Amazing service. Our tankless water heater went out and it was fixed in three days. Prompt, honest, and very straightforward. And people you can actually talk to on the phone 🤣 The technicians were friendly and respectful of our home and got the job done quickly but correctly. We are a first time customer and will be so now for years to come. Highly recommend.

I had to edit this previous 5-star review. I originally had a contract for annual maintenance which included a monthly filter replacement. Then all of a sudden they were coming two times a year and billing me more! I didn’t realize it because it’s direct payment. A woman named Jennifer said she would take care of it and refund the extra costs. Don’t know if that happened but I got a letter stating that my original contract would be “retired” at the end of August. would no longer be valid. And they would come four times a year and charge me even more. Very shady. I have cancelled all maintenance with them and will need to find technicians to work on it now. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and spread the word with my neighbors and friends.
Also, There was a piece of plastic that was cracked in the air handler (when it was first installed, and they came back to fix it. Unfortunately, it keeps on popping off. At first they told me I must have had something fall in it. The handler is slightly bulged there. Each time they come out the piece is laying on the floor. The last time they came they said they would take care of it, which they did. However it popped off again. More of an aesthetic thing but you would think they could fix it. $20K for air handler, heat pump, thermostat, duct-cleaning and new power panel. Good price, good technicians but horrible company.

Had Elijah Colglazier perform annual maintenance this morning. He explained everything well. Very helpful.Great service.
Techs are very knowledgeable about HVAC and electrical. It was a pleasure working with them. I had a large crew work two days installing an air handler (heater), heat pump, thermostat and a new power panel and duct cleaning. I couldn’t believe how much was done. Very professional and friendly. They didn’t even leave behind any screws. Then today they came back for the third day to commission it. Very impressed with the business and people. It cost $20K to get a new power panel, new thermostat, clean the ducts, put in a scrubber and heat pump and air handler.

The technician, Donnie, was personable. He understood our needs. He was meticulous in the service to our heat pump. I also had him replace the thermostat with a more modern model. Donnie did the install and directed me in programming it. A good experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Josh Withers from Mercurio's for our water heater installation, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Josh provided outstanding customer service. He kept us informed throughout the entire process — from the initial inspection to the final installation — and made sure we understood everything that was going on.

Josh went above and beyond expectations. Not only did he install the water heater efficiently, but he also took the time to address and fix a few issues he found along the way. It's clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the quality of service he provides.

Kevin with Mercurio’s helped us with our HVAC system and was exactly what we needed. Beyond being overall knowledgeable, he truly wants to help customers feel taken care of. He took his time, explained everything, pros/cons, part systems. Highly recommend.

Had Mercurio's come out to replace a short run of damaged duct work under my house. Only about 25 feet. Technician arrived on time and seemed very knowledgeable and polite. Unfortunately that's where it ended. Could not come back to complete the repair till after Christmas, but got an appointment scheduled the following Monday between 8AM and Noon. At 8:25 the day of, I got a text canceling the appointment because the tech was out that day. Aggravating. Was rescheduled for the next day, Tuesday, between 8AM and Noon again. Then on Tuesday I got a call at 8:50AM (NOTE: Again this call came in AFTER my arrival window had already started) I got a call saying they had to cancel because nobody ordered the flex duct, and they wouldn't be able to get it for another WEEK! They were nice and apologetic, but I don't need nice and apologetic, I want competent and punctual. Mercurio's is the biggest HVAC contractor in Tacoma, how could they not have in stock OR be able to purchase SAME DAY from any HVAC supply store a short run of flex duct that is literally installed in every house built in the last 50+ years. Heck I even checked Home Depot and they have it. I will have them finish this project since I'm already in it for money, but that will be the last work they will perform for me. Absolutely ridiculous.

