Potelco is a great company, with a knowledgeable and hard working staff. They are always responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to perform construction services.

Salem Oregon would like to thank you for your help restoring our power🔌 outages🕯️. We appreciate you coming down to get power up and shinning 💡💡again. Thank you to your families as well. 💪💪💪

I'm told Potelco is the only contractor PSE uses for utility installation-thus it appears Potelco can get away with cancelling scheduled installs, not communicating with PSE case manager regarding rescheduled installation, and when you call Potelco-they can't give any information related to who is in charge of install, when installation is to occur etc etc. (secrecy) Local contractors inform me this is what Potelco does when they get behind in their work. We need another company to compete for PSE's business to thwart monopoly Potelco enjoys and abuses.

Guys in potelco truck swerved through 2 lanes of traffic. Almost hitting my car and running me into curb then start tailgating me flipping me off for something that was totally their fault need to do better research on people they're going to let drive their company vehicles

Tonight a driver almost ran into me in the intersection of Custer and Capitol in Trimester. He entered the intersection and realized he was in the wrong lane. Instead of finding a different route to the freeway, he cut me off within inches of my bumper. His trailer license plate is 8496-YL.

no communication, just got notified that our power is being shut off in a few minutes, people have been working on this project for weeks. I am trying to run a business and would have had a back up generator onsite to handle the phone systems and computers. Now all of our customers will suffer because of your lack of communication.

They don't warn you when they will be coming, they block driveways. Start work with LOUD equipment at 7 am, run around screaming at each other.

Horrible company that lacks clear communication. They handled the electrical upgrades in my neighborhood. We were notified in advance of power outages, but Potelco would cut off the power the day before, or go grossly over the expected outage time. The phone number we were provided by Potelco was never answered nor did they return phone calls during outages.

You have a Driver in Hillsboro, Oregon ' driving through a Fred Meyer parking lot at high speed, instead of waiting behind my car to turn right-he chose to drive around me and turn before I could. Squeezing his big, long work truck through a tiny space next to me. Almost hitting the side if my car. Myself and another car behind me had to back up, for him to move forward to make his illegal right turn. Almost hitting two other vehicles after that. Just to race up the parking space lane - in order to get to Taco Bell, 1/2 mile farther down the road. He drive this huge work truck as if it was a little race car. He needs driving lessons and to re- certify to be behind the wheel of something belonging to your business.Since I can't attach a photo - the work truck #044860 , US DOT320233 'young blond white guy driving the truck.

The Potelco crew dug up my phone line at the end of my driveway. The Forman said it was not marked correctly by the locating crew. Potelco then ran their pipe and covered the ditch and paved over the broken phone line. They said its CenturyLink problem and they would not be able to do anything to fix it. CenturyLink has not been out to fix it. I have been with out a phone or internet line for 5 days.

Potelco, working on behalf of Puget Sound Energy had their team installing a gas main in front of our house and inadvertently drilled the gas line through our sewer line to the sewer main. They sent a contractor out and repaired the damage and reimbursed us for expenses we incurred trying to fix the problem. We had a bit of trouble being reimbursed for a portion of the expense that we paid in cash to a friend who does drain clearing. In the end Potelco stepped to the plate and in the interest of a happy customer, sent us remittance in full for our expenses.

Plastic garbage everywhere just waiting to be washed down a storm drain - do better Potelco - clean up your garbage.

I think this company is full of amazing men doing crazy amazing things especially during storm season that most people don't actually appreciate especially when they're on the road in a vehicle facing a flagger like me to flag for these guys who restore power and communications to everybody so I don't understand why they get disrespected including flaggers by drivers. Nor do I understand why neighbors make complaints I mean I can just stop flagging and tell the boys to go home and y'all could be without everything but we're not like that we actually take some drama and beat downs from people's mouths that completely is out of pocket. Yet the patelco boys love the bucket heads love the Foreman's love the you know them all and so should you.... Have a good day...
