Even though nothing ended up needing repair, he still took the time to walk us through everything and explain it in a way we could easily understand. Spartan Plumbing is the only plumber you’ll need from now on. I’ve had a lot of different contractors in my home these last few months trying to isolate an issue my tenants were having and this last time was Spartan conducting a smoke test. They were recommended by two other plumbers who didn’t do those tests by the way…
They showed up for a walk through to see the job, on their own time and then sent three different estimates for different levels of services - with in 20 min of the scope walk!
I selected one, they scheduled within the hour and a day later showed up when I asked them to and not earlier or later and completed the scope on schedule without issue and advised immediately. Having worked with and for a ton of contractors, this is the gold standard - doing what you said you’re going to do, when and how you said you’d do it for the price you quoted. Doesn’t get better than this. Their scheduler, Casey, also incredibly communicative and considerate.
Do not bother calling another. Spartan Plumbing is the way forward for your next job.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Spartan Plumbing. Chris Bremmeyer was the one who showed up to help my leaking tub and he was top notch. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to get done and was able to reassure me about what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He clearly cares about doing a quality job and it didn’t take long to see it. I’m would be happy to call them again for my future plumbing needs

Steven was professional and knowledgeable. Spartan is the only plumbing service to call.
We asked that Steven came out a 2nd time and recheck our toilet. He was very thorough in his assessment and determined we need to replace our 30+ year old toilets. He is experienced and knowledgeable. The 2nd visit was complientary and we are highly satisified and appreciative. Thank you!

Once again Spartan came through like a champ. Today is Saturday and last night my bathtub drain almost completely stopped draining. I called Spartan at 715am and left my information and what the issue was with the answering service. Zach the technician called me at 810am and said he would be at our house in 45 minutes. Zach showed up and said yes sir you are correct . He fixed the drain and we are super satisfied again. I have been using this company for over 10 years at least. Great job Spartan. Mason is the best! We had a scary incident with the pipes freezing at the salon I own and he came to the rescue. On a Saturday morning, his day off, at a moments notice. He went out of his way to help and truly cared. I will definitely be using them again!

Anthony was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We did discuss the possibility of adding a replacement for our wall hung toilet. After a long struggle to remove the 30+ year toilet seat, putting the Washlet on by me, caused the flushing mechanism to leak like a sieve, but it was replaced in a flash!!!

Great experience with Spartan Plumbing. Mason was easy to get a hold of and had his office quickly reach out to schedule our gas piping installation. Professional, responsive, and reliable. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a solid local plumber.

Ben saved our day! Ben came out and was very thorough and analytical and figured out a leak we had in our basement. His quote was very fair and we were so relieved that he actually found our issue and resolved it. After calling many plumbers I finally reached out to my community page for suggestions, the first two suggestions had huge call charges one was 220 bucks to just come out and look 😳 so when I called the third suggested company Spartan not only did they have the lowest call charge under 50 bucks but customer service, making appointment and right down to the plumber who went above and beyond to anwer my question, gave me options, fixed it without trying to up sale me then checked everything before leaving and left everything as clean as it was before he arrived made a very stressful situation less stressful. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

He was on time, kind, and honest about the work needing to be done. We have multiple quotes done and his was the most insightful, well priced, and knowledgeable. We appreciate his work and his time.
