We called a couple of HVAC companies to assist with installing a smart thermostat but they declined. All Seasons was happy to help even though it was some additional trouble shooting and work with an EIM. Ken as friendly and knowledgeable throughout.

Called "All Seasons" after getting home from vacation to a super hot home...on a Saturday...got some great advice, called on Monday & made appointment. Ken came out and did an immediate check on our 30 year old cooling system. Gave us really good news, and was promptly able to fix it. We are incredibly grateful for All Seasons and Ken's expertise...

My furnace had stopped working and we were without heat. I called Tuesday, Ken was out to my house on Thursday, arrived an hour early and not even an hour after that, I was nice and toasty

Ken showed up to to work on our HVAC system and found that the correct relay was missing from the original installation done by some other company. However, to be fair, at the time it was installed it was a brand new product. However, it seems as though the details in the original installation manual were not read. Therefore Ken had a lot of troubleshooting he had to perform including under the house. He kept us apprised as things progressed so we knew what was going on in the process. Thank you Ken for all your hard work!

Jolene is so nice in the office, just so pleasant and professional. Tristin is our Technician and he is extremely friendly, polite and professional. All the technicians are great that we have met. Tristin is very respectful to us and our property. We have been with All Seasons HVAC for years and always buy our annual service package. It is a great deal.

Had to replace a very old H/VAC system. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful - Maddie & Jolene in the office, Jeff with the bid options answered all my questions and more, Steve worked wonders with a difficult installation, his helpers Will and Oscar worked inside and outside as needed - so well coordinated. It’s all been running well for the last month. Very happy!

Great people to work with from initial contact to review of problem to proposal to installation. All very professional and clean. Steve and his crew were hard workers and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Jeff (Sales) and Steve answered all my questions and gave me tips on operating my new system. All Seasons Heating and Cooling did an excellent job! Oscar, Steve, and Will arrived on time, were very friendly, and took the time to make sure our heaters were working properly. They fixed the issue efficiently and left the area clean when they were done. Great service from start to finish—highly recommend!

Oscar, Steve and Will helped install a new heating system after ours had broken down. They were very friendly and knowledgeable when answering any questions we had. They were quick and efficient and left everything looking better than before. They even replaced a burnt out light bulb in our garage! Great service all around. Ken came to my house and gave a thorough explanation of my furnace and how my thermostat works. He walked through each part of the service and gave his opinion about the system. I signed up for a maintenance plan, because I could tell that All Seasons hires quality, honest technicians who really know their stuff.

Ken was nothing short of amazing. He arrived on time and asked about my observations. Within 5 minutes he developed a solid theory; the contacts on the main relay had failed. He further guessed a bug had crawled into the relay and shorted the contacts. He was correct. The relay was replaced with an enclosed relay to ensure the "bug short" never happened again and my heat pump was functional within 30 minutes.

The truly amazing part is Ken accurately guessed at the exact beetle that caused the short. I can only assume that comes from years of local experience.

Everything was fantastic Jolene. Triston was thoughtful, courteous, friendly and he found an answer to the problem. All in all we were very pleased with your service including you Jolene. You guys both were right on target and we really appreciate the follow-through and glad we finally found someone we feel comfortable with to take care of our HVAC needs.
We got a new fireplace installed this fall that we love and it's working fine. Eventually we'll probably have you take a look at that on an annual or biannual basis.
You weren't the first people we called but you were the best performers by far and away. By that I mean no one else has called us back yet and it's been almost a week so good for you guys at four seasons.. you know how to make it happen!

Our furnace was making funny noises and blowing cold air. We called to make an appointment on Saturday and got one for Monday. Ken was able to find the problem almost immediately and fixed it with very little cost to us. He explained the problem in words I could understand. He offered a maintenance plan and a thermostat upgrade with no pressure, just being informative, so that I could discuss it with my husband and make a decision together. Ken was super kind and we will be using All Seasons for all of our heating and cooling needs from this day forward.

Also got a free maintenance tune up from Home Depot, I’ll be complaining to them next. I have 7 children and they tried to scam me out of over $15,000. For the product they wanted to provide and the work that needed to be done I’ve been quoted by 3 other very reputable companies at around $12,000. Service Patriots wanted to charge me $30,000. Cedric came to my house and was honestly a really nice kid. But, they called the day before the appointment and asked if I wanted to change my time slot from 2-4 to 12-2 so I agreed. Still didn’t show up till 4. Then, created urgency to replace furnace and AC unit and had a salesman Rick come out to my place for “safety concerns”. Asked for a quote and scheduled to go over it on Saturday at 12, didn’t show up until 4:30. Quoted me $30,000 for a $15,000 (tops) job. Didn’t conduct a manual J and suggested a 4 ton AC which I know I only need a 2.5 ton because I had a manual J done prior to meeting with them. They never sent me pictures of all the things they said were wrong as they said they would. Complete waste of time. Also found a screw on the ground after they put my furnace back together. Cedric, find a better job man.. you’re better than this. You might be able to fool the fans, but you can’t fool the players Rick, don’t fall for the the hype. Do yourselves a favor and call a reputable company. They have 3.2 stars on Facebook for a reason.

It's difficult to truly articulate just how impressed I am with Service Patriots! From the consultation to the scheduled maintenance on my existing unit, all the way to finally purchasing a new furnace - they've provided a world class experience!

During the semi-annual maintenance Meeschak educated me about the various components of my furnace and their distressed condition and how it impacted the quality of air (and potentially gas) that was entering my house.

The sales consultant (forgive me but his name escapes me at the moment) joined the transaction explored the different packages and their price points. Although they offer bronze, silver, gold, and platinum packages he felt like the gold package best suited my use case. Additionally he swayed me away from unnecessary items, saving me money in the process.

An HVAC system is a BIG purchase second only to the house itself and this can feel intimidating. Due to this they offer several options to finance. It's not cheap, but it's a worthy investment for those looking to fortify the heart of their home.

When installation day arrived I was greeted by Kyle, a tall, friendly man who immediately put booties over his shoes and entered my home. We briefly discussed everything and he let me know it would take them 3-4 hours to remove the old system and install the new one.

Shortly after I met Miguel and Vlad and the three of them went into action. Aside from a brief 25 minutes or so of banging and drilling the install was otherwise pretty quiet. About 3 1/2 hours later the install was complete and Kyle explained how to operate the new thermostat. They cleaned up behind themselves and left an incredibly positive impression on me! Service Patriots is on a short list of businesses that truly understand the lost art of customer service.

Drake did an amazing job and his customer service is top-notch. He is helping with a warranty issue and was very thorough in his description and explanation of what is needed. I would recommend service Patriots to anyone else who is looking for any HVAC work. They've done a great job for me and I would use them again.

Darwin was amazing!! He knew exactly what to do. Every step along the way, very efficient and quickly set up and did the inspecting he showed me by picture and in person things that could be troublesome.. And then sat down with us and took the time with us to explain everything & he wrote everything out for us. Personable and caring! He gets a five plus star review!

The technician Rick Schwarz from Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing serviced my HVAC system today he arrived on time and did good services. I like central air heating cooling & plumbing company. They provided quality service and has Sat service option for customers work during week.

Louie and Robert were awesome! Made it look great, made sure everything was working and that we knew how to use it all! Absolutely wonderful!
