Constraction reviews in Tacoma, Washington

We have 3 parts to the roofing on our house and garage and this is the 3rd time we have used Guardian to repair and replace our roofing. As a company I find them responsible, responsive, reasonable and respectful. Juan worked on our roof this time; exploring the leak and problem solving how to vent the roof and drain it better. He was super hard working, explained the problems well, cleaned up after the project and was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended.

They responded quickly to my initial call. The first person to come out evaluated the job quickly and explained the problems with photos. Within a week they were out doing the repairs. They completed the work in one hour at a reasonable price. They did not try to sell me more than what I needed. Thanks so much for getting the job done professionally.

Our experience with Guardian was excellent. We hired them to rebuild our chimney, replace a series of old gutters, and replace some water damaged roof shingles.Maison Becker was our original contact and helped us arrange the work. He was efficient and responsive whenever I had a question. The chimney team did a great job on a moisture damaged chimney. Ronnie and Eric did the gutter work faster than we thought it could possibly be done, and solved all our water drainage problems. All in all, we are completely satisfied with Guardian's terrific work!

Positive experience all around. Clear and fair pricing, professional work in a timely. Would def recommend. Thorough and intelligent explanation of options without pressure. Thank you Darwin and Luis.

My routine roof and gutter service was thorough and efficient. As always all debri was cleaned up. I am very pleased once again with Guardian Roofing.

We were extremely pleased with Darwin who inspected our roof and gave us our options and quote for the jobs we wanted to have done. He was friendly and professional. Our old cranky cat liked him so much that he fell asleep with his head on Darwin’s foot as we were sitting to get our estimate. He’s never done that with anyone. After that sign of approval we knew this was the place to get our roofing jobs done, even though the price was slightly higher than what my husband wanted to pay. It was worth it. The work to repair damage to our house roof, totally replace our shed roof, and treat and remove the moss on our house were completed today and it all looks fantastic!

He was extremely helpful. We discussed the problem of the large pine trees and the pine needles piling up on the gutter mesh work. We decided that for our property it would be best to have Guardian remove the mesh but contract to clean the gutters intermittently during the year. Thank you.

Peter from Guardian Roofing came to our home today to give us an estimate for roof cleaning and yearly maintenance. He was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Answered all our questions. We will be setting up an appointment to get the cleaning done.

Fidel was on time for gutter cleaning, roof inspection and moss treatment. He was very efficient, cleaned up nicely and kept us informed. Great job and his wrap-up report to us was very precise and helpful.

I am extremely pleased with the work that Raul and Hosue did putting up new gutters for my house. They found things that needed to be done to protect my house, which they fixed before they attached the gutters. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and care with which they did this work, keeping me informed at all times and the obvious craftsmanship of their work, I would recommend the to anyone for their skills and work ethic.

Guardian Roofing notified me that Josh would be coming out, and he arrived right on time. He was very personable, I asked a lot of questions before the actual inspection, and I learned a lot from the process. Josh completed a very thorough inspection, taking pictures and creating a video to clearly point out areas that needed attention. He then provided me with a proposal, and based on both my prior positive experience with Gardening Roofing and his excellent presentation, I decided to move forward with his suggestions. Great guy, great company. Thank you!

Guardian Roofers are the BEST technicians! I can trust them to provide their best service to care for my 30 year old clay tile roof & keep it in good condition for the remaining 20 year warranty. No other company has provided such an experienced and knowledgeable service for my roof. The roof is critical for a safe home. Thank you so much Guardian Roofing Company!

Zach and Isiah were on time first thing in the morning. They then began meticulously removing and replacing my gutters. They worked non stop in pouring rain for two days and I cannot be more grateful for the level of service and care they put into the work they do. I’m so glad that I called Guardian and could not be happier with my new gutters.

We had Guardian roofing clean our roof as well as repair our chimney.
From our first contact with Peter who gave the quote and explained the process to Josè and Victor who came today to complete the job. Our experience was first class, I would highly recommend them!
The thorough job from beginning to clean up was worth more than 5 stars. Thanks Guardian Roofing for a great job and customer experience!

Edwin was sent to take care of the roof. He did a great job. He showed me pictures of the roof after cleaning and it looked fantastic. He cleaned up all of the debris including some that landed on the neighbors property. Very satisfied with the work.

Guardian did a fantastic job replacing our gutters and downspouts. Ronnie and Erik arrived when they said they would and got our job done in 1.25 days. The property was cleaned up when they left even nicer than it was when they arrived. We would recommend Guardian for gutter replacements.

Daniel and partner installed a heck of a lot of gutters and downspouts in two days in some really wet weather. They look great and surely will work fine. Kudos to the crew for giving me a quick hand on a non-related project. Guardian’s experience has so far been very positive.

The crew was able to complete our 4800 sq ft home with 2 stories in a day ( 7 ) hrs Removed and hauled away our old ones. Cleaned up the yard My husband walked the home with the crew leader. Very nice work. Easy process from meeting with the sales rep to final Great company to work with

Kevin and his team did such a great job on my gutters and fascia replacement ! Both guys were friendly , professional and very knowledgeable. Our family will always go with guardian for any roofing or gutter need !

From our first contact with Tyler, to Joey in the office to Jose and Victor who worked on the roof repair all were excellent. A positive experience and we look forward to a great job with our gutter work.

Carlos did a great job. He arrived promptly in the early morning and got right to work. He was thorough with cleaning our roof and gutters as well as spraying debris off our deck from the roof. He took extra care with clean up around the perimeter of the house when the job was done. Ask for Carlos to clean your roof. You won’t be disappointed.
