Carlos and his crew were able to come the same day we called to investigate our sewer line that was backing up. They were able to determine with their camera that the line was plugged and failing due to Orangeburg pipe. They jetted it so we could get by for a few days till they could do the sewer line replacement. Carlos was thorough in explaining our options and was respectful and professional in all our interactions. He also was great on returning my calls and answering any questions I had. I can recommend Rooter Tech without any reservations.

They've been out twice. To put in a water heater, & risers for our septic system. Carlos & his crew are fast, efficient, experienced & knowledgeable....they all have a great sense of humor as well. They are our go to for all things plumby.

Carlos and crew were amazing. One of three bids we got for some work we knew needed to be done once we got the keys to our new house. They were able to take a previous quote and make the project even more than what we were hoping for and did more than the first big name company quoted us for.
I always love supporting owner-operated businesses and this is no exception. His guys were in and out and cleaned up everything afterwards and walked me through everything that was worked on and made sure I was confident in the work order being fulfilled.
Replaced 20+ feet of old pipes and incorrectly sized drain pipes and created a whole new draining system for our washer in the basement!
Communication and friendliness but frankness with the scope of the project was much appreciated and I even recommended him to our realtor for future recommendations or work.

Carlos and his team arrived as scheduled. Carlos went into my crawl and evaluated the issue. He, and his team quickly fixed the fitting that was leaking, insulated the fitting, and took a picture of the repair to show me how they had repaired the leak! Thank You very much ROOTER TECH!!

Removed old electric water heater and installed a new one all under an hour, and done the same week as the estimate. These guys are efficient and courteous. Additionally, they are the best price in the local market by far. No price gouging like some of the other guys. Excellent service and will definitely be using them again.

They were very responsive when we called. They came the next day to do an estimate but were ready to tackle the project right then. Carlos and team did a great job to the best of their ability with what they had to work with on our gutter drains that were pretty full of tiny roots and debris.. they got the majority of it out and things working properly again. Absolutely a great company to work with. Would highly recommend them.

What a wonderful company to work with, I wholeheartedly recommend them. The communication was excellent from the start. They arrived on time, did exactly what was requested with no upselling. My house is on the market, potentially sold. We discussed work that needed to be done after they removed tree roots which had broken through sewer pipe. Scoping of lines revealed a need for several feet of new sewer pipe. Carlos explained it in a way I could understand and made sure I knew options. Pricing was well below other service providers, but work quality was top shelf & passed county inspection. Carlos gave me honest feedback with no pressure at every step. He was willing to work with escrow for payment, although they offer other payment options. I'm a senior citizen and have owned a lot of older homes...so I have dealt with many types of repair and service people. This company stands out as ethical, competent and honest. Its a company with heart.

I hired Royal Flush to do some plumbing work required by HOA. Jeff went above and beyond to complete everything in a timely manner while doing minimal damage to walls and cabinets. They also gave me a reasonable quote just by providing them with the right information and data via messaging which was very convenient for me when i was comparing quotes with other companies.

During a home inspection, that was conducted in the middle of the day, a water leak was found in the crawl space. The hot and cold-water lines of an outdoor faucet were leaking. The owner, Meghan, worked hard to rearrange the work schedule of one of her plumbers to have him come out short notice to cap the line and stop the leak. I got a new (and better faucet) installed the day after. I appreciate the quick response time and in doing so, saving me from having to spend Christmas without running water. Great job.

I am really happy with the work that royal flush plumbing had done. I had my galvanized pipes redone with pex & a couple of faucets replacement. Really descent price. And friendly people. Highly recommended.

The technicians were on time and communicative. They resolved the issue efficiently and addressed all my concerns. My personality is such that I like to be made aware of the troubleshooting and repair plan ahead of time. The technicians were very respectful in understanding this and spoke to me a an easy to understand manner.

They are very responsive and did a great job with the installation of our tankless water heater. They also offered competitive pricing. Would definitely use again!

Royal Flush is awesome. I had a job which 2 other plumbers turned down because it was hard and had some unknowns. Kendrick not only took it on, he did it at a totally reasonable price.
