Rigo has been my plumber for over eight years. I have appreciated his honesty and workmanship. He has replaced almost all plumbing needs in my home to include a new expansion tank. New hose bibs new garbage disposal, Replaced all hot and cold water valves to bring my home up to code and during a plumbing emergency reconstructed the plumbing for a shower project. What I appreciate the most about this family run business is their upfront pricing and clear written estimates. They’re also willing to answer any questions that you have about the work to be done as well as the pricing for their services the labor and materials. Carlos and his crew saved us! He came Thanksgiving morning (other places I called wouldn’t come til Friday), and got us to a place we could live with until coming back Monday to fix our sewer line. He went through several steps to make sure we actually needed to basically replace our sewer line, then gave us an up front price for how much it would cost. And he and his whole team were super friendly. We will definitely use them again if we need anything done in the future.

We are so very pleased with the work Rooter Tech did for us. Lost our plumber at a critical time in our kitchen remodel, called Rooter Tech and they were here in an hour. Immediately went to work and did an incredible job on our kitchen. Our tech cleaned up our kitchen as if it were a palace. The price charged was very reasonable, about half the price of other competitors. I can't say enough about their professionalism and excellent work. I highly recommend them and believe you will be as pleased as we are. Most definitely five star service!

I did some quick research after encountering a pipe backup (toilet and sink caused tub/shower to spill out sewage) on local plumbing companies. From my prior experience, I did not want to go with big named companies as the results were extremely expensive WITHOUT QUALITY, late both times, and the technicians pushed for upsell at any means regardless of discussing what needed to be done.

After I gave Rooter Tech a call to fix my issue in the early afternoon, Carlos informed me that he would be coming in the following hours and did indeed do so in time and fully prepared with all equipment (2 trucks with fancy equipment).

When I showed them the problem, several solutions were proposed and based on what I decided, the job started and they were on the ball. Clean, Fast, and Communicative throughout the entire process. These guys even helped me understand what was going on a bit more about the house (which was recently purchased). Other techs did NOT do such a thing and even gave contradictory information which didn't make sense at the time. Now I know!

Since there were actually roots in my main line, we had to perform an additional step but since we were already there, it made sense to get the job done and call it a day. From arrival until they were gone it took a little under 2 hours (diagnosing, equipment setup, negotiation, etc).

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the level of service and expertise that Carlos and his assistant provided. They simply put other plumbers to shame... Easy 5/5 stars and a repeat customer earned.

Had a big leak in a kitchen faucet needed someone right way. Carlos was friendly and communicative and was able to do the job that day. He arrived when he said and fixed it right the first time. Very happy with the results! Would definitely use him again!

I've used this company before and can't be more satisfied. This time had a leak in the main line coming in my house in a very tight crawl space. I called and they were out to my place in about an hour, this was late afternoon on a Friday. Junior and his crewman did an outstanding job. The estimated price was very fair, they were on time, professional, and kept me informed of everything they needed to do, including showing me pictures of their completed work in the crawlspace. I recommended them to all my friends and family in the area and highly recommend them to anyone!

Our sewer line was clogged and Carlos managed to get everything cleared and repaired the same day. He identified the problems and gave us options for both short and long term solutions. He and Junior are some of the hardest working people I have met. They went above and beyond, even working late into the night to get the job done so we would have functioning showers and toilets for the morning. Their prices are the best around and you will not find a more knowledgeable, honest, and just pleasant to work with crew out there. Without hesitation we will use Rooter Tech for any and all future sewer related projects. If you are having issues, call Carlos and you will not be disappointed.

Very expensive project. I was not prepared for that and did not have time to get other bids due to the emergent nature of the problem. I don’t think I would have gotten better anyway. It was a big project.

