I had this company install some mini split heads in a new construction project and they absolutely killed it. They went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were addressed and kept us updated with every step of the project. I will definitely use them again!

Idk what this last comment was going on about but we had Indoor Comfort Systems install one of the new high efficiency systems out in our home in Bremerton and it was an amazing experience. The overall experience and install were timely and respectful. They sales personnel and install staff were well educated and took time to explain the difference between multiple systems. They even took the time to show both my wife and I how to use and set up our thermostat. If you are looking for a great HVAC Company I would recommend them 100%.

The company in question was initially chosen by our former builder. After dismissing the builder, we approached the company to complete the work. A concerning sign was their demand for upfront payment. The service manager, Rich, who shares the last name with the owner, displayed unethical behavior. They visited under misleading intentions, seemingly to gather information for the previous builder, with whom we are currently in a legal dispute. Post-completion, we observed that they had installed a used and damaged heat pump, despite us paying for a new one. Rich suggested it had been accidentally hit, likely by their personnel since the damage faced the house. He then refused to honor the warranty, advising us to seek repairs elsewhere. The negative experiences shared in other reviews seem credible after our interactions with this company. We lodged a complaint with the Washington Attorney General's Office, but the company failed to respond. We encourage others who have issues with this company to also file complaints; collective action may expedite the process of addressing their dishonest and unprofessional conduct. It's baffling how they remain operational. Given the option, I would rate them zero stars. There were multiple complaint reviews but now they are deleted. The other review is from a guy who works/worked there, and the pictures are from the owner of the company's picture gallery. Dishonest!

I made an appointment with Code Mechanical to perform a HVAC check in preparation to sell my mom's house. The technician arrived on time and was very personable, professional, and proficient. As agreed to beforehand, he installed a new Honeywell thermostat. Before leaving, he showed me how to easily program it. The charge for the service and the thermostat was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend Code Mechanical for your residential HVAC issues.
