Technician Mark is very rude and disrespectfully towards customers. Backed into a mailbox with his truck and started arguing. Doesn't take constructive criticism easily. The owner Joe only wants a profit, yes it’s a business, but he is willing to take all profit even for angry customers. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

It was a weekend and they still had someone come out to help me out. The owner was very understanding and took time to meet all of my needs. I would requirement anyone that needs plumbing needs to call them.

Seth was terrific. Gave us several “options was happy to accommodate what we were willing to do at that time along with giving us helpful tips for future preventative maintenance. The kids absolutely adored him and wanted to watch him work the whole time and he was so accommodating. Very charismatic and easy to be around and his work was top notch.

Great customer service. The young man was willing to give me a written estimate. After getting two more estimates, I felt it was a little high. I didn’t need whole re-pipe just a flushed pipe. Now everything works great.

We have used Bowers Plumbing & Remodel for emergent and basic upkeep. Brian from Bowers plumbing helped fix our toilet after our kids flushed a toy down blocking the hole. He thoroughly evaluated the situation and gave us options to make sure it fit our budget. He also did a full inspection of the rest of our plumbing bringing a few things to our attention that we will need to keep an eye on. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and just an all around friendly person. I slapped their magnet on our fridge and will absolutely use them again in the future if needed! Highly recommend!

GREAT service. Sewer backed up into my downstairs, of course after hours. I interrupted the owner in the middle of dinner but, he was super nice. Sent Patrick over to my house and he arrived within an hour. Cut the roots out of the drain, checked with the TV, cut some more and checked again. Once he was sure it was all clear he cleaned up and left my area cleaner than when he arrived. The price was very reasonable. Bower should be everyone’s go-to plumber!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Bowers Plumbing. A few months back, we hit a Saturday plumbing emergency, and after calling around, it felt like everyone was trying to take advantage of our situation with "crazy" weekend rates. Bowers was the exception—they were fair, honest, and out to help.

​Tyler was the technician who came out that first time, and he did such a fantastic job that they were the first call we made when we needed help again recently. Seeing Tyler walk through the door a second time was a huge relief. He is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and just a great guy to work with.

My water heater went out cold this morning. I called Bowers Plumbing and by the afrernoon they had someome on site. Dennis did a great job doing a very thorough home inspection and adressing the issue, they gave me a fair quote and replaced it the same afternoon. I would recommend Bowers plumbing!

I highly recommend Richard Wilkerson & Associates. Ric ( the owner ) redesigned my existing septic system at my home in Puyallup to increase bedrooms from 3 BR to 5 BR.
