Never had their service before but was tailgated by one of their employees while he was texting on his phone. Very scary.

Called these guys up and they gave a rough quote over the phone, they made it out the next day and changed out my water heater at a great price.others wanted to send out an estimator and drag it out a few days.

SCAMMERS!!!!!
Where do I start.. we had our home warranty refer them for a job.. we called they said they wouldn’t work with our warranty.. we found someone else to come out next day.. that afternoon there was a guy on my porch from H2O.. he said sorry I didn’t have time to call??
I never got a phone call.. or an update or any warning they were sending someone. I told him someone else is coming because they said they wouldn’t use the home warranty.. he said oh well that got all worked out and I’m here now.. and I said no we’re good.. and he goes.. mind if come in and take a look since I’m here? I told him no again for a 3rd time and come to find out they charge $150 to show up and look! He was trying to make money off of a job we never asked them to come out for! -
We needed to have our septic located on our property and Andy had to leave to get a different tool but being it was an inconvenience for him he made it right and located it at no charge. I'll definitely be using I'm future and I highly recommend this company.

I really hate to leave a negative review, but my experience with this company leaves me little choice. We initially called H2O to inspect the anode rod on our water heater, replace if needed, and to please bring one with to the service call, because we were 99% sure it needed replaced. In addition, we had a little drip coming out the drain spigot, and asked that the spigot also be replaced.
When H2O arrived, the workmen explained they were backup workers, as they were shorthanded that day. These men normally do new installs instead of residential housecalls. Ok. No problem, right? Except they didn't really know what an anode rod is, where it is located, or what it is supposed to look like. They didn't bring a new one, or a new spigot. What they did do was notice some corroded pipe fittings and replaced those. In the meantime, my husband Googled the location of the anode rod, and the workmen were able to remove it for inspection. The rod was completely gone, leaving just a bare wire. The workmen tried to convince me that the wire looked normal, and the rod was fine, but they had mangled the fitting. While attempting to make the fitting round again, they apparently messaged a picture of the anode rod remnant to a coworker, who told them it was spent. Since they didn't bring a new one with them, we had to wait until the next day to get it replaced.
The next day, the regular residential workman came and replaced the anode rod. He also replaced the dripping spigot. All's well now, right? Not quite. The bill was quite astronomical with a charge for each visit, including time to drain the water heater twice. After some back and forth with the office, they agreed to take some off the bill to compensate for their mistake of not having the parts on hand, since we explicitly asked them to. Not the best of experiences here, but I think they did the best they could do to make up for their mistake.
Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I notice the water heater dripping out the bottom. I figured we'd gotten to the repairs too late and the water heater really was bad after all. I called a different plumber to install a new one for us. The install went fine, and I asked him to please remove the anode rod and spigot for us, so we could keep them as spare parts, since they were new. Upon removal, he found the spigot had not been installed correctly and had been leaking behind the shielding. It had been installed with the plumber's tape wrapped the wrong way, pushing the tape back on the threads, preventing a seal, instead of making a seal between the threads.
After paying for a whole new water heater and installation, we found the water heater wasn't bad after all, it just had a spigot installed wrong! Needless to say I am not happy with H2O plumbing's mistake, and it costing my family almost $1500 more in parts and labor. -
Call H20 because my water heater started leaking. They recommended to come look at it to see if it was repairable. I chose to just replace it as it is 18 years old. They were quick and able to come out the following day and replace it so I didn't have to deal with lukewarm water for very long. Skylee was awesome and the installer Jordan was friendly and awesome. Highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. 👍👍👍Thank you!
