Being an older DIY couple we find we can not do many of the home repair jobs we used to do. We found Hunts in the Best Pick's Reports and asked our son if he had used them and he had and recommended them highly. We were very surprised at the speed at which we got a rep to come out to take a look at our plumbing in the bathroom where a pipe broke. He gave us a 3 point inspection and due to the age we decided to also have our hot water heater replaced at the same time. The scheduling was also very quick, within the same week. The work done on the replacement of pipes and faucets and the hot water heater were very professional, friendly and fast. I appreciated the phone calls to let us know when they were coming and emails about description of work and price. Everyone was very so friendly, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend Hunts for anyone who needs a little help or a lot of help! Thank you to everyone, you were all great!

A young man named Brandon D came to my home and he was very professional and very personable and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the process and learning about electricity. The job was to move an outlet to a different area. Seemed not to be complicated, but there was a surprise behind the wall. I appreciated that he understood the assignment and got the job done.?would I use them again of course they are a little expensive but when it comes to electricity momma don’t play.

Hunts electrical team stepped in when another company could not meet the timeline that I needed. Their staff was extremely professional and timely in delivering the services that I needed to the specifications that I asked for. They took time to understand my needs and listened to my understanding of my house and observations of available equipment, despite my partial understanding of the field.

They came to service the furnace and ended up cleaning the blower wheel for around $700. When I checked the air filter, it looked pretty dirty. So I told them and the guy came back. He asked me if the furnace wasn't heating up. I said since he left. He tried to find out what's wrong and insisted that it was working when he left. He also said that he did clean the air filter. Anyway, he talked to the more experienced tech on the phone and wanted to do a stage 2 diagnosis for why the furnace not heating up which cost $270. I said no thanks. Mountain Heating & Cooling came and figured out what was wrong within 5 minutes.

PS: They came to service the furnace before. That's why I called them back.

Hunts Electrical was absolutely outstanding! Plus! I received a wonderful Thank you gift from them in the mail after they did all this amazing work! Replacing over a hundred outlets, light switches, replacing bad wiring, installing a brand new wammadime breaker panel plus taking time out to show me the flaws in each of the old electrical connections which were just a moment from white heat, caused by overloading the circuit. The Technicians were extremely patient and followed regulatory safety precautions in our protection. The entire team, including the Owner, who contacted me personally to ensure I was happy and understood reasoning behind each step, created a super sense of trust. I would recommend Tacoma Hunts Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC services to anyone. Also, what i found was significantly refreshing was meeting commitments and/or ensuring communications between contractor and client were tight. When I was told the team would be at work by 0800, I knew to have everything ready by 0800 because they were on time ready to go every time.
They didn’t need to be supervised or escorted. I told them to give me a yell if they needed anything and i ensured was within yelling distance. I think i’ve gushed enough that you can trust Hunt’s Service will meet and exceed your needs.