We are so very pleased with all this company does for us. Every single employee we have encountered has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Jesus was her yesterday and felt like family. I can’t say enough they have done so much here and will always be our go to for anything they do it all! They installed 2 new systems in 1day we converted from oil to electric. I would recommend this company for any and all your service needs! Thanks to you all at Mercurios!

On Saturday, February 27th, I had my first experience with Mercurio's Heating and Air. Ryan was the Technician who diagnosed and repaired my Lennox system.

Ryan represents the company well. He is professional, knowledgeable, enjoys, and is enthusiastic about his work. He communicated what the problem and solution were in a creative way, using pictures and short video clips that he had taken while diagnosing the technical issues. I highly recommend Mercurio's Heating and Air.

I had a truly great experience with Brian Thomas. He arrived right on time and carefully inspected all the plumbing issues I was dealing with, including the water heater, piping, and toilets. He identified the problems quickly and accurately, which really showed his expertise.

Brian was extremely patient, polite, and very respectful of my home. He always asked before entering rooms or opening cabinets, and his professionalism stood out the entire time. What I appreciated most was his honest guidance—he even recommended that I address some flooring work before reinstalling a toilet, showing that he prioritizes doing things the right way rather than just getting the job done fast.

Because of his honesty and the quality of his service, I plan on continuing to use the company, especially with their priority membership that helps keep everything in the home well-maintained. Brian absolutely deserves five stars for his integrity and professionalism.

We had such an amazing experience using Mercurios - setting up an appointment and communication from them was great. Our tech Kevin Loihle was the best. He found the issue in minutes of showing up, was extremely knowledgeable and even thoroughly explained to us how and possibly why our issue happened. He contacted our furnaces maker to ensure warranty and part cost. Kevin quickly got to ordering the part needed, provided us a time frame of ordering to install. Install was 48 hours from original appointment and Kevin was in and out in no time. He even provided us tips to keep our furnace to top running quality. Kevin was so nice, genuine, great with communication and has quality work. Can’t wait to work with Kevin and Mercurios further.

Excellent technician. Friendly, on time, extremely knowledgeable. Explained everything in terms we could understand. Went out of his way to install quality outlet for each outdoor site unique to each location. 4 stars only because of high price.

We used Mercurios to replace the ignition system on our furnace. The technician Wayne was very friendly and helpful. He offered us tips for proper maintenance after replacing necessary parts. We will definitely use Mercurio in the future.

Amazing service and expertise! We called Mercurio’s after another electrician advised we will need to upgrade our panel and service without even opening to see if we have any available spaces for an EV charger. Chris R. was punctual, professional and listened to our concerns. He was straightforward to what he can and cannot do and within a week we had our EV charge and few other electrical projects completed. I can’t recommend them enough.

Kevin Loihle did an excellent job with our furnace tune-up. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing along the way. We really appreciated the helpful tips he gave us to keep our furnace running efficiently and avoid future issues. He answered all our questions and didn’t rush the visit. Highly recommend Kevin for anyone needing HVAC service.

We had an outstanding experience with Mercurio’s from start to finish. Our old heat pump looked like a snow cone and had finally given up, so we called Mercurio’s and Scott Park came right over assessed what was needed - he very helpful and we chose to replace both the 20yr old heat pump and furnace.
Arnold, Max, Teagan, and Rich showed up right on time, walked us through every step and made us sure we fully understand how the new system worked before they left. The entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free. Their workmanship is top-notch, and our home is already noticeably more comfortable and energy-efficient. What really stood out was the combination of technical expertise and genuine, caring customer service. We felt completely confident in their hands. They even brought their own electricians, which made everything so much easier. We couldn’t be more happier with the results and highly recommend Mercurio’s to anyone needing HVAC work. Truly exceptional service. We are fortunate here in Kitsap county.

The technicians this time (and every time in the past) take the time to listen to what I have to say, the questions I ask, and they fully explain to me what they examined and the reasons for their recommendations. Their service pricing is competitive and I will continue using their services. This visit was an included regular system maintenance inspection and it was recommended that the blower fan be cleaned. Got the same recommendation last year. The cost for the cleaning was kinda steep, but given the difficulty of removing the fan and reconnecting everything properly, it was money well spent to have it done right.

