We came across the company through our home warranty provider and were very glad we did because their quote was significantly less than another local company. Despite the price difference, they still did incredibly high quality work. On top of that Rod was so kind, easy to work with, and a great communicator. We feel super fortunate that we've found our new go-to plumbing company. I highly recommend working with Cascade as they make the transition from strictly new construction into the repair space.

I was in desperate need of help with our dish washer and garbage disposal when I found Cascade Northwest Plumbing. I was a little skeptic cause I’ve had bad experiences but, I’m so glad that I stuck with them.
Zack came to work on reconnecting our dishwasher, garbage disposal and even repiped all the old pipes that were placed wrong. He really did an excellent and professional job and everything is working properly now. I would definitely use Cascade Northwest Plumbing again and hopefully Zach again.

I wouldn't trust my plumbing needs to anyone but Cascade Northwest Plumbing. We have used them twice now - for a shower valve repair and to install a new hot water heater. Their service is impeccable! They explain everything and are courteous and professional. Our water tank was replaced the same day we called them! Hats off to Kevin and Rod - I should call you the dynamic duo!

Very glad I called these guys. Had a cranky water heater and received the run-around from another company, with remote appointments and incomplete service. Cascade northwest plumbing was recommended by a friend and they were prompt, responsive, and their technician (super friendly, Rod) went above and beyond to make sure the replacement went smoothly and same day!! After three weeks of cold showers, I finally have hot water!!

I had a toilet that kept running no matter what I did to repair it. I made a call and they came out and gave me my options. I Liked how they didn't force anything, just gave me the options and let me come to my own decision. Now my toilet is staying home no more running! Haha! Highly recommend Kevin and his crew!

10 Stars! Cascade Northwest Plumbing saved the day for our family! Our hot water heater burst open and needed to be replaced. They worked quickly and got a new one set up fast, so we could have our hot water back! Also, they coordinated super well with our American Home Shield warranty and advocated for us to get it approved quickly. So thankful to this team. They really care about their customers and do the best they can to help.

Rod, the Service Manager at Cascade Northwest Plumbing, fixed our leaky CPVC piping quickly and with care. He was courteous, efficient, and left everything spotless. I really appreciate an organized technician who clearly knows his trade. Service was done on August 8, and though this review is a bit late, the quality deserves to be recognized.
