What a great experience. Darwin was so knowlegable and patiently explained everything. Was able to come up with an alternative to replacing the roof, saving me a lot of money. Jose and Edgar were the latest in a long list of very good techs, installers, and project contacts from Guardian Roofing. Today was our FREE roof inspection, one year after the new roof. Also, they responded to all our questions and issues from the original job, correcting minor things we found well after installation. Dallas was very pleasant to work with as he listened closely to my concerns. As I requested he made a video while he was on top of my roof and he took the time to explain why he suggested certain repairs. Dallas produced a reasonable bid and I felt as though he was honest when some other Roofing companies may try to sell you something that you not need.

I was quoted a price with certain repairs listed. All the repairs in the quote were not completed. As explained to me by the installer. I called the sales person about the issue. He informed me that the billing invoice would be adjusted to a lower price because of not using the materials and installation time. That was not accomplished, i received an email stating that the bill was now late and due. Without any consideration that I contacted the salesman and their office by phone prior to the threats. So I paid the less than satisfying payment, completely. I will not have the roof replacement we discussed for next year, nor will I ever recommend your business to anyone. I have been offended by a company who does treat the customer in an honorable way !!!

Ron Bracali came this morning to assess our attic ventilation and insulation. We've had a big moisture problem up there. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful in developing a solution, and was here for nearly 3 hours! We've hired Guardian to take care of the problem.

We had Juan come out today for roof and gutter cleaning, and he did an impeccable job! He thoroughly explained the whole process and showed me the pictures of the work he completed. All the debris and moss were cleared off, and the roof looks almost brand new now. What really stood out was that he also cleaned up around the house afterward, which was such a thoughtful and helpful touch.
