Constraction reviews in Sumner, Washington

Sean, Nathan, and the team did a wonderful job remodeling my bathroom. It went from a broken bathtub and outdated features to a beautiful walk in shower with a modern spa feel. They communicated well, completed the work quickly, and even came in under budget. I won't hesitate to use them again for remodel projects.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with H & S. Nathan, Sean, Ed, Dawson and all the subcontractors were wonderful. Our great experience started before the project did. We got several bids and Sean and Nathan were by far the most thorough and attentive to our requests. Our project evolved into something much different than the original plan and they were flexible with us and always willing to meet and discuss our ideas.

Once it was time to start the project, the preplanning and preparation they did to get everything organized and scheduled paid off and we had zero delays. We had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an entire floor worth of floors, doors, trim and dry wall work done, added a beautiful BIG window and were able to move back into our home right on time. If there was something that wasn’t quite right, they already had a plan on how to make it just right.

We are so happy to have trusted H & S with our home and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about the work that was done on my home remodeling project by H&S Construction. Sean and Nathan were very patient and helpful when it came to design ideas. They were very professional, well organized and reliable. Their work ethic is impressive. I was provided with a calendar at the beginning of the project showing what would be done each day and the people scheduled to do the work consistently showed up on time ready to go. Sean, Nathan, Ed and Dawson take great pride in everything they do which is evident in their workmanship. They transformed my house into a lovely, cozy home. I can never thank them enough for everything they did for me. I highly recommend H&S for your remodeling needs.

These guys were so great to work with. Small town friendliness. Came out and did a walk thru. Listened to what I hoped to accomplish. They made recommendations. They placed the order and notified me right of arrival. Very quick at coming out to do install. Left no mess. Financing extremely reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

H&S Construction has done several remodel projects for friends and clients of mine. They do high quality work and most importantly, they are people you can trust.

I can’t state enough how good this company is! I’d like to give them 7 stars. They worked with me to bring my vision to life and to fit my budget. They communicated on every aspect, always arrived on time and worked steady all day. Kudos to Sean, Nathan, Dawson, and Andre for a great job. I love it! K Zeigler

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with this incredible team, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Our home is over 100 years old and, as you can imagine, it comes with plenty of quirks. The team approached every challenge with patience, creativity, and a solutions-first mindset. They helped us navigate unexpected issues without ever compromising on quality or design.

What really stood out was how flexible and informative they were throughout the entire process. As first-time remodelers, we had a lot of questions, and they always took the time to explain each step and make sure we felt confident in every decision.

They delivered beautiful, high-quality work, stayed on schedule and budget, and completely transformed our kitchen into a space we love. On top of all that, they were just great humans—kind, respectful, and genuinely a pleasure to work with.

We wholeheartedly recommend Sean and Nathan and wouldn’t hesitate to bring them back for future projects!

H&S did a great job on a garage conversion to add a bathroom, laundry and mud room while still leaving room for a one car garage. This was done for a family with a with a child recently diagnosed with Leukemia. It was a labor of love for them. I was so impressed that they were called in for renovation/reconstruction work at a commercial building where I work. They were able to meet the compressed timeling with time to spare. Great job guys.

Jack did an excellent job of replacing my from steps. He arrived on time, answered any questions I had and wrapped up the job in good time. Sean and Jack were very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely keep H&S Construction & Renovation in mind for future home improvement projects. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs home improvement work done.

Such a kind and helpful company! They helped explain all our options and helped us sort out what would work best for our family and budget! They even went above and beyond in delivering our flooring when it came in earlier than we thought!

We are beyond grateful for H&S Construction & Renovation. Sean and his team stepped in to help our family during a very difficult season, when our son was diagnosed with leukemia and we needed a second bathroom. They generously volunteered their time, energy, and resources to complete a partial garage conversion for us—and the end result is absolutely beautiful. Their workmanship is great and their kindness and compassion are something we will never forget. This was more than just a construction project; it was an act of love and service to our family. Very thankful for H&S. Would recommend!

I'd like to thank the team at H&S for the terrific job done on my project. We had some flooring that needed replacement and they work closely with us from start to finish selecting materials, scheduling masterful job, cleanup, and then follow up on our satisfaction as well. They have exceeded all expectations and I will absolutely use them again for future projects.

Satisfied Customers

We had a long term dishwasher leak that ended up destroying our cabinets and subfloor and we had to replace our entire kitchen. Nathan and Sean were there every step of the way-from helping us navigate insurance to showing up on Christmas Eve because we had a huge issue with our stove delivery. They are very easy to work with and really great guys. They care about their clients and our final product and it shows. Highly recommend and we will def be using them again in future projects!
