Very responsive by phone and text. Came out same day and gave us a competitive quote for a new water heater. Scheduled the installation quickly and arrived for the job on time. We will be calling again!

Had a very slow drain issue in the bathroom. I called my home warranty twice to try to fix the problem and it never got fixed. I finally call Scottco plumbing on my own and Scott was great. It took Scott about 20 minutes or less to fix the issue and explain what was wrong. Scott also gave us tips and suggestions to use for future maintenance.

I called around at local chains and searched some local neighborhood groups. I ran across Scottco referrals in multiple locations from real people. I always prefer to try and go with a local small business when possible. Scottco had a fair quote, did quality work, and were very easy to deal with. They were able to restore my homes water pressure and replace the water heater.

Scott was friendly and laid back. We exchanged a few phone calls and Scott was able to stop by the same evening. He diagnosed the issue with our recent major decrease in water pressure. After working on things for about 45 minutes he was able to get our pressure working albeit still very reduced. He informed us that unfortunately, there was no easy fix. A combination of an old/failing water heater, and a clog in our bathtub/shower valve were greatly reducing our water pressure. He offered a reasonable quote and didn't try to upcharge us with 100 different issues we may or may not have had. He told me to get some more quotes and let him know if we wanted to schedule.

I called a few other chain plumbing joints but they all wanted to charge fees to offer a quote or ultimately had horrendous reviews about high pressure tactics and upselling random unnecessary fixes. I wasn't comfortable with any of the places that were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. While not technically an emergency we couldn't go without our bathroom for an extended amount of time.

We have a small home and a single bathroom, so we decided to schedule the service with Scottco to get it restored to working ASAP. Scott and Alex gave us a heads up and arrived the morning of the repair. They both worked on the issue and were able to get the two stated issues addressed. I mostly stay out of the way but they showed me things as they were working on them. Scott was entirely correct on his assessment. The replacement in-wall shower diverter valve, new water heater, and flushing with our homes ancient pipes was able to restore our water pressure to ludicrous levels. We also have instant hot water which has never been something we've experienced before. The shower pressure is the highest we've ever had at the house. We have to keep the knobs down a bit because of how well it flows now.

All around it was a fantastic experience. Fair quote, no high-pressure upsell crap, and honest quality work. I've already referred Scott to a family member, and we have put his business card and cell phone contact into our phones. We will happily use him again with any future plumbing needs.

I called Scottco early in the morning because my valve to my kitchen faucet was leaking under the sink profusely. I had to turn off the water to the house. He arranged his schedule to come out right away. He replaced the valves and kitchen the faucet at a very reasonable price. He is someone who you can trust, a good communicator and is upfront with what he charges. I chose him because of other really good reviews..

David and Chris were the best. Figured out quickly what the problem was, explained it to us. We gave them permission to cut drywall out in the garage.. It was soaked with water. Explained every step of the process gave us a quote that they stuck to it not based on hours, based on what they were going to do. Made sure we were happy and satisfied with the job before they accepted the check. I will never use another plumbing company. Spartan is definitely the way to go.

Chris did a great job installing my kitchen faucet. He explained pricing options very well. On time and courteous. A positive plumbing experience.

Spartan plumbing service is highly recommended. They were available highly professional and we're able to accomplish a task that I thought was not capable of being done on a Sunday night at 10:00 p.m.

Great service by Chris. He was professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. The repair was completed efficiently, and the area was left clean and tidy. I appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

I hired them to do reparing leaking problem so I received the estimate. but they handled it in a compltely different way without letting me know. Initially, they put the cost of removing and reinstallin the concrete side walk on the estimate.even though they did not do that, the amount still remains. I also asked for an itemized invoice for the job, but they refused to provide one and simply emailed me the amount.

Anthony is a very likeable guy who knows plumbing well. He always put on the blue shoe covers inside our home and cleaned up his mess. We had him install a water line into the fridge from a new connection under the house.

Ben was absolutely fantastic. Explained everything in detail. Took a video under the house to show what the situation was. Gave us 2 different options of repairing the faucet.
I couldn’t be more pleased. ( well if it was free then maybe 🤣)

Steve was a wonderful repair man. He listened to my issue with flooding when doing laundry. He tested the bathroom appliances. Looked at the washing machine and then looked at the septic tank. He knew the issue right away and fixed it. 5 stars

Our toilet had cracked and was leaking so we needed a whole new toilet. We called Spartan and they quickly sent out a technician (Josh) who was super helpful, very communicative, friendly and quick to finish the job! We are super grateful. I highly recommend Spartan Plumbing!

Feel robbed. Plumber was there for maybe 30 minutes in total max and I assisted in removing and reinstalling the toilet for $660 cash. The highway robbery. He even made it sound like he was giving me a deal. Ha.

Please stay away from this company, as they will quote you one price and in half hour will be different price. Their technician quote me 800.00 to unclog the drain after he inspected everything after he worked on it for 15min he said it will be 1,600.00 and after that he raised the price to 2400. Please stay away from this company.

Update: 10/2024: Spoke with Kyle who sent Christian (who arrived within 30 minutes) to take care of a backed up disposal in our kitchen sink. I am unable to take care of these kinds of problems, even though I actually know what to do. Christian was so helpful, friendly, and quick. The issue took less than an hour to repair and he made sure to get me a discount on the bill. I trust the Spartan Team to professionally handle our homes plumbing needs. 11/2023 Spoke with Kyle who sent Craig to our home within 30 minutes. Craig was friendly, fast, and efficient in unclogging our main bathrooms bathtub drain. It's great when your home works efficiently, that's why I call Spartan Plumbing for all my plumbing services. They don't overcharge, are very professional, and get repairs done quickly. Craig with Spartan Plumbing did an excellent job. I called Spartan because I had a clogged sewer line and they were able to send someone out and get it fixed the same day. Craig was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I would recommend Spartan for any plumbing needs!

Cost to do an inspection of my hot water tank was very reasonable compared to others. Derek was great and explained to me about my tank and made recommendations. Highly recommend.

Christian was fabulous. He was professional and courteous and provided a variety of options. Spartan in general is a bit overpriced so they get 4 out of 5 stars, but they always do great work so for me the price was worth it.
