Jovaughn did a great job with the plumbing issue I had. He explained everything thoroughly and didn’t push me to buy more services than necessary. I really appreciated his promptness and he got a lot done in the time he was here. The receptionist was super nice and I just called this morning and they had Jo out here within an hour, and it wasn’t even an emergency! He was also very patient and flexible as the day was hectic with other contractors around. I would recommend Hart’s and Jo to my friends and family.

I've have my HVAC and electrical serviced here and could not be happier! When it comes to scheduling they always make me feel like I'm a priority and they come out quickly. The guys that come are so polite and explain everything to me. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or swindled. They are so personable, trustworthy and kind. I live in a 70's double wide out in the boonies so there's always something that needs repaired and I always feel so much safer after they come and inspect everything. They answer all my neurotic hypothetical questions of things that could possibly go wrong but likely never will and they put my mind at ease. I'm able to request the same techs which is super helpful because they already know what they are getting into. The cost of services are always much lower than I expect after they assess things and they send promos in the mail for discounts, which is a nice bonus. I confidently recommend this place any chance I get. They are truly wonderful.

Tremendous service! Jordan our plumber arrived only 3 hours after calling and we live in a rural area. Emily in the office was responsive, polite and efficient. Jordan was terrific. He solved the problem without using tools and we were only charged for the trip fee. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and has a great personality! The overall experience was as good as it could be

My service from start to finish was fantastic. I had gone four nights without power. On a Saturday, from work, I called to schedule an appointment. I figured they would be able to get me an appointment sometime next week. I was incorrect, the appointment setter (I wish I could remember her name) was so polite, professional and understanding. She was able to work with my work schedule and made an appointment for me on Saturday after I got home from work. Next, my service technician Stephen made this experience even better. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately set about correcting the problem. All the while keeping me informed about what he was doing and what steps needed to be taken. I was even comfortable enough with him that we had a very pleasant conversation while he was busy fixing my lose of power. As a final step, he even tested the repairs to insure my power would stay on. Five stars are not enough as the service was far better than I expected. Please, if you need electrical work or any other service Harts provides, call them. You will be happy you did.

Called Harts after I called another plumbing company that charged by the hour, made me feel uncomfortable to pay by the hour instead of having it bid out before beginning work and to know exact cost. Anthony was a great surprise, professional, put together, on time and did a whole home inspection including crawl space. I appreciated him putting on NEW shoe covering booties to enter my home, that matters a great deal to me. He took them off when we went to the garage and replaced upon entering the house again. He listened well to my concerns and addressed them clearly and honestly. I did not feel pressured to do any work that wasn’t necessary. Work begins today. I’m hopeful they will do a stellar job and go above and beyond my high expectations.

I feel the price was fair, it’s never “fun” to have to pay for unexpected home repairs, but Anthony made it less painful. Harts has been in great communication with me, which I value. Also their warranty is pretty amazing and they have support 24/7. This was the right choice for us rather than going with a mom and pop plumber that charged $215 an hour. You can’t be sure if they are working quickly and efficiently or slow to draw the process out. That just felt too stressful for me. I’ll post my review after the work is completed.

He was on time and he answered all my questions. He didn't try to pressure me into any sell story. He assured me that they could finish job in good timely manner. If he couldn't make appointment he would call me so my whole day would be tired up. This is second time i have used Harts services.

Jeremy really went the extra mile to get our hot water working again. He'd been by earlier in the day and got our old one working again, and had shown me the replacement options with no hard sell pressure. Unfortunately, our old water heater quit working again several hours after he left and he was nice enough to come back with a replacement, even though it was late in the day. He worked FAST, and was done in a few hours.

Dean was very courteous and knowledgeable about going about the job. Also very thorough about making sure everything worked well and to our satisfaction. Would consider him for all future plumbing issues. Thanks

Had my sewer line repaired and re-lined by Hart’s Plumbing…..I highly recommend using this company for all of your plumbing needs. Very professional, reasonable in their pricing, great communication and follow-up. Their technician(s) were kind, respectful and (also) professional. Everything was done in a very timely fashion. Can’t say enough about this company. Again….highly recommended!!

We had a great experience with this HVAC installation and are very happy with the results so far. The work was done cleanly, professionally, and with a lot of attention to detail.

