Three years later and Rooter Tech came out and repaired a big leak under my house. Again they did a fantastic job, took pictures before so I could see what was involved. Carlos was very kind and professional. I will use them again for any plumbing issues. 2020 Great service, came within 1 hour of calling, spent time making sure clog was gone. Our toilet was acting up, and I tried calling a few places, but either they never got back to me or they weren't available. Rooter Tech picked up right away, and were available for a consult at home the next morning. They offered a few good options and explained everything clearly. We decided to install a new Kohler Flushmate toilet, and they got it done in less than an hour. Everything looks and works great, and at a reasonable price. Very happy with our experience and would definitely go to them again for future plumbing issues.

If you have a very complicated problem with a clogged, underground, downspout, drain-pipe, Carlos Martinez is the man for the job. Look no further. Our downspout, drainage system is 31 years-old. One drain was completely blocked resulting in water overflowing next to the foundation. Initially another company was called but was unable to diagnose the cause of the obstruction and recommend a fix. Then, Carlos was contacted and found the level of blockage using a flexible, hose-style camera. He carried out a cogent plan of action which involved digging a deep hole (photo) underneath an aggregate concrete wall, then removing the old, broken section of PVC pipe which contained a 5-foot length of tangled, compacted, pyramidalis roots - the cause of the obstruction (photo). From my encounter, it was evident that Carlos had a vast experience dealing with complex problems. He is knowledgeable, professional, congenial and performed this job expediently and efficiently with his family-related crew. The torn-up garden bed of bushes and rocks was restored to its original state (photo). He graciously contacted me after completion to assure the work was done to my satisfaction. I could not have been more pleased. Carlos was a pleasure to deal with. Rooter Tech deserves a 6 star rating but I am limited to choosing only a 5. You will not he disappointed by electing Carlos to solve any of your complicated plumbing problems.

Called Rooter Tech to help with a sewer line clog to start with. I talked with Carlos and told him that we were looking at getting a sewer line replacement soon anyway since we have a 95+ year old home and parts of the line haven't been holding up. He was able to meet the lowest bid we had and also get the job done in half the time. They also fixed a toilet flange and shower p-trap that were installed wrong. If you're looking for a plumber, I highly recommend Rooter Tech. They are professional, offer great value, and most importantly get the job done right.

We had a suspected waterline leak in April, 2024, and based on the many positive reviews on Google and Yelp, we contacted RooterTech to assess the situation and provide an estimate. This proved to be a smart move, as this is a first-class, professional company! Carlos, the owner, responded promptly to our inquiry, and came out within a day or so to check out the situation. He explained that he and his crew would have to excavate the turf and ground surrounding the waterline in order to evaluate the possible leak, and provided an initial estimate to do just that. Carlos and a crew returned within a day, and quickly/efficiently uncovered the 45-year old galvanized waterline, which was severely corroded and leaking (gushing) in multiple spots. Once the extent of the damage was clear, Carlos ran down our options very clearly and completely. No high pressure (pun intended) sales effort there, it was fact-based and well-supported courses of action. It was very obvious that trying to repair the old galvanized pipe and fittings would be a stopgap measure at best, and the best solution would be to replace the entire waterline from meter to the house with flexible synthetic pipe. Once we had approved the project, Carlos coordinated with the Town Public Works crew and other utilities to mark all underground lines, and obtained the required permits. Carlos definitely has an excellent reputation in our town, as all of the inspections and permitting was accomplished with no delay, and no mistakes.
The work took several full days. When the crew finished the first day, they covered the open trench with plywood and put up safety tape before leaving. We were kept informed of every detail, and Carlos offered to do a fiber-optic exam of our sewer line, at no charge, since the opening was already excavated. Turned out that there was a hole in the top of the PVC pipe, likely caused when we had the yard landscaped a few years prior, by a piece of heavy equipment pushing a rock down onto the pipe.
This additional damage and repair was documented in sufficient detail that we were able to file a successful homeowner's insurance claim to partially offset the cost of that sewer line repair.
When the project was completed, our front lawn had been nicely put back together, and everything worked well. That is, until a few days ago (October 4th), when we noticed a leak had developed somewhere between the water meter and the house. I sent an email to RooterTech, and Carlos responded within a few hours. He offered to come out in a day, but first asked us to contact the Town Public Works folks to verify that the leak wasn't at the meter. Our excellent Public Works water crew came out the next day, and verified that the leak was located past the water meter. I let Carlos know, and he had his crew at our house a couple of days later (today, October 8). The crew arrived shortly after 7:00 AM, and discovered that the brass fitting connecting the new waterline to the meter had cracked. While the cause of this crack was undetermined, Carlos had emphasized that RooterTech always stands behind their work 100 percent, and completed the repair at no charge.
While RooterTech earned a top rating based on their initial work, the exemplary customer service 7 months after the job was finished earns them even more respect! We cannot recommend RooterTech highly enough...if Google permitted 10 star ratings, that's what they'd get from us!

Carlos and crew performed a hydrojetting on our drains to clear the line. The job was quick and thorough with great customer service on top as well. I highly recommend Rooter Tech!
