Reviews of local pros in Spokane, Washington

Did an amazing job, very thorough, answered questions throughout and cleaned and checked things 2 other companies had missed multiple times. Can not recommend strongly enough

We have worked with Provision for over a year and they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend working with them. 5stars all around ☺️

Turned out to be a simple fix for my air conditioner but Vitaliy spent an additional 30 minutes combing through my entire system making sure I was well taken care of. Great person, great service, and great company. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough. Professional service, willing to adjust to my situation. Very reasonable w pricing. Please save yourself a headache and call Provision Heating & Air!

He was prompt and got the job done and gave assurance system was in great working condition just needed a tune up. Especially since another company just wanted to put a completely new system in.

Great customer service, very professional and awesome install and walk thru on use.

Showed up right away at 8:30 this morning fixed our thermostat right away and got us up and running before the heat kicked our butt. Super thankful for his quick response time would recommend to anybody and everybody. Was a great guy in the house and not awkward at all.

Vitaly is knowledgeable, they did great work, they were quick and did a very clean install.

They did a great job!! Very easy and pleasant to work with. Called the next day to make sure things were working well.

Vitaly and Provision HVAC has been awesome to work with! They are punctual, show up ready to work and get the job done QUICKLY - and correctly the FIRST time, I might add. From diagnosing my water heater to replacing a capacitor on my AC that prevented cold air from blowing - these guys got us feeling comfortable again for much less than the other quotes we got. I would definitely trust Provision HVAC with any heating and cooling needs again in the future.

They were amazing! Fast, quality work, and extremely friendly. Prices were more than fair. We will hire then again!

Great experience start to finish. The new heater was installed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable repairman. Great customer service. Explained what needed repair and was able to get parts by next day. Great experience!

On time, professional, and honest service. They did the full Hvac install on my new house and I couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend!

Provision HVAC has become our family’s go to HVAC company any time we need help! They've done great, quick and efficient work every time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Timely, responsive and great customer and service. Vitale the owner is very responsive and David the tech was polite, knowledgable and efficient. Would highly recommend. b. abrams

Vitaliy was able to come super quick to fix a problem with my new thermostat install. Very friendly and very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend!

Provision provided me with a competitive bid using equipment that has, from my searching, some of the highest reliability in the industry. They answered all my questions, giving me confidence they know their stuff. The install (replacing a heat pump and blower pair) was clean and professional. Long term quality and reliability will be assessed over time, but for now the system is working well and I am very happy with the work done.

A company of integrity. My house has an old furnace (like back when they made things to last) and at first Cougar Mechanical just tried to sell me a new furnace during inspection, claiming holes, headaches, possible carbon monoxide (CO) leak and had me sign a waiver and everything. That whole interaction seemed shady, and my CO detectors never alarmed, so I called Provisions for a second opinion and Vitaliy came out. He was knowledgeable about code, dismantled and cleaned the parts of my furnace that accumulated years of buildup, and suggested which parts should actually be replaced instead of buy a new furnace. He also did a CO test with an actual tester and there was absolutely 0 leak.

Honestly best HVAC company ive ever worked with! I am currently trying to move and needed the HVAC serviced and inspected. Another company came out first and told me that it needs to be replaced. We reached out to Provision for a second opinion and even though our system is old he said everything is in working order and nothing needs to be replaced. Use Provision Heating & Air!!!

I spoke with Vitaliy when I called. He was very pleasant and helpful, made an appointment right away.
David came out and worked on our furnace as well as the HVAC. He was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Did some educating and answered all of our questions.
I would recommend this company very highly and will definitely use them again!!
