We had both a 20-year-old furnace and AC, the latter of which went out during the 116 degree temperatures in Portland this past summer! A serviceman came out and got it going but we knew it was time to replace both furnace and AC. John and Nathan were out this fall and replaced them by the end of the long day. It's wonderful to have a quiet furnace and an AC that hums rather than roars! We couldn't have asked for more professional people. They were so friendly and polite. John thoroughly explained the work and the new thermostat, which is far easier to use than our old one! He patiently answered our questions as well. He also cleaned everything up so nicely that you'd never know any work had been done! We will definitely use this company for all future maintenance; we couldn't recommend them any higher.
