The service was timely, excellent in quality, informative, and friendly. I would highly recommend Service patriots to any of my friends. I have complete trust in this company. The crew of Edwin David and Marlow were excellent. I would especially credit their service technician Darwin Templet Jr. He took the time to explain the details about my particular system and showed me snake camera footage of cracks in my 20 years old heat exchanger. As an electrician and multi-craft millwright myself I was able to understand the depth of thoroughness he applied in caring for my safety. He helped me navigate my options in a realistic way. Because of Darwin I decided to replace my old unit. I recognized the truth in his assessment of the components. This company is a moral and honest company… thank you Patriot team!

Had Service Patriots do a check up on our A/C system through a special program with Lowe’s. Lucas, our technician, was here for 2 1/2-3 hours and did a very thorough inspection. He was 100% professional, personable and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this company any time if Lucas is indicative of all employees.

Lucas and Educardo were friendly and professional. Seemed very knowledgeable in furnace systems. They suspected possible minor gas leak and fixed it. Very happy

Emma is a great salesperson! I went in for hard-to-find light bulbs - which she found! She then mentioned a great deal from Lowe’s to get my heating tune up down. It wasn’t on my radar today, but through her assistance, it is now!

Sean I think w came to my house to do a 29 point Heating inspection. He was at my house for around two and a half hours. And answered all my questions. And gave me a thorough inspection sheet at the end. He gave me some valuable information about my whole system and I'm grateful. I would rate his performance as excellent. Contacted Service Patriots through Lowes, only to discover our 30+ year old furnace was in hospice care. Darwin and Jacob walked us through and visually showed us the potential dangers of our system, in terms we understood and appreciated. They were polite, courteous, and respectful, and very knowledgeable. We were offered multiple options for replacement, but not required. We opted for one of the plans, including upgrading to include AC. Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism. Thank you Darwin and Jacob. A job well done.

Meshach was very professional, thorough, and personable during his assessment. He quickly diagnosed the issue and saved me money by identifying that the problem was simply the temperature setting. He also reassured me that he would return promptly if any other issues arose. Since his visit, the problem has been completely resolved.

Marlo, Noah, and David came to install our new furnace and AC unit and did an amazing job! They were efficient, respectful, and communicated well. We’re very happy with the service we were provided and the new system. Additionally, Meshach serviced our unit beforehand and was extremely helpful in helping us find the right path for a new system.

Used an impact driver to tighten hand tight only hardware. Replaced our filter with a dirty oily damaged filter with a date on it from a month ago (I assume a previous homes filter). Intentionally prolonged the appointment so he could have a "manager" come out and use aggressive sales tactics to try and get me to spend 14k$ on flexible tube vents.

We hired them for a furnace service per the home depot special, but he didn't clean the furnace, he instead washed off the heat pump.

Super shady and very disappointing. Had to schedule this service 2 months ago and we didn't even get the service we ordered.

Also scratched my copper line from the heat pump to the furnace/air-handler. Doesn't seem to be leaking but I will keep a close eye on it.

Tim, our service person was friendly and helpful explaining the process of the HVAC inspection and cleaning. He went over his recommendations for our system and gave us an estimate for several choices on minor upgrades and future service. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Trent, the company technician, was professional and thorough. He explained the care of my units especially how often to clean the filters. So far, i am very satisfied with my mini split especially looking at my bill from the PUD. It has gone down since i have had my unit.

Vlad was very knowledgeable of HVAC units. After I explained what issues I was experiencing, he thoroughly check all the components, lines and thermostate. As they say, leaving now stone unturned. Vlar was very respectful. He is very easy to talk with. He Represented, Service Patriots, professionally. Overall with customer service, knowledge, professionalism, quick in completing the job and everything else we experienced. He even made sure everything was working properly, walking us through the setup of thermostate. He answered every question we had. I would rate this company, Service Patriots a solid 10. Thumbs up also to the office staff. This company knows how to work as a team. They moved up appointment time which was a blessing cause it's been so cold. They kept me informed and honored a promise given at first install. Thank you to all of you who work at Service Patriots!

Cedric Estioda came out to our home today for the HVAC maintenance. He was extremely thorough and very professional. He was very careful in our home during his work. He did not rush through the process, but stayed very focused. He answered our questions in a very courteous manner. We will always request him as our Service Patriots technician. This is a review for a maintenance check provided by service patriots for a heating and cooling system that they installed about a year and a 1/2 ago The technician that they sent out, Trent was excellent.
Not only did he do a first class job for the maintenace check but he was also very knowledgeable and personable.He answered all my questions (and I'm the kind of person that asks a lot of questions). He also diagnosed and solved an operational problem.I was having. Thank you, Trent!

Really enjoyed working with this team! They were so kind, considerate, quick, and informative on everything we had done. From start to finish they have been very respectful and just heaven sent! 10 stars! Left everything better than they found it and super patient with us trying to learn the new system!

Beware of these scammers! A guy approached me at Home Depot and offered a $49 HVAC (furnace) cleaning and evaluation. Great deal, considering my furnace is older and they were going to spend 2+ hours on the job. The tech was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable and did an excellent job cleaning the area around my control panel. After completing this, he told me my heat exchanger was cracked and was probably leaking carbon monoxide into my house. Because of this imminent danger, he said he had to shut off the furnace for liability reasons and made me sign a waiver. He then made a big production of putting a big red tag on my furnace "OUT OF SERVICE". Coincidentally, the service manager (aka sales guy) was nearby and was able to stop by to go through my options on a new unit. He recommended the "Gold" level for $28K, which supposedly already had a $3,000 rebate built into the price. They had a special going on, where I could pay the "Silver" price of $25K, and then after another rebate my final price would be around $23,500. I don't know much about gas furnaces, but that seemed very high, so I paid to have another company come in and do an independent evaluation. Furnace working fine, no cracks in heat exchanger, and no carbon monoxide. They quoted me the same system (Goodman) for almost half the price ($13,000)!

I was very impressed with Trent. The young technician who serviced my HVAC system. He was courteous, honest and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s refreshing to see such professionalism and integrity, and it’s obvious he’s. He has a bright future ahead of him. He represented the company beautifully, excellent service from start to finish.

The installers, David ,Noe, Marlon did an excellent job with removing the old furnace and replacing it with a brand new unit. The technicians Kyle and Miguel did a fantastic job tuning up the system. Kyle especially was extremely knowledgeable with all the technical aspects. He was much appreciated!. David and his team who installed the unit did a great job with making it look perfect. They cleaned up all the used stuff and transported it away. I went with the heat pump/furnace system and I’m very happy with it. So far so good.

We had a burnt wire and compressor that made us have to shut down our heat pump. Called these guys and they responded quickly. From Lucas coming out to diagnose it, to Darwin giving us all the options. They expedited the install and after choosing a system they were on time the very next morning. Kyle, Vlad, Miguel, Kris were great to work with. Answered all our questions. Installed, tested new Heat Pump and Furnace. Showed us all the details. Definitely 5 stars.

Mike our technician was great, showed up on time and did a great job explaining what the issues he saw are and maintenancing our system. Really do feel like we got an incredible deal and the service was outstanding.

These guys were GREAT to work with. They offered space heaters to borrow when our furnace died and I was out of town. As soon as I got back, they set up an appointment with me to review options and had our 30 year old furnace replaced the NEXT DAY.
Very professional. The whole team was amazingly polite and friendly. They worked VERY CLEAN.
