garage where it wasn't before and in front of my car on the road where I just shoveled earlier today. I have no issue shoveling and moving snow around but our HOA pays for and uses their service. If it was up to me....I'd stop using them immediately.

Our neighbor and friend had a large tree in the back yard that was splitting down the trunk to the ground. Very dangerous and guaranteed to take down our joint fence - and more. I recommended that they call C&C who came out almost immediately and cut it to the ground, then took out the stump. Talk about service! Needless to say, I highly recommend C&C for their hands on "get it done" service to Spokane. They took out 7 trees for me last year and did it right!

I've used C&C since 2008 and have been totally satisfied with all of their services! Starting with scheduling what needs to be done, prompt, professional service technician's (and I'm really picky about my garden's), as well as competitive pricing! I'd recommend them any time as the go to yard care service! Thanks C&C!
