On a scale of 1-10; I'd give them a 20! 1 day turn around from call to service. We were in a panic situation and needed immediate help at my dads (age 93) house. He had no toilets or showers working. All backed up in basement from main sewer line at house. Jim the owner was fantastic. Understanding of ailing father and the situation. Efficient, knowledgeable, explained what they were doing. Jim, answered any of my questions and I asked alot!. Had camera and all necessary equipment on hand for the job to find block/cracked pipe and partial pipe gasket connection default. Got line cleared and explained where the problem using sewer camera and next steps. Cleaned up everything from their work.
Gave a military discount to my 93 year dad a WWII Marine Vet. They came highly recommended and I can see why. We will use them for the needed repairs and any future needs. Jim's 40 plus years in the business- he is the person you want to call. I recommend them highly based on our experience.

Brandon installed an Ice Maker line for my new refrigerator. He had to cut a hole in my wall, tap in to an outdoor faucet, and work in a small, confined area. I
was very impressed with his work.

Trusted Plumbing was our 2nd opinion call and I am sure glad they were! I suspected the incorrect diagnosis with Plumbing Company #1 and I wanted a second opinion before shelling out the $2K from the first company’s estimate for a whole new toilet. Grant at Trusted Plumbing was in and out in 20 minutes and I had a fixed toilet for under $300. Trusted Plumbing will be my first call going forward!! Also worth noting I chose Trusted Plumbing at the recommendation/rave review from my friend and landlord who has used them for her own home and also her two businesses.

Grant came out to take care of some plumbing for a bathroom remodel and he was very helpful. My house is old and he was very helpful explaining my options. He wound up ordering me special items needed that are no longer available at the stores. And it's going to be perfect! Better than my original plan

I particularly appreciate being kept "in the loop" as to the why and how of the work. Prices seem fair. And if Home Serve home maintenance insurance company trusts them, it's good enough for me. I was very happy and impressed with the service from Trusted Plumbing. Aaron was able to diagnose snd fix the issue without having to send in the Specialist. Loved the introductions. Loved the communication from staff people as well. Aaron worked really hard to figure out the issue. Had to remove a huge pipe located in a hard to reach area. Clean up was great as well. I have a home warranty contract so have no idea what this would have cost….many thanks to Aaron!

Eloy was great. He made sure I understood what things with my HVAC equipment (furnace and heat pump) I should stay on top of and tips on how to maintain different elements of the system. I definitely plan to call Hunt's for my future service needs.