Will Vickery was my electrician and had to come back twice because I thought my heater went out but he installed new thermostats and I didn't need a new heater. That was wonderful, he went above and beyond with exceptional service and professionalism. I would definitely use again and highly recommend this company and Will.

Fabulous job as always! Ever since we had a new air conditioning unit put in from an independent owner, we have had constant issues. Finally decided to upgrade the system once again but so worth it!! Our technician, Wayne, was extremely professional, efficient, and very hard working! He got the job done and the system looks amazing!!! Every time I have Mercurios come out to our home, they always do an excellent job! Don’t bother contacting anyone else. Contact Mercurios ASAP to get the job done right! And definitely do not hire ADT for anything to do with heating and cooling. They have no idea and broke my system! I was so happy that Mercurios was able to come the next day!

I feel comfortable and confident calling Mercurio's for future plumbing needs. I also need to highlight the HVAC division and rave about the consistently awesome customer service as well as great experiences with the skilled technicians, to include Charles M., Josh H., and Zach H. who have helped me understand and improve my unique HVAC system over the past few months. Everybody with Mercurio's, whether by phone or in person, has been accommodating, competent, and positive in their interactions with me as the customer. I highly recommend Mercurio's membership which includes two annual HVAC visits, as well as one annual inspection for both plumbing and electrical. Thank you, Mercurio's!

I contracted with Mercurios to connect a generator to my natural gas meter. About a ~15 foot run. Their estimate was for $1607.45. Since the estimate didn't include permitting I asked what the additional cost would be to permit it and was told $300.00. Although cost of the permit was only $55.00 I didn't want the hassle of it, I agreed.

Since I never heard anything from the manager about the permit I went ahead and pulled one myself online.

While the plumber was at the house he told me the cost to permit would be several thousands of dollars. I called the manager who told me the quoted amount was still good ($300) and he would call the plumber to inform him the crazy amount was not for this type of installation.

Before I continue I want to say the plumber was great. Professional and did an outstanding job. I was glad I was able to meet him. I question the management and ethics of the company.

After the line was installed and the generator hooked up (gas on) I called the manager to ask him what to do about the permit. He told me to put it up for final inspection, so I did. The inspector came out to the house, said he wanted to see a leak check and left. Mercurio's should have known the inspector would require a leak check.

I called the manger and informed him a leak check needed to be done and the plumber made a 2nd trip out to the house to install a $15 pressure gage and cap the lines. I put it up for inspection for the leak check and it was bought off.

Once more the plumber came out, removed the caps and pressure gage and reconnected the system. I put it up for final inspection sending pictures to the inspector. Since the inspector we had been working with was out, a new inspector looked at the pictures and wanted the unpainted fittings painted which I did. I then put it up for final inspection and it was bought off.

Mercurio's charged me every time the plumber came to the house. The plumber's cost was not included in the $300 quoted permit cost.

In the end, since I was fed up with the company, I paid $2,374.39
for what was quoted to be 1607.45 + $300 for permit just to put an end to my relationship with Mercuio's. I pulled the permit, painted the fittings smoke grey (as well as my meter) and coordinated the inspections with the county. Not really sure what the $300 was for and the additional $466.94 included an extra trip to the house for the leak check half of which should have been on Mercurio's. When the plumber left the first time the system should have been under test. That would only have required the plumber to come back out to the house one time, not twice.

I ended up paying an extra $766.45 for a poorly managed installation. I consider it bait and switch. I'm quoted one price and get charged three times that amount. If I were to do it again, I'd do it all myself, start to finish.

If you choose this company ensure every single detail is included in the estimate so they can't come back and say you owe them more. I'm just thankful to be done with this installation.
