777 HVAC provides an excellent service. I had an issue with my AC and I thought that I would need to replace the whole unit which would cost me around $5000 thousand. When the technician came over to see what we can do, he first tested the system and figured out that there was enough of refrigerant when adding more would be cheaper than replacing a unit. Also he found another issue where there was a small leak and replaced the part, then added a refrigerant. He tested a system really good and measured the cooling temperature inside of the house. We now have a great system running and it cost us less than $1000 thousand. I would hire him again A++++, very honest and nice technician.

Alex is very thorough in his execution of a project. He takes his time to really study your equipment and make necessary repairs. My unit was set up wrong - I had to use the emergency heat option to get heat. He sorted that out and I now get heat on the heat option. He is quick with returning your calls and messages and that is a very professional trait liked by most customers. He is my HVAC go to for sure.

Alex was prompt, honest, caring, respectful, and does great work. He went above and beyond to find a universal board to repair our old heater that was made in the times of Noah. He also troubleshoot the old ESP filtration system that was not working and repaired it. We also decided to add a more modern air filtration system that would be easily accessible. Alex did a great job retrofitting and is an amazing professional that is hard to come by. Price was very competitive and didn’t break the bank.

We hired Smart HVAC to install a new ducted electric heat pump system in our house. Oleks (Alex) and his assistant built new custom sheet metal ducts to replace our old ones and professionally installed a new system.
