First of all when calling around to get our AC working I was told by multiple companies that it would be 2-6 weeks before they could be out. Aire Serv was able to fit me in, in 6 days. And not only that but the customer service rep was the only one from any company that gave me three things to check and try before having a service person out. She was very informative and helpful. I still had to have a repair person out. Jeremy was phenomenal. He was reasonable and even gave us recommendations that would save us money. I will always call Aire Serv. They are honest, reasonable and helpful.

Had a great experience with Aire Serve this morning. I called and got an appointment the next morning. Martin was very friendly and helpful. He was on time, and found issue pretty quickly with our AC and was able to fix. He also briefly explained what he was doing and how the system worked. We are excited to have a cool home on our next hot day. I recommend Aire Serve and ask for Martin!

Aire Serv of Spokane is A-MAZING. I had them replace the original boiler for heating my house and replace the slightly newer hot water tank. They were able to condense both units into one. I couldn't be more pleased with the out come and the hardworking the technicians put into the installation... Martin and Trevor were very professional, worked hard to keep their work space compact and tighty. Eric, the owner, did a grate job of helping me find the right fix and keeping me up to date on the progress of the install. I highly recommend them. I will be looking to have them install a mini split in the future. Thank you Aire Serv!

I'm very pleased with Aire Serv, the service tech is very polite, professional. He was very patient with me as I am a little bit handicapped. He was on time, he troubleshot the problem in my furnace & repaired it quickly. We had heat in less than 30 mins which was greatly appreciated since we'd been without for 5 days because of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Thank you Aire Serv. Eric, the owner, is extremely knowledgable, helpful, professional, and a very reliable person. I have had really excellent assistance from him several times, and I completely trust him to be honest and fair. I plan to purchase a new boiler furnace and water heater system in the very near future from Air Serve. I've done my research and they come out on top.

Our complicated issue with old hydroponic wall heaters was resolved during the first visit. Our serviceman /owner, Eric, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! He fixed everything and explained, in detail, how our system works and recommended improvements for future use. He is amazing, super smart, and has a wonderfully positive attitude. As a first-time homeowner of a 130+ year old house, I was very intimidated by the ancient boiler living in the basement and unsure how exactly the whole system functioned. Martin came out to show me the ropes and light the pilot light, and was so helpful and patient answering all my newbie questions and explaining how it all worked, what to expect, and what to look out for. On top of that, he is truly a dog whisperer and was so good with my rambunctious puppy! Really appreciate the expertise, patience, and kindness and will absolutely use Aire Serv again in the future.

We were experiencing issues with our furnace in the night time. In these temps it was crucial for someone to come out and check on it. They came right away that next day and found the issue! I forgot the tech’s name but he was professional, nice, and quick about finding the issue and getting it fixed.

Aire Serve installed our furnace and instant hot water heater in 2018. We are having some problems with hot water pressure now, and the person from Aire Serv diagnosed our problem and is looking for solutions for us to fix it.

Great service. I live a bit outside their service area but they sent Rob out anyway to help me. Rob was very knowledgeable about working on my system and got it up and running rather quickly once we had the correct parts. Would definitely use them again though hope my heat pump doesn't break down again anytime soon.

Almost $200 for Aire Serv to come to my house for an estimation? My wife called you guys because we did prior business before. This time was to find a solution to outside AC unit but the tech or estimator (who knows what his job title was) reverted to harmful sales tactics such as bait and switch, selling without research and ignoring my needs. I paid his egregious estimation cost and after he left I called somebody else. Looks like another HVAC company is getting my business. New HVAC unit being installed this upcoming week. If i could give 0 stars, I would. I wont let myself make that mistake with using AirServ, ever again!
