This is the second year in a row I’ve needed an HVAC company to come out for my system and both times I had another company come out and did nothing but try to sell me a new unit and say mine is non-fixable. Both times I called Smart HVAC out and both times they were able to have my HVAC fixed within 1520 minutes this year. It was just a filter and the company that came out before them didn’t even check the filter. They just said my AC was leaking and I needed a new one. They didn’t test the pressure they just said they assume it’s leaking because it was frozen. Give a call before you call anybody else and waste your money.

Alex Kiriuta knocked it out of the park. He went above and beyond to help us even when he realized the part wasn’t in stock, within 20 mins he sourced it and within 3 hours of the call AC was back and running. Will use his services again the future, a true professional.

We had our heat pump fail and needed a compressor. They answered all of my questions quickly though text and phone calls. Other companies will charge a little less and not even touch the unit. Then tell you it’s more if you want it pressure tested or etc.. When this HVAC company came out it was a standard fee and told me exactly what was wrong with it with a full detailed report though email that provided pictures and testing equipment. They use good parts, very pleased with installation as well. They made sure the system ran 100% before leaving. Also following up days later to check on us. Wonderful experience with a HVAC company when I have heard they can be nightmares. Thank you again! I will be sending my friends and family.

Alex and this company answer 7/24 so I got an immediate response at 7 pm and Alex came the next morning. He gave me tons of info and explained everything! And my house is cool again!! 100% recommend.

Alex was as professional and knowledgeable as it gets! He took time to explain and show mw what exactly was beginning to fail on our 20 year old HVAC system. Instead of jumping right into selling us a new system, he was very candid on our options on how to try and keep our existing system going if we wanted to do that. Given the advancements in newer systems, existing rebates and improved access to our system (not a furnace in the sweltering attic), we opted to purchase a new system that should last out our years in this home and lower our monthly bills. The new system quoted was as efficient and 1/3 lower cost than a quote we were given by another contractor about 18 months ago. I HIGHLY recommend Alex and this company to anyone with HVAC service needs!!!