The technicians took the time to explain the system, answer questions, and make sure we understood how everything works, which we really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed, and communication throughout the process was excellent.

A big thank-you to Trevor (electrician), Kyle, and Chris — all three were knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation looks very clean and well thought out, and the system is performing exactly as expected.

Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. We’d absolutely recommend them based on this install.

Chris did a great job diagnosing and planning a professional solution to my issue. I needed a water heater replacement in my duplex attic, where both units needed to be earthquake strapped but there was nowhere to attach. Jason did a great job on the work. Then Chris came back to check on a potentially related issue. Great communication throughout. The sticker shock was insane. But the work was well done. I’m thankful for a timely and professional resolution.

Jeremy is very knowledgeable and fixed the issue, was very upfront about cost and expectations. Was able to come within an hour that we called for plumbing emergency and was super helpful about insurance claims as well. Left his card and insists we follow up if the issue doesn’t stay resolved

We had a great experience with Harts. We had a leak in the crawlspace coming from the plumbing for the kitchen sink. They were able to replace the small section that had cracked without replacing the whole pipe system. This was originally quoted as a $5k repair but he was able to do it for $665. Plumber was knowledgeable and considerate. He had the repair done in a hour. I will be recommending this company to anyone in town with plumbing issues. 5 stars!

Dominnick Martin was great! He took the time to explain everything to me about the hot water heater and gave me the pros and cons and of each type of system. He took the time to show me different choices to pick from and was in no hurry no rush no pressure. I felt like he actually truly cared about my satisfaction. If if it wasn't for Dominic's professionalism I don't know if I would have chosen this company. I had several other companies lined up to come in and take a look. After speaking with Dominic in the first 10 minutes I knew that he was the right choice! Harts you guys need to know that Dominic is an excellent installer and a true asset to your company! I will most definitely have your team come out to do further work on our home! I really appreciated help!!! Good job Dom!!!

Needed custom ductwork fabrication to connect our new over-the-range microwave vent to existing ductwork with a challenging offset. Nathan from Harts was great throughout the entire process. He took careful measurements and detailed notes during the initial assessment, put me in touch with the right department to work with me on pricing to reach a fair agreement, and kept me updated on when the custom piece would arrive.

When he returned for installation, he was prompt and professional - the entire job took less than an hour. The custom piece fit perfectly and everything was tested before he left. Really impressed with the quality of work and communication. Would definitely recommend Harts and Nathan specifically for any HVAC work.

What made this a great experience? There is no one thing. From the rep / planner Scott Park & the switchboard operators like Amber, to office people like Courtney, and our repairman AJ & the whole install crew of Jeremy, Rich, & the other young man whose name I am spacing: ALL have been fabulous, on the ball, professional, while also being very personable & maintaining the human connection.

The quotes for everything I asked for were thorough; there was no upsell or pushing at any time; appointments made fast; the work was done quickly, efficiently, & thoroughly.

WE were asked at multiple times throughout the planning & the working processes if we had questions. At no time were we talked down to, and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. We had been without heat for weeks during the coldest stretch of the year and were honestly at our wits’ end. Simon came out, quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace, and had everything up and running again the very same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, fast, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit—he even took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.
It’s rare to find this level of care and expertise. Simon turned a stressful, freezing situation into a huge relief. We are so grateful and will absolutely be calling Mercurio’s (and specifically asking for Simon!) for any future HVAC needs. Highly, highly recommend!

They came out to address an issue with our tankless water heater. The tech found a faulty check valve. When it arrived he installed it in about 20 mins. They charged $509.62 after a $250.00 discount! That was above and beyond a $393.00 diagnostic fee (more than reasonable) When I called to say I thought that was excessive for 20 mins. work all they said was they would offer a $200.00 credit on a future service.

Outstanding installation! Boys completed task quickly with no issues.operational
tests completed. They swapped out a replacement furnace on Veteran’s day.

Needed duct clean and sanitize after bathroom flooding. Jesus came out and made it all work. Extremely polite, careful and kind. He also repaired a separated dryer vent, and has a true heart for service

Our smoke detectors finally bit the dust after 13 years. We had no idea who to call and neither did anyone we asked. So we ended up calling Mercurios. Ed came out and did an assessment and gave us a quote and it was a done deal. We scheduled the install, Ed showed up on time and do a super quick job. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks tons.
