Grateful for Royal Flush Plumbing for coming immediately to my flooding house. They made the repair quickly and helped us towards our next steps. They have come back to check on the progress of drying twice and the customer service has been consistently professional.

I've hired these guys before. Low and behold, I had another issue. This time, a leak in our other shower wall. Had to miss work. Called them first thing in the morning. They got here by 9:30am. They changed their schedule around for my husband and I. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond our expectations. They are for sure now my go-to plumbers. Thanks to Terrance, his son Terrance, and Jerry for helping us out, and now we finally have running water again. 💧 🚿 😊

We worked with Royal Flush to redo our waterlines. Kendrick, the owner, came out and did a walkthrough with us and was very knowledgeable and provided us with the scope of work and the step by step of the work. He is very experienced and will guide you through your project. Caleb ended up working on our waterline replacement and was simply the best. He is very organized and kept us up to date with everything done. He provided updates to what he did that day as well as sending photos for updates. The team also lays out coverings throughout the house and does their best to keep everything clean and tidy. We are glad we found Royal Flush and will be using them for future projects.

Kendrick And his team were professional, honest and transparent. I would highly recommend Royal Flush Plumbing and we plan to use them in the future.

We are renovating the downstairs which involved moving the washer and dryer hookups as well as moving the shower drain and replacing the bathroom plumbing. These guys were awesome! Very professional, fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I needed installation of a freestanding tub and the floor mounted tub filler/faucet. I accepted a quote from Kendrick/Royal Flush Plumbing and asked them to come out on a Monday. They agreed to arrive on Monday, told me when they would arrive and arrived on time ready to do the work. My layout posed some unique challenges for the installation crew, but their attitude wasn’t that there were problems, they only looked for and found solutions. This is an awesome company and I would definitely use them again!

Really great experience. We had our water heater replaced and a few faucets. Very professional and polite to communicate with. Not only was the work high quality but they were very informative. Will be using them for future plumbing needs.

As an Army Veteran there are times when I know I can count on someone, it comes from years of working with other people who hold similar values and work ethic. This whole crew displayed that character, loyalty, trustworthiness, and expertise from day one through the end of my whole repiping job. I needed galvanized pipe taken out of the whole house plus a repipe from the main line which ran under a driveway and these guys did it with precision! I have to give a special shout-out to my crew Devin and Caleb who run a tight ship and left my place clean and tidy after some pretty extensive work and to Kendrick who went above and beyond in every way from when we first spoke to the end product. With a big job like this it is hard to know what to expect and I would 100% recommend these guys time and time again.

I am a new homeowner and Royal Flush was very helpful and supportive in helping me solve a leak problem. Water was leaking from my ceiling and because my house is older, they were very thorough in finding all the places that needed new seals. I appreciate their prompt response, communication, and ability to solve this problem before it got worse. Will definitely use them again whenever I have any more plumbing concerns!

I purchased a new farmhouse black brush stainless steel kitchen sink and faucet along with a new garbage disposal.
Jerry from Royal Flush Plumbing did a fantastic job of taking out the old etc…AND installing new sink, faucet and garbage disposal.
Jerry was knowledgeable and courteous. Very nice man.
Price was right for the job.

Remodeling/installing rough plumbing for shower (new mixer valve) and bar area. First visit was Friday Jan 23 when old pipes were removed and replaced. After that the electric water heater did not function correctly (got cold very fast). Ordered replacement water heater due to age of existing water heater, took a week to get back out to do water heater (no hot water). Finished late Friday Feb 6, no improvement. Came back out Saturday after 4PM, a different plumber (Caleb) who quickly diagnosed a cross feed of hot and cold water that allowed cold water to enter top of water heater, quickly diluting hot water leaving tank. Caleb installed the shower valve cartridge, which was on site when rough in was done and was still there when the new water heater was installed. Fixed problem, (thanks Caleb), but both the rough in and water heater install plumbers should have properly installed shower valve cartridge to prevent the cold/hot water problem. Makes me wonder if old water heater would have still functioned if valve install was done correctly. Rough in pex also has mix of red and blue tubing on cold water side? Water heater installer did not have the proper cover plate for new water heater electrical junction (promised for when finish plumber returns after walls are finished. Finally, the water heater installer left the 240 ground wire unbonded from tank, not sure if that needs to be done.

I just recently used Scott for a second time and both times he’s been a life saver. The first was a busted pipe during the freeze over the winter and he came same day to address the issue. He suggested the most affordable yet effective option given my circumstances and got it fixed real quick! The second time was a kitchen sink issue and he and his crew tirelessly worked on fixing it, even coming back the next day to complete the job, due to the issue being underground to open up a pipe that built up deposits and not used for a long time. Will definitely use him again for future plumbing problems

We had to remove a tankless gas water heater from the exterior of our home , and purchase a new tankless heater to install inside the garage. Scott helped us select the best heater and installed it within 2 days. Great advice, good prices and excellent service.

Scottco went above and beyond the call of duty for me. First he jetted my drain to fix the plumbing issue for a great price. Secondly he referred me to a friend of his who fixed my heater that needed an ignitor. Again for a great price, Thanks times two!!
