I inquired about getting a shower panel tower replaced. They promptly called me back. When I explained my needs I was on hold. When she came back she said that the scheduling computer was down and that she would call me right back. Of course that did not happen. I can fully understand if they do not want to do the work, but please don't insult my intelligence. Just be honest with your potential customers. I will never call them again.

I have used Bowers Plumbing and Remodel for both residential and commercial projects. They helped me with my commercial gym build out, and the team has been out to my house several times. I called on a Monday with a plugged sink and a dipping shower. Cassie was very friendly and was able to get Seth out on Tuesday afternoon. The service was excellent and very quick.

Got a quote from them about a month ago, price came in more than 2x higher than the other contractors. Moved forward with a different contractor. I wasn't going to leave a review, but they won't stop texting and emailing me asking for one.
