The Code Mechanical Team was a referral from anoTher and I was not disappointed. This was a multi-phase installation and the gas piping & venting installs were seamless. During the pandemic this took a few months due to delayed L&I Inspections and yet the Code Team expedited everything they could to help me finish my project on time. Excellent front office / leadership / field professionals. They will be my “one stop” shop going forward.

We chose Code Mechanical after receiving three evaluations and quotes. Out of the three companies they were the only ones who took the time to talk with us about our individual needs. Our furnace had quit and we were without heat, so timing was critical. The team showed up the following day, wearing masks, and ready to go. They laid down floor coverings and got to work. The team was polite, respectful and focused. Code Mechanical also filled out all paperwork needed to receive our rebate from our electric company. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Our new system including a heat pump provides amazing, efficient heat. We can't wait to enjoy the cool air from this unit over the upcoming summer months. Imagine you had a contractor you could trust to know their stuff, show up on time… every time, and when you get their bill, you were HAPPY to pay it because the quality of their work and the friendliness of their people. Trust me, I only found these folks via a Google search but after 2+ years of having them come out, I’ve been SUPER HAPPY. Try them, you’ll see what I see.

Code Mechanical was amazing! Erik was fast to answer the phone and help coordinate installation of a heat pump. Scheduling it was so easy and they knocked it out in a day with the commissioning the next morning. Erik, Steve, and Carter were extremely professional and clean in thier work with the install. Ryan who did the commissioning the following day was very professional and knew what he was doing. Overall I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

What an amazing way to advertise your business. Driving super fast up I-5, weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off, all while your company info is plastered on your van. Amazing amount of brain cells working there. Bravo.

Unmatched Quality! Code Mechanical was already a 5-star business in my experience. But then recently I had an issue (because I hadn't serviced my HVAC system like I was supposed to) and they came out immediately to assist me with fixing it! For your money, I just don't think you'll find better value, customer service, or quality workmanship.

Outstanding services! I had services from Code Mechanical for annual maintenance on my old system and I was so impressed that I decided to have them do an estimate on my replacement system. Well, after several estimates from different companies Code Mechanical was the best overall. $1k to $5k below the other companies for the same or similar equipment.

A few of the other estimates included service contracts and additional add Ons that I did not ask for. Normally that's okay to offer but not as part of the main estimate (should have been presented apart from the main system estimate). I felt they were trying to get me to accept an estimate with add Ons and services I did not ask for. Felt dishonest and aggressive.

Scheduling the install was easy the entire process was great.

Code Mechanical also did all of the work to submit my rebate to my local power company and it was submitted on the same day the unit install was completed and I was provided the tracking number for the rebate status.

I also had interaction via email and phone with the main office staff and everyone offered to provide any assistance or information I needed. This is true customer service when you contact a company and its management reaches out to you and offers assistance and support for your project.

They cover a large area and considering they are about 40 minutes away from my home I was able to contract them for my project. Meaning they beat all of the local companies estimates which is impressive considering they have to travel so far to provide the services.

Highly recommended. Estimates are free and so it's worth the time to get a few - just make sure to include Code Mechanical as in my opinion they were the best of "five estimates". I had estimates for over one week and after reviewing all of them and checking on the companies, only Code Mechanical rose to the top.

To be honest I felt the other companies were giving large estimates due to the federal and local rebates and so it appeared they wanted to charge more because the rebates made the cost look better. My estimate from Code Mechanical did not reflect "outside rebates" in the estimate cost section. They just noted that the system qualified for these rebates on the bottom of the estimate so I would know. That's what I call being honest about the true cost of the system replacement.

I provided a lot of information in this review as I did my research and took the time to have several companies provide estimates and so it's all about the entire process of hiring a contractor and finding the best one for your needs. Code Mechanical is the best.

Ben inspected our AC with a free inspection which was great. He found out the problem within half an hour and gave me an estimate to fix the problem. It took just an hour to complete all the procedure.
