Scott was great and very responsive. I had a leaking faucet (after a different company fixed it less than two months ago). The previous company wouldn’t fix it because water pressure was too high now all of a sudden and said I had to have a pressure reduction valve, so naturally my warranty company wouldn’t cover the repair. I called about 8 plumbers and was losing hope on a decent price when I received a call back from Scott. He really has unbeatable prices, and the service to go with it. He came the next morning and had everything fixed and installed the PRV. My faucet has never worked better. If I ever have plumbing issues, I will be calling Scott.

Scott and his team have been very responsive to both phone calls and text messages. I was able to get my water heater installed on the very next day after contacting Scott which was super helpful as we do need a new water heater asap. Scott was able to give a quote upfront, the price was fair, the entire process was very transparent and the installation was done perfectly in less than 2 hours. I had to have a 200 ft long water service main replaced and Scott and Phil at Scottco plumbing did an amazing job for a very reasonable price compared to other bids. Scott was very responsive and reassuring any time I had a question about the process. They got my line replaced and my water working again very quickly and in a professional manner. We had a water leak we needed diagnosed and fixed. Contacted Scottco Plumbing from a referral. After talking with Scott (2x), texting the address and phone number of contact person and scheduling a time to come out, never showed up and didn't contact anyone back to reschedule.

I have an older house with a rough mainline which tends to clog. Have had Scottco Plumbing come out twice to my house for a mainline cleaning. Scottco is by far the most reasonably priced plumber I have dealt with. He doesn't surprise you with hidden fees or try to upsell you on products. I have used Roto-Rooter and Beacon in the past and have paid through the nose. Scottco is the only plumber I can safely recommend to my friends and family!

Wow! Scott knows his business. I talked to 7 plumbers before finding Scott and he outwitted them all. When I hire a professional it’s important to me to understand how a system works not just get it fixed. As a female identifying person, it’s not uncommon to be ignored or given inadequate information when I ask questions. Not so with Scott. He talked me through the whole thing and asked exactly the right questions. Moreover, he knew what I was talking about as soon as I started relating the issue to him. I feel very confident in Scott’s knowledge and appreciative of his respectful attitude and kind advice.

We had a waterline pipe break and had gotten an estimate with a different company, but the tech wasn't nice at all and didn't care to answer most questions .
So I called Scott and he was able to come out right away, even if it was later in the day. He was so friendly and answered all my questions and explained everything!
The previous company had stated it couldn't be repaired and said we'd need to create a whole new line from the meter.
Scott took a look and said he probably could repair the break. And now it's all fixed!
We're super grateful for Scott coming right away and saving us from such a high prices project that wasn't even needed to begin with!

Needed to replace 2 old water heaters. Scott came and done in less than an hour, which shows how much experience he has! Also helped replaced a corroded pipe for free. Price was very reasonable. He is a very no nonsense, straightforward, diligent worker. Recommended.

My tub had a drain that was backing up and I broke a tub snake off in it trying to clean it. After seeing the positive reviews I gave Scott a ring -- he was over forty minutes later and cleared the drain out in a matter of minutes. Professional, kind, and well priced.

Scott was amazing. Called him, described the problem and he gave me a worst case price. Sounded very fair. He showed up, assessed it and fixed it in minutes and charged me much less than what I was anticipating. Btw….from a personality standpoint… he just seems like a very genuinely good person. I highly recommend Scottco Plumbing. So 6:45am on a weekend is not the ideal time for your only toilet to die. Scott answered when I called at 8am and arrived 5 minutes later to check it out. He went through my options clearly so I could make an informed choice despite my foggy morning brain. He then fit me in to do the very well-priced work just a few hours later - amazing service! He was incredibly accomodating, efficient, tidy and friendly - even gave our dog a premium treat. Thank you so much Scott, you really saved the day!

I called these guys and they were out the very next day to repair my failed kitchen fixture. It was a job I might have tackled myself in the past, but I am so glad I called this guys because the replacement installation required a reciprocating saw, alteration to the drain pipe. It took professionals 1.5 hours. I am certain that it would have taken me 4 hours with a lot of fail and multiple trips to the hardware store. And Scott and Victor(?) were lovely chaps that just plunged into the job with a good "bedside manner". I would definately call upon them again.
