Called to have a new water softner put in. This company put the 1st one in 20 yrs ago. So the guy gets here I tell him all the fittings are 20 yrs old, he say yeah I don't have those fittings on my truck. You will need to reuse the old ones, and never offered to go get new ones. So he's peeling off the old tape, using his sleeve to wipe them off, I asked him if he wanted a rag, he says no my sleeve will just fine. Gives me a bill for $763. So I called and talked to the General Mgr after 30 mins of arguing about using old parts and charging top dollar he gave me $150 back to his credit. 20 yrs ago I got fantastic service this time not so good. Then to top it off he didn't tighten the hose clamp on the drain hose had water leaking just enough to make your blood boil.

Spartan Plumbing is very quick to respond and schedule an appointment for service. The plumbers are always respectful and take great care with property. My plumber was knowledgeable and creative in solving my plumbing issue. Thank you and I will definitely continue to use Spartan Plumbing.

Fantastic people to work with, Enrique and Anthony were great! They fixed a plumbing issue I've been worried about for some time, they were fast with the repairs and it was affordable 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We had a shower valve or something break at one of my properties last night causing it to flood the downstairs unit, I called spartan as an after hours emergency to come out, I received a call from Chris who went out to the property to assess the situation, he communicated with me throughout the whole process which made it such an easy decision to move forward with Spartan. Chris called before leaving the job to inform me that he was able to stop the leak and turn the water back on for the building and that he would be back in the morning to complete the job.

Chris called this morning when he and Ben T. were on their way to the property and also called me right after they were done. Thank you Chris and Ben T. for your hard but very efficient work last night and today!!!!!

I had no idea when I booked an initial appointment online this morning that all 3 jobs I needed done would be finished by end of day. Steve was so efficient and made tricky work look easy. We are very happy with the result!

They dug out a trench for my gutter to drain from my back corner-into existing pipe in the front. Completely happy what they did. They took Enrique’s plan and executed it perfectly.Looking forward to seeing them when they do the other side of my home in the spring. They went right to work and started unclogging my gutter drainage pipe. As always, they did a superior job and made sure it was flowing out easily. Devin called to let me know when he would arrive, and showed up as he said he would. He is very personable, and provided 3 different options for the repair I needed. There was no pressure to upgrade, which was pleasantly surprising. The work was completed, and any mess was cleaned up before he left. I definitely recommend Devin and Spartan Plumbing!

Chris from Spartan Plumbing was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Not only did he do a great job, but he was also incredibly friendly and respectful throughout the visit. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Had a plugged kitchen sink. Called Spartan and we’re here that day. Ben was a pleasant, knowledgeable person who had a step by step plan to fix it. He explained all details and did what needed to be done. If I need a plumber again, I hope not, I will call them again.

Anthony has helped us out a few times now and he’s awesome! He’s great at communicating and keeping us informed on every aspect of each job. Thankful for all of his help.

Called to have a broken pipe fixed, Steven A. came out within 20 minutes of my first call, and got it fixed right away no problems or stress and even gave some quotes for some other work we were planning on getting done. Just happy to have quick easy service and to have my water turned back on :)

Benjamin was great! I don’t think I have ever given a plumber or plumbing company a five star rating. They came out promptly to give me an estimate charge me exactly what they said. They cleaned up after themselves and were in general very pleasant to deal with.. We’ve already agreed to the next round of work that needs to be done. I highly recommend him.

I recently had Benjamin from Spartan replace an outdoor faucet, and install an access panel indoors for future access to the plumbing if needed. He was communicative leading up to the appointment, arrived on time, and was pleasant on-site. This was the second time I have had Spartan do work for me (separate projects, unrelated) and would recommend them to others.

Called after hours for emergency service and someone actually answered the phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and within 10 minutes I got a text confirming that my emergency service was scheduled within the next two hours. Chris called and advised me when he was about 30 minutes out, he had already called my tenant and assured her that he was on the way. Chris called after assessing the situation with a few different options for the service and he called again when he was finished. Definitely will use Spartan again.

Thank you so much for finding and fixing my plumbing issue at my house. I appreciate it . It took me 3 different companies to fix the issue. Companies like b**’s plumbing one of the ones I hired didn’t fix the issue, all they did was over charged me thousands of dollars but didn’t fix the problem. Chris was a 10/10. Honestly maybe even 11. He gave us clear options, and recommendations based on our asks, and was clear with what he was doing every step of the job. Very professional, and polite. Ask for Chris! This is the 3rd time we have used Spartan, and having dealt with other services, this one is above and beyond. If you want things done right, and with premium service… call Spartan!

From initial consultation to installation, Josh was friendly, and knowledgeable. This is my third service with Spartan and the first brand new installation. The company is fair priced and does quality work.
