Carlos Ramos was a star! My roofs are difficult. Today's appointment was to clear off the moss over my dining room. Carlos arrived right on time. Smiling and pleasant. Another project that reminds me why I work with Guardian on all my roofing projects.

My new roof on my home and large garden shed was scheduled for a Phase One 3 day installation. Guardian called me to ask if they could arrive to reroof a week early and it was agreed upon. The three man crew worked hard 12 hours on day 1. They removed the old roof, replaced the new roof shingles with some minor repair to plywood underlayment and fascia trim boards. The lead roofer Jorge replaced and framed/trimmed my weathered chimney surround beautifully. Soon a new custom made chimney pan cap will arrive and be installed.
Day 2 was demoing the cedar shakes on the garden shed, new plywood applied, roof paper with new shingles/trim applied.
New roof crest vents on the main house were installed, two new solar tube lights and they also added extra soffit vents for the upcoming Phase Two attic insulation job.
Phase Three will be the new guaranteed clog free continuous gutter/downspout system.
Both roofs completed in two days just ahead of a small rain storm the following day. The crew protected my landscape, backyard deck with hot tub and cleaned up each day with a final yard/driveway magnet cleanup.
Project communication is key with Guardian when their workforce is on your home property.
Project Forman Antonio visited twice to confer a couple of my concerns and he resolved/reassured me that my concerns and questions were answered. His last visit was a final inspection and took it upon himself to caulk the new chimney surround with trim.
Guardian Roofing also phones, emails and texts you to communicate all upcoming schedules and work.
The Phase One roof job came out beautiful. Very pleased.

Luis did an excellent job. I was very impressed with all the work he did. I felt he went above and beyond. He even pressure washed the metal trim around the gutters. The cleanup when he finished was great. Very impressive.

Juan’s work was stellar. He replaced broken tiles, then cleaned the roof and gutters. He cleaned up after himself and soft washed the house siding and windows. The roof looks great and we are happy with the services provided.

Today We had our 16 year old Roof cleaned, moss treatment and gutters cleaned inside and out by Guardian Roofing and Gutters. Edgar arrived right on time. He introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. After that he got right to work. He completely removed all the dirt and debris from our gutters. He did a non-invasive moss cleaning and then added an environmentally safe moss treatment . Once this was done he wiped down the out sides of our gutters so they are all white again 😊. He also did an inspection of all our roof vents and roof itself and said everything looks good. No issues. During the cleaning process some of the debris falls to the ground and gets on the fence and the sides of the house. When Edgar got done with the moss and gutter cleaning on the roof he completely cleaned everything up in our yard, fence and side of our house. He did a fantastic job. 👍👍👍Everything looks beautiful. One of the things that Guardian Roofing does is takes pictures of everything before during and after. Edgar showed us all the photos. I did a walk around and he did a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ job for us. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing to anyone who wants a top quality company fulfilling their roofing and gutter needs.

We contacted for inspection needed for loan explained that to person that came out they were very efficient at coming out giving us a quote and scheduling because we needed certificate quickly. Work and clean up was great paid last of bill day after complete and asked for certification. Nothing have called 3 more times and they are too busy or not in to email me the certification. Very disappointed in the final part of this project. My loan is held up because of this

I was in real need of new gutters on my house. Guardian was the first to come up when I search and I was so happy with the salesman that I went ahead and scheduled. The team came out and were very respectful and efficient. Cost was reasonable but they will let you know they’re not the cheapest or most expensive. Honestly after the new gutters were on it was money well spent. Highly recommend them.

Daniel and his assistant worked quickly and seem to make a great team. The did take care of some derby the previous crew left and it was appreciated. Hopefully the job equality will show up with our 1st rain fall. I will give it time for the oil to be washed off them that they forgot to tell me about and how it would effect the performance for the 1st couple of rains.

Guardian Roofing gutter team did an awesome job on our home. Ronald Chandler and his installation team were neat, fast, friendly, and provide quality workmanship.

Two guys worked 2.5 days to clean our tile roof. 40 degree weather. They were the hardest working guys I have ever seen. So detailed- they pressure washed the driveway each day and even wiped the windows to ensure no junk from the roof was left on the house or driveway. Seriously, they were incredible.

Carlos was professional and worked quickly to repair damaged shingles on my roof and remove extensive moss buildup. He was careful to communicate that the new shingles would not be the same color before installing them and was thorough in inspecting the damaged areas and determining what areas needed to be repaired. After completing the cleaning, he took extra time to wash down my decks, paths and windows, leaving my house and yard looking great in addition to my roof. I'd be happy to have him work on my roof again. Thanks! Communication with this company was a bit frustrating at times, but I was satisfied with the quality of their work for both the estimate and repair, and they offered a competitive bid.

Hired for moss removal. Some of the moss wasn't fully removed the first time (it was probably hiding in a corner and slowly slid off after the job), and so some moss started growing after a few months, but I emailed them and they were very responsive about it. They came back since it was under warranty and honored the warranty, which was very nice of them. They did a much better job cleaning the second time. Hopefully, it lasts this time, but unfortunately it rained later on the same day after they treated the roof. And it rained a lot more on the days following the treatment. Hopefully, it wasn't washed off. We will see. Juan was really great. Very hard worker. Would recommend him as a worker. Probably deserves a raise!

We needed some roof repair after installing a new water heater. The entire experience with Guardian Roofing has been great. I’m addition to the repair, they did a whole roof inspection. They corrected some loose screws in the gutter system during the inspection. Henry showed up on time and made quick repairs. Before and after pics below.

Guardian was top notch from start to finish. Tanner came out for the thorough assessment and gave quote options based on the work I needed done. He was patient with answering my questions and I appreciated his tone and explanation. Tanner is the exception when it comes to men, and I found him incredibly respectful and kind. Juan did an excellent job with the cleaning, repairs and roof treatment. Daniel did an excellent job installing the gutters. The security I have before rainy season is thanks to them.

I will be recommending Guardian roofing to anyone I know looking to get work done on their roof.

Carlos Echeverria and his team of guys were nice, efficient and clean. They didn’t leave any traces of having been there when they were done. Carlos checked in with me when the team got there in the morning and let me know in the evening where the progress was and what they still needed to complete. Awesome and professional team. With all the action outside, my 2.5 year old son was in heaven just watching.

The accounting team and superintendent were also great to interact with. I had nothing but great communication from day one through the last day when the guy came back to finish our chimney.
