I have to say that I am extremely happy with Harts Heating Plumbing & Air!!! I had called out a different company to give my heat pump and furnace a check up and they said i needed to replace both to the tune of $23,000!!! I was panicked!!! So i went looking for a couple second opinions and thankfully Harts was on my list.

Virgil and Dan came out and did a thorough inspection and laid out what they had found. And guess what? I don’t need to replace the units at all! They were so nice and respectful and answers all of my questions. They dispelled the myths told to me by the other company and I feel they were really looking out for my best interests. So, I’m looking at around $2500 to get things back in shape! I am also taking advantage of their Harts Home Care Plan which includes annual inspections/safety checks on my plumbing, sewer, electrical and HVAC systems and more all for only $35/month!

If you’re looking for a great company, you don’t have to look any further! HARTS is THE ONE!! 💜💜💜

UPDATE; Virgil came and made the repairs to my heat pump today and was just as awesome as the first time we met for the estimate. I was also visited by Thomas. I had signed up for the Harts Home Care Plan and he came out and flushed my water heater tank at no cost because of the plan! I'll be scheduling for sewer and electrical inspections/safety checks that are alao included with the plan. Thank you to everyone at Harts for taking such care of me and my old house!

UPDATE 2: Stephen came out to check on my sewer system and I’m sure glad he did! He uncovered a problem with a pipe under my house that was done by another company who doesn’t stand Behind their work. He was able to do a makeshift temporary fix until we can get that pipe work done. He also sent me estimates for the rest of the work that I need to plan for with different options so I can figure out how to pay for it. Stephen was Super nice and easy to work with. Thank you once again Harts. Your Technicians are amazing!

UPDATE 3: Dan came out to do a repipe job for me and did a fantastic job! He explained everything and showed me pictures of the work upon completion. Super nice and easy to work with! Thanks again!!!

Hart’s does a fantastic job of scheduling services quickly and keeping customers updated, but they’re especially lucky to have team members like Stephen Fry. Stephen’s professionalism and kindness truly went above and beyond. I can’t recommend him highly enough if you need work done—you can even request him! He also pointed out areas where he could help with future projects through Hart’s if we ever need it. An outstanding professional who leads with true dedication to service. Thank you, Stephen!

Had a great experience with Virgil coming out to fix my furnace and thermostat. We'd been without heat for a couple days over the holiday and Harts came out and got the job done, as well as doing some needed maintenance on it. Explained everything thoroughly with photos and got me the repair I needed to keep me and my dog warm and cozy over the holidays at a reasonable cost.

I give Trevyn 5 stars for his help in making sure I was contractually taken care of, and for putting up with me moaning until all was made right for me, and for coming to my home on his weekend day off to make sure all was in order for work that starts Monday. Grateful he will oversee the work too! And extra help he’s offered. I give his boss Dave (hope that name is right) kudos for his help as well. As far as the company? They still have some overall proving themselves to do, but these two helped restore my faith a bit today. Special thanks to Trevyn for going the extra miles for me!

I had an excellent experience with Adam who came out to repair my HVAC system. Not only did he do a fantastic job fixing the issue quickly and efficiently, but his personality truly made the whole experience pleasant. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain what was going on in a way I could easily understand. It’s rare to find someone who’s both skilled and genuinely enjoyable to have around, but Adam definitely fits that description. I’d be happy to have him back anytime for future service. I highly recommend!

I attempted to turn off the water supply to my toilet in one of the bathrooms and the valve started leaking and grinding. I called Harts Plumbing and they were able to come out promptly - within two hours. Dean Wadleigh arrived and was very professional in assessing the required repair. The estimate was reasonable and he completed the replacement of the valve quickly. I appreciate Harts for several reasons: they sent a text with a photo of the person (Dean) who would be arriving, Dean called when he was on his way and he wore shoes covers while walking through the house. All invoice and receipt paperwork was completed immediately via email/text. I would use Harts again in the future. Thank you, Dean!

Spencer is a superstar! He took care of every single thing. I needed new wiring from the street to my house. He figured out a way around my sprinkler system. He organized all of the contractors needed for the job. Spencer was here with all of his contractors the following morning, starting work at 8 AM. I will use Harts for all my plumbing and electrical work from now on. The price was better than I could get anywhere else! HIRE THEM!!! Miguel and Lucas worked soo hard to get my power back on, they worked until midnight.

The service technician Matt was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything in layman’s terms and answered all my questions. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and down right kind to me and all my questions. I can’t thank you enough for having such an awesome employee on your team. Appreciate everything that he did for us please make sure you thank him again from me.

Worked with Johnny. Personable, professional, didn't upsell me, talked with my boss and neighbor to secure that the install date is good for all involved. Overall, I feel confident the install process will go just as smoothly. Appreciate you!

EDIT m: This is DEFINITELY Not going smoothly at all. Third time out sine the install. So far, three times out for service. Again today. Thom did a wonderful job, and we were supposedly set. So, why, 4 hours later, has the temperature dropped to 68 again when the thermostat is set to 72 and hasn't been touched? Makes no sense. I have tried to be the nice guy and I appreciate everyone's efforts, but what did I pay $30K for if this is what I get? Work is irritated, I've used PTO up and I'm left with a system that doesn't work as properly or as promised.

Thank God the inspector is coming out Friday. He's gonna have a field day with this.

To be clear, I don't like having to take the seldom travelled nasty path, but I'm ready to do so and you aren't getting paid a damncent until this is rectified once and for all!

I've been working with the team at Harts for a couple of years now and they are dependable and informative! no yellow tape. I totally understand everything they tell me and the problem is always resolved quickly! Great Team!

Spencer was very friendly, professional, and courteous, and he clearly knows his trade very well. He took the time to explain what he was looking for during the inspection and how the electrical system works throughout the house. He also installed an exterior outlet for me, which I’m very happy with.

We recently had plumbing work done by Harts, so we called them for electrical service. Stephen was good about explaining the options, process and costs, and showed a photo of the installed surge protector . The work was done quickly and looks great. Overall, a stress-free experience.

I had my tankless hot water heater serviced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician was thorough, professional, and arrived on time. He clearly explained the process and took the time to walk me through ongoing maintenance recommendations so I know how to keep the system running efficiently. We were very happy with our service. We requested and urgent visit for our building hot water heater and was able to have a technician out same day. Dominnick was able to address our issue, verify a solution and get a quote for our repairs quickly. Harts made sure that the repair was scheduled as soon as the part arrive. I had a great experience with Joseph, the HVAC technician who serviced my home. He was professional and took the time to clearly explain the issue and how he planned to fix it. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, and he left the area clean when finished. Upon seeing we had water leaking through the grout on our kitchen floor, we immediately went to Angie's website and found a couple of local plumbing companies. HARTS responded quickly and had a technician out to our house within less than 2 hours. Kelsey was great. I have just returned to the house I had grown up in (house was purchased in 1970). Sadly, there has been lots of deferred maintenance and the original pipes needed replacing (in the entire house). Although it was a stressful 7 day job, Anthony and Seti did a great job. They worked hard, communicated well, and were accommodating to my needs. As a retired teacher, I appreciate anyone who can make a complicated job look effortless and do it with a smile on their face.

They sent Jordan the plumber to check out the issue. Jordan had a very pleasant demeanor and after I explained the issue I was having he quickly assessed the problem and gave me straight forward honest answers to my questions. We had two very slow draining sinks in our primary bedroom. All the usual methods to unclog failed. I called Harts and they were extremely helpful in getting me scheduled. Did a great job of keeping me updated on times for my service. The plumbers were courteous and very experienced.
