Our mini splits were not working and we booked Firas for a service call to check on them. Firas identified that the issue was with the control board of the outdoor unit and suggested to replace the control board. We went with Firas’s diagnosis and had him working on the actual repair work. The mini splits are working again now so we are happy with Firas’s service!

Aakool came out and gave me a second quote. His was less than half of the first company’s quote. He also went and got the part he needed and had my furnace fixed same day. Very professional and a great communicator. Could not recommend this company more.

They fixed my same furnace circuit multiple times. The first time they replaced the circuit, didn't even test it out with all equipments. Second time the circuit blows up again because they didn't fix the cause in the first place. Followed by a valve damage. I am not sure what they do but it's pretty low workmanship. They didn't even provide me detailed report after the diagnosis but they demand 150$ for the diagnosis.

We had no heat due to a broken furnace. Firas was able to come the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in very short order. We may look to him in the near future to upgrade our system.

They were quick to respond (via Thumbtack) and he called about 40 minutes before arriving. Paid via CC on their digital payment app and got my invoice and receipt immediately. Was done in 45 minutes total. I recommend them.

We are renters from a large property management company. We had a leak we were dealing with from our AC cooling unit. Because we funnel our maintenance request through our property management company, they’d sent out multiple technicians from multiple different companies and no one seem to be able to fix the root issue or support us in advocating for what we needed. Firas came out, communicated the issue and proposed a solution in a way that the property management company quickly approved it. Thankful for his communication and skill.
