Darwin and Daniel has made me very happy….they both provided everything that I wanted and more!
If you have not had your gas furnace tuned up for better efficiency and help with prolonged life, these guys are phenomenal!
I am soooo glad I made an appointment with Service Patriots.

Spencer and Rick serviced our unit and give us a quote on a new one. They were kind, patient and professional. Most importantly, they weren’t pushy and above and beyond to give us the best service possible, even when things ran later than expected.

Installation a year and a half ago was great but service ever since was less than hoped for. The first time I tried to schedule service, they rescheduled me three times at the last minute the day before requiring me to take more time off from work unexpectedly. Now I'm trying to get my second service completed and I've waited for 6 weeks on their schedule and again they called me to change last minute. I wasn't able to accommodate what they wanted and so now they're going to put me off for weeks again. The service team needs to coordinate better and not make last minute changes. My $18,000 HVAC system isn't being serviced correctly because of their poor scheduling. This is exhausting. This company promised that they would be able to provide the service that I needed to maintain my expensive system. They are falling way short.

Drake was on time and he was polite. He spent about 1.5 hrs going over the upstairs furnace and about 1 hr on the downstairs. He gave me updates on both. He seemed nervous and a little unorganized in his verbal summary and I was unable to read his handwriting. It would be helpful to have the model and serial number for each unit. Also, he didn’t have a ladder or the correct sized filters for my units.

The entire team at Service Patriots were amazing from our inspection with Tyler and Trent to sitting with Sonja to discuss our options and then the install crew Edwin and Benjamin. The were all were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I 10 out or 10 recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Drake serviced our HVAC system yesterday, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He was thorough, communicative, and ensured everything was taken care of properly. He was also extremely courteous, even giving us a heads-up before making any loud noises due to our sleeping baby. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Taylor did an amazing job inspecting our furnace today and was very thorough and transparent on what needed to be fixed without pressuring us to make a big investment. Overall I would give Taylor 5 stars on his customer service and thoroughness.

Jacob the safety specialist also did a great job explaining the issues with our furnace and coming up with a game plan. Like Taylor, I would give Jacob 5 stars!

David, Noah, and Marlo installed a whole new furnace and a/c in my home. They were incredibly professional and efficient. David even went above and beyond by agreeing to move the a/c unit to the side of the house instead of where the old one was in the back. This created a much bigger job for the team and they were so awesome about it. I could not have been happier with anyone else. They were fantastic.

We had a heater & air conditioner installed. We also had our ducts cleaned and wrapped. Your company sent out a very good team. The 5 men you sent Marlo, Noah, Chris, Remi, & David were wonderful. They started first thing this morning and worked nonstop until the job was done. Very professional when coming in the house always wearing shoe booties. Perfectly cleaned up when the job was done. We would use you again.

Originally called to explain anomalous behavior so he thoroughly checked system. He confirmed the correct operation while explaining patiently his method and findings. While on site I mentioned that the inspector checking the installation required a strap to insure the condenser can not tip. He investigated this with his company and determined that it was needed and installed it. We appreciate his thouroughness, follow-thru and commitment to see the job done.

Meshach was a very informative technician who serviced my furnace. It included an air filter. He was very thoughtful with recommendations for future maintenance needs and safety considerations. I didn't buy the home service plan offered.

Darwin was personable and knowledgeable, and worked hard and long to service our furnace and give us the information needed to go forward. And he was so nice! I'm really impressed with this company and I will recommend you to my friends and families!

I got the $49 like many people do. For one, it’s an awesome deal. I can do a lot around the house, but am in no way familiar with gas furnaces. I knew it needed to be cleaned. Jess was the technician that came out. He was very friendly, and very personable. I asked questions (mostly how some things work). He explained everything very well. He even had recommendations for some things (like thermostats). He wasn’t pushy at all. Even told me I could find what he was talking about on Amazon. Very respectful also. I am a woman, and I know how some men like to treat women dumb and up-sell stuff. He shook my hand (multiple times) and talked to me like a human being. I was very impressed with this technician.

Cedric was very professional, and so good looking. His communication skills were awesome, and he covered all service completed, items of concern, and actions that will be required.

Was a pleasure talking to him and his experience with my heating unit was exceptional.

Well done Lowes, and all those involve with this service visit.

I would rate Service Patriot a 5+. Initial technician, Darwin, was very nice. He should up on time, explained everything and I never felt rushed. Very knowledgeable salesperson (John). Installers (Noah, David, and Marlo) showed up on time. They were super professional, explained the install, made sure everything worked as expected, and then cleaned up very well. All in all, each person and each step was very professional.

Mikey and Daniel came out to service our furnace on our service contract we purchased ba k in June. Very professional and knowledgeable. Made us aware of an issue we may need to fix when they come back out. No high pressure sales just honest. Great company!

Home Depot was a little high pressure!

RJ & Meshak arrived to inspect/repair my previous system. They advised me of its weaknesses and inefficiency. For the sake of safety and longevity I scheduled a replacement. I opted for the platinum package. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism I experienced during the process.

I was in Home Depot for something else and had furnace filters in my cart so an employee stopped me and asked if I wanted to sign up for their $8.88 furnace tune-up special (done by Service Patriots). It sounded too good to be true but they did send Taylor out to do it. He was wonderful, very friendly and explained to me what he was doing and what he found. I, honestly, don't think I got the 27 point tune-up that they kept telling me I would be getting when they called to schedule and confirm since I looked up what all it should entail and cleaning the burners was on most of the lists (along with a few other things that Taylor didn't tell me he was doing or had done). When I asked Taylor about the burners said he wasn't told to do that so I'm wondering what else isn't done since it's an inexpensive program for me and I'm sure they're just hoping to get more business from it. I called after Taylor was out the first time and told them that my furnace wasn't working as well and was making a thumping noise after the tune-up and they did tell me that it was guaranteed for 30 days and sent Taylor back out. He checked things again (readings and such, things I don't understand) and said everything appeared to be working pretty well considering how old my system is. I did get a quote on parts that he suggested be replaced but at the price I was quoted, without one of the main things even being on there, I'm just hoping the furnace keeps working through the winter months as replacing parts or the furnace itself isn't in the budget. Taylor did suggest a tune-up program that they have to try to keep the furnace in running order but, again, I'm not sure I actually got the 27 point tune-up that I was told I would get so I'm still debating on that. All in all, it was a good experience, though, and I appreciated Taylor taking the extra time to explain things to me and just being a nice guy.
