Been calling ScottCo since 2019. Been out to my house four times now. He comes out quickly and makes it look easy. Super cool guy funny and always remembers details of my life every time I call him. Great plumber great guy! He's the best and I don't call anybody else. Highly recommend!!

Scott helped me recently with a main drain backing issue in Tacoma. I found out about Scott’s business through the internet and gave him a call, and within 3 hours Scott was there and had identified and resolved the issue. It was a very swift experience backed with a 3 months guarantee!! Scott is an amazing human with solid skills when it comes to plumbing and drain services. Highly recommend!

My family and I were without a toilet for 24 hours after contacting my building maintenance. I googled and called Scottco services, his willingness to help within the hour gave my family and I such a big relief compared to be scheduled out. He arrived and fixed my clogged toilet that I was told might have to be replace. I am greatly appreciative for his compassion and professionalism during a stressful time. Scott has helped us with three different plumbing issues at two different houses in the past 3 years (replaced a hot water heater, cleared a clogged main drain line, replaced a stop valve). Each time he did a great job and made the whole process less stressful and more pleasant. I recommend him highly!

Had a great experience with Scottco. They came the next day to fix a large leak under my house. They also fixed my terrible water pressure throughout my house. Great guys and great communication. I won’t hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing issue around my house. They have also done great work for my in laws, who were very happy with the work completed around their house.

It’s refreshing to have found an honest and hardworking plumber, Scott. Just moved into a home and the plumbing in the kitchen sink that unfortunately overflowed into the brand new cabinets, bathroom sink and tub after two days of moving in was clogged. I texted Scott and he responded in a timely manner. I told him the problem and he came out and resolved the issue immediately. He didn’t pressure me or try to sale me more jobs to do with my plumbing, was straight to the point. He was professional and friendly, would definitely recommend him. This is the third time we have used Scottco in the last few months. Always reliable, on time and very reasonable with prices for service. We had a sink and piping replaced in the kitchen then a week later had to have the hot water tank replaced. Both were done in a timely fashion and great prices. This AM (4-14) we found a leak from the toilet in the basement. Scottco was there in no time and fixed a leaky valve. If you have a plumbing problem these are the people to call.

Most cost effective plumber in the area. I wish I knew about Scottco a long time ago. It would have saved me so much time and money. AND they came out same day. Victor was the technician who came out to replace a cartridge in a bathroom faucet. Not only was he professional, he made sure he left the area clean. If I need a plumber in the future, they will get my business.

I can’t recommend Scott Romanovich enough! I had a serious plumbing issue—a clogged pipe that was also corroded—and I was worried it would turn into a nightmare. Even though I called Scott late at night ( almost midnight) he answered right away and assured me he’d come first thing the next day. True to his word, he arrived promptly and got straight to work.

Not only did Scott fix the clog, but he also repaired the corroded pipe and even improved my water pressure—all in one visit! His work was fast, professional, and incredibly thorough. What really stood out was his fair pricing—no hidden fees or upcharges, just honest, quality service.

Scott was great to work with, my husband called last night about an issue with a clog in our kitchen sink. He came out the next day and not only fixed the clog but he fixed the pipe and water pressure all for an unbeatable price! We were his last stop after a long day of work and he really took care of us.

Scott was recommended by a friend when I mentioned that our outdoor faucet has never worked. We were told it’d be a complicated fix. The previous owners said it may have broken during a previous freeze.

Scott came out the next day and had it fixed and working in no time! He was honest and transparent about pricing. I wish we had found him sooner but we’re glad to know we have a fair and reliable resource if another hearing or plumbing issue ever comes our way.

Just want to give another shout out to Scottco Plumbing. We had a copper pipe with a significant leak in the basement last night. Called this morning and he came over with in 2 hours, had it fixed in one hour. On a Sunday!
All things considered we felt his rate was reasonable. He also did an amazing job on our water heater last year. Highly recommend.

I called him to ask for a quote on repairing an exterior faucet. The person on the phone listened carefully, asked a few questions and then told me that it sounded like an easy repair that I could probably do myself. He told me exactly how to repair it and said if that didn't work they'd come over the next day to do the work. The advice and instruction was great and saved me time and money! Thank you Scottco!

I highly recommend Scottco Plumbing. We had a terrible contractor remodel our bathroom and our clawfoot tub drain was leaking into our basement. Not only did Scott fix this issue. He and Alexi his partner found a severed pipe behind the shower wall. Before cutting into the wall, Scott checked other possibly issues. After checking, they opened the wall. Clearly it had been leaking for some time, as evidenced by the wetness of the wall and mold developing. Scott charged a fair price and did great work. I really appreciated his kind and helpful attitude, but most of all I appreciated he wasn't out to scam me into un needed work.

Scott showed up on time and his work is immaculate. The price is very reasonable, and he was done within an hour. He’s also extremely friendly and offered to come back the next day if there was any leaks.

I’m going to call ScottCo for all my plumbing issues in the future.

He came over to my moms house and fixed a low pressure problem with the kitchen sink faucet. He was very friendly and pleasant to speak with, and fixed the problem within minutes! He said he'd been doing this for forty years and his experience showed. He seemed pretty reasonably priced and I would recommend him to others.

I live in an older home which means older pipes and plumbing issues, which I continually have. I have called other companies to come out and snake or unplug the lines which only worked for a short time, and were very costly.
On a Monday morning very early I have a clogged toilet. I had been having back up issues when doing laundry and the bathroom sink would not drain at all, so now I have a serious problem. My neighbor has given me the name and phone # for Scottco, I called and Scott he answered, I told him my problem and he was at the house by 8:15. After reviewing my situation he gave me some options and pricing and his opinion which totally made since for an longer lasting outcome. There where some things to be moved and cement to be broken prior to starting, he could get to it the next day. I agreed to move forward. I went home on my lunch hour he had moved everything and was knee deep fixing my pipes. I know this is a long story, however it needs to be told. By the time I got home everything was working perfectly.. I have never had the water pressure like I do now!! No clogs, no back ups anywhere every works GREAT!! Scott is so hardworking and knowledgeable about plumbing and just a really nice guy, I would highly recommend him..he will be my plumber for life!! Thanks Scott??

My sewer was backing up in my back yard. I called Scott at 5:00 PM on a Sunday and he came to my house within an hour and fixed my problem! He used a camera to identify the issue and gave me all the information I would need to call the city. He was In and out within an hour. He charges a flat rate for this issue. When I called around before I chose him, no one would come that same day and rates were very high. We are so grateful and would highly recommend this company.
