I’ve had excellent experiences each time I’ve had Hunts Service. Both for plumbing and electrical work. Chris was my electrical technician today and he listened patiently while I explained the problem I had with changing out a switch for a motion sensor. He quickly resolved the problem and I now have a functioning motion light sensor in my garage. In addition he checked out my electrical panel as it’s an older home and assured me that it was in fairly good condition. I also asked for estimates for two other electrical upgrades which he prepared written estimates on the spot. I really appreciated working with him and how professional he was. Thanks again Hunts!

I was thoroughly impressed with the skilled and knowledgeable plumbers at Hunt's Services who provided top-notch industry expertise in HVAC services, ensuring my home was always comfortable and well-maintained with their quality installation and repairs. Their ability to expertly handle a multitude of emergencies, from furnace repairs to air conditioning fixes, left me feeling confident and secure, knowing my HVAC system is in good hands.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The only thing remotely positive about my experience with Hunt’s was the ease of scheduling, but even that was nothing worth mentioning — just standard fare.

From the outset, I was told the service call would cost $50. However, when the technician, Justen, arrived, he immediately asked me to sign paperwork with barely any explanation. I was led to believe the $377 quoted was for the repair — only to find out later it was simply for an "estimate." That brings the total to $427 for absolutely no work done.

To make matters worse, Justen proceeded to cut a massive hole in my garage ceiling — despite my clear explanation that the leak was NOT in that location. He was abrasive, dismissive, and pushy throughout the visit. After quoting me $1800 for the actual job, he told me the $427 fee would not even be applied toward the cost of the repair should I choose to go with Hunt’s. That’s right — you pay $427 just for the privilege of being given an estimate, with no credit applied. I had to ask him to leave before more damage was done to my home.

I followed up with the company in writing to express my concerns and received no response whatsoever. Over a week later, I have yet to receive a proper written estimate — just a series of spammy emails with broken links that say “Click here for your estimate.”

Bottom line: Hunt’s charged me $427 for an incompetent, damaging, and completely unhelpful estimate for a simple leaky pipe. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone and am honestly abhorred and disappointed that people and companies like this exist.

I mean….nobody WANTS to have to call a plumber heading into a holiday weekend or hear that it’s not an easy fix. Danny was thoughtful and thorough. He explained things in ways I could understand and helped me make informed decisions. He also pushed hard to get me an interim fix so I wasn’t totally out of luck for the long weekend. It was my first time calling Hunts… and while I really hope I don’t need to call again, they’ll be my first call if I do. Very thankful.

I couldn't recommend Hunt's more. We've owned our home for a few years and had a handful of things go wrong with our pipes. The folks at Hunt's have always been available and ready to help. Danny in particular has shown up and helped us numerous times, putting our minds at ease and solving any of the issues we've had. I got the phone call to let me know how far out they were. Julio showed up right on time. He was cheery and friendly. Did a great job cleaning up. Im very happy. It felt kind of expensive but I’m no plumber and I guess that’s what you pay for. Excellent work Julio.

I had a less than satisfactory experience at first but Hunt’s Services came through and made everything right. I give a lot of credit to their customer service folks, Corey the manager and Alfredo the plumbing technician for their professionalism and care. My day started out with high expectations of a brand new fridge. Costco delivered a new fridge for me today and they couldn't complete my installation or haul away because they couldn't get the valve to shut off. Apparently this problem is very common, but not to me obviously. LOL, "my ignorance amuses me." That's a line from a movie.
The gentleman's name was Milton. He was so courteous and polite and did his job and he didn't make a mess. 5 stars to you my friend. I would absolutely call Hunt' Services again. The texts were great and the follow up calls were spot on. A very well oiled machine.
