I dare say such respectful, reliable & trustworthy, focused hard workers are whom President Trump will say they are the icons of America’s future economy. To think, not one of them smoked either! They treated my property like they were working on their own / a relative’s estate.

From my faith stance, Statesman Services LLC was my Lord’s Army sent to battle my roof “war” and save me from potentially more costly damages in the near future.

My 5 stars review is nothing compared to God’s rewards for their excellent work ethics. May Abba Father continue to bless all of them abundantly, beyond my imaginations! May Statesman Services continue to grow ~> & create more jobs in WA / USA!

Kimo and his crew really great to workwith. Did a great job cleaning roof and gutters. Their clean up was spectacular!

Kimo and his company were very knowledgeable and professional with how they handled our roofing issues. They determined that our problem area needed to be reroofed due to age and incorrect installation from the previous company. They were very fast and professional. They took great care to protect our surrounding areas, and they cleaned up everything afterwards so we didn't need to worry about anything. I was looking for someone to do some patch work on my roof. Kimo and the Statesman Services LLC came highly recommended. I reached out to schedule a meet for a quote and met with Kimo a day later. While we were on the roof, Kimo started pointing out things that popped out to him which everyone does in any industry. But it was the consistant detailed explanation as we moved along the roof that caught my attention. It showed me that Kimo has spent a lot of years in the industry. With every question I asked it was met with a professional detailed response that made me comfortable. Once Kimo got the info he needed and was ready to offer a quote. He gave a presentation with more detailed information of the entire process, from beginning to end, which displayed his knowledge of the industry. Truth be told Kimo was so personable and down to earth I was sold before he finished. I gave Kimo the green light and the project started two days later. It was a one day project that's given me peace of mind that willl last longer. Kimo constantly checked in to see if there was anything else I needed and gave me updates from day one. Kimo and his crew did an awesome job on our roof! Kimo put together a really comprehensive proposal for replacing our flat roof and we're really happy with the results. It took 5 days of superhuman effort from the crew to get it done and it looks AWESOME! Looking forward to staying dry through the long winters ahead!

If I could give kimo and his company (Statesman) 10 stars I would. Kimo and his company (Statesman) has been dealing with my roof issue for almost 3 months due to insurance not trying to follow safety guidelines policy and the City making us jump through hoops for permits. But kimo and his company (Statesman) fought for me and family to get the repairs done and never stopped fighting for us. Kimo went far beyond any company I've delt with as a homeowner. Kimo and his company (Statesman) was able to help us save money and work around our budget for repairs. As all homeowners know, most companies don't care about your budget, they just say here's your bill now pay and we all know roof repairs are expensive. Mo, Glenn, and the rest of the team were great to work with for water mitigation. Everyone was very professional and careful with our home. Mo explained the whole process, and was very thorough and accommodating. He made sure that we could still have our home as functional as possible throughout the mitigation process.

Jason, LaTonya, and Nick were so helpful, kind, efficient, and they got my basement cleaned quickly. They worked with my landlady to secure payment, and they were available in under a week to help me with a job the former contractor had left undone for months. We had Andrew and Joe come out. They were out the next morning after our loss happened and started working to mitigate everything fast! Walked us through the plan and got to work. Very professional and awesome group of guys that made us feel safe and secure with their work. Highly recommend these guys!!

I came home from a trip to Italy. Although the leak in a cold water pipe had been repaired, I used Servpro to remove the wet hardwood flooring, dry out the structures within the walls and spray for mold. The process took five days. At every point I was informed of what was being done and why. Every question was answered. I felt very relieved by the capable and kind responses of Moe who was always on time, cheerful and helpful.

Servpro did a great job drying out and removing damage after a leak in our home. We are now confident that repairs can be done without worry of mold or rot developing.

We had an unfortunate accident causing water damage to our home. After a terrible experience with another company that supposedly does water mitigation, Jason of Servepro came and saved the day. He was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. I had confidence that he fully understood the situation. As far as having the actual work done, Marquise was here daily. He was friendly, professional, courteous, hard working, willing to go the extra mile, trustworthy, knowledgeable and all around exceptional. I had full trust in his ability and wasn’t let down. He worked hard to salvage everything possible. My kids and I loved having him here and were sad to see him go. Because of the excellent work done, I’m having Servepro do the restoration as well. Every employee was great: Ken and Leonard as well. If you want your job done correctly, please don’t hesitate to trust your home to these young men. I’m looking forward to reviewing the restoration as well.

My experience with Servpro was amazing. I had water damage to my bedroom and bathroom on a Friday. Nick was there the next morning setting up fans to dry it out. He was there first thing Monday morning and started the cleanup. I had to move completely out of my bedroom much to my dismay but Nick set me up in my living room so that I was able to stay in my home which took some thought on his part along with his wonderful experience. Nick took care of my home like he would his own, they came back and put everything back after the contractors had finished. It truly was amazing. There was one complication but after my call to them that was fixed and completed great. Jason was also very helpful in making sure that Nick was my service person throughout the whole process. I would recommend both of these guys highly.

We love Servpro of Tacoma! After our master bath shower failed and flooded our basement we were in need of a big fix-it team.