Rooter tech was awesome! I had ongoing plumbing issues with a home I recently purchased in Tacoma and have dealt with countless plumbers during this time. It turned out my sewer line was backed up very bad and I had to dig inside of my home to get to a damaged pipe to completely solve the issue. Carlos was extremely honest and fair and told me exactly what my issues were and what needed to be done. Out of all the plumbers I have dealt with Rooter tech was the most knowledgeable, professional, and competent company I worked with. They were able to get the job done right on the spot and match an estimate with a competitor while also including jetting my line which he was able to clearly show me with his camera that it needed to be done! Junior was awesome as well, these guys stayed late and the clean up was awesome! when they left they not only cleaned up the inside of my home but also cleaned my entire driveway as well! I love working with small business like Rooter Tech, these guys know what they are doing and take a lot of pride in their work! I loved learning about how they run the business and was very inspired by our talk on how they operate. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I am calling Rooter tech, and you should too!

Carlos fit me in his schedule where many others had canceled on me due to the weather. I was very appreciative of him arriving on time and calling me before he came! He prepped the area and cleaned up everywhere he went throughout the project and even sanitized the area as well. I had a clogged drain that unfortunately turned in to much more. I had a corroded pipe that was only accessible by digging. Carlos and his crew was extremely helpful and applied absolutely no pressure. He fixed my drain, recommended an additional service that could help with prevention, and charged a very reasonable fee. Thank you Carlos for all of your hard work, your expertise, and your compassion ❤

Quick, professional, and did a lot of work in a timely manner. Carlos walked us through everything told us prices upfront. They found a couple of other problems that he was able to quickly fix without charging us our entire savings. We will definitely be using Carlos for any future plumbing issues/projects. Highly recommend!

Carlos is such an amazing worker, has a wonderful helper. When we called he was able to be out within 2 hours of our call. Found a crazy fix and was back out at our house by 8 am the next day. Worked hard all morning and afternoon to get it fixed. Great value, great price and great worker!! Highly recommend. Will definitely use him again if need be!

Prompt, polite, and professional. They came to unclog my sewer drainage pipe. Carlos was very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided me with options with detailed info before starting any work. Explained everything as the work progressed. His crew was very proficient. I called 2 other plumbing companies before calling Carlos. One did not answer or call me back. The other told me they were booking into the following week. Carlos, without hesitation, told me when he would be at my house and he arrived precisely on time. I took extra business cards so I can pass them on to friends and family if they ever have plumbing issues. Will not hesitate to call Rooter Tech if needed again.

I don't leave very many reviews, but I feel compelled to leave one for Rooter Tech as the service we received was exceptional. We needed a full sewer replacement and we were unable to use our shower and toilet until the work was done. Carlos was prompt, efficient, honest and his crew worked very hard and were very thorough.They were very professional and considerate of their surroundings, taking care of our property while working and when done, left things better than when they arrived. Carlos did a very complete job for a very fair price and earned my respect and future business. 5 stars.

These guys were so lightning fast i’m kind at a loss for words. There was an issue where i would not have had any regular plumber be able to do this task in even 3 days, and they did it in 40 minutes. No BS ,these guys are it. On Thanksgiving btw

Carlos, the owner of Rooter Tech, is a lifesaver! I recently had water pressure issues in my home, and Carlos came to the rescue. His expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently fixed it, restoring my water pressure to normal.

Not only was Carlos incredibly skilled, but he was also friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the issue to me and answered all of my questions patiently.

Carlos and his crew were fantastic, he arrived shortly after I called on a Wednesday and was able to remove the root ball clogging my sewer line that day. He also provided a very reasonable quote to replace the aging concrete section of my sewer line with PVC pipe and liner,. He was able to schedule that quickly for that the following Monday while obtaining the permit and the locate from the City. He and his crew arrived early Monday morning and worked until evening on the project and returned early Tuesday morning to complete the job with inspection completed by that afternoon. He and his crew did a great job from start to finish including removing and replacing boards from my deck to access where the line. Carlos does a great job of ensuring the customer is satisfied, can't beat his combination of timely response, quality work, and very reasonable price.

Carlos from Rooter Tech was very helpful in this entire process. I contacted Carlos for some plumbing/clogging issues that we were experiencing at home. We scheduled an appointment for the following day and Carlos along with another team member showed up early and diagnosed the issue and fixed our problems in a very timely manner. The team from Rooter Tech were very professional and ensured we were taken care of. If you are having any plumbing issues, I highly recommend giving them a call!
