We have had two separate issues in the last month (sigh), and All County have been on time and done a great job. In both cases they charged less than I was expecting.

I have used all country plumbing three times now and each time they were very very nice efficient and the service was very prompt they were here right away and fixed everything I would definitely recommend them and use them again five stars worth 100 stars

Very expensive!! The guy turned a knob on our tankless water heater and automatically $275, plus our other water heaters pilot lite went out and that was another $275 plus the $150 for them to just drive to your house....I’ll be using other plumbers from now on.

Call ACP and they were able to come out and assess everything extremely quickly. Fast and easy, will be using next time I need any plumbing work done

I had been waiting all week for another company that no-call/no-showed, soon as my homeowners warranty company called ACP, they were out the next day and got done what we needed. Thank you for the prompt service!

Questionable business practice.

Repeatedly requested I state my plumbing issue was an "emergency".
I Asked " what constitutes a plumbing emergency? "
Response: whether you get a call back today or tomorrow.
FYI: they do an up charge for emergency calls but will not give you an estimate for what those charges ultimately will be.

Scott and Jim worked hard to get us started with city sewer connection. Jim worked hard and was kind to my curious kids and big dog.

These guys are GREAT. First of all, someone actually answers the phone. They work you into their schedule regardless of the size of the job, and I have had them both. Most recent was driving a nail into a plastic pipe on a Friday afternoon. One of their guys stopped by on his way home so that I would have water during the weekend, now that is service.

Had a guy come out and tell me I needed a new faucet. Said he'd have to order it and that it would take a week or two. He said he would come back when it came in and there was no need to schedule an appointment. Two weeks later and still no-show; waited a third week before I called, lady on the phone was very nice and said she would have him call me--two weeks later and still no-show or even a phone call. I called again, they said they'd have him call me, waited a week for a call (and made sure they had my info and phone number) and still nothing! I decided to just do it myself, and what do you know?--I ordered the same exact faucet on amazon and received it in 2 days! Waited nearly 6 weeks with zero communication. All County was my preferred plumbing co, but after this experience I will definitely be crossing them off of my contacts list.

Shout out to ACP for saving me every time I've called them! From leaks, to tubs, to water tanks, they have saved my sanity and a lot of money. Amazing customer service, skilled technicians, fast response time and light on the pocketbook. Why are you still reading this? Give them a call!

Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. Came out to fix and service our whole house water filtration system, and did a great job. Showed up on time, courteous, very informative and exceeded all expectations.

I called All County Plumbing with a serious water leak underground between the meter and the house. The guys came to work on time and began the work. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to work with and had excellent senses of humor. Even though it was a very tough job with the tree roots and the rocks in our neighborhood they worked hard right through it. And the price was right. Very impressed by ACP and I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

All County Plumbing re-did all of our bathrooms (we replaced the basins, bathroom fixtures and toilets) about 2 years ago. They communicated with us through the whole process about exactly what we wanted, what it was going to cost, and about how long it would take. They completed the project under their original bid estimate and the work was completed in an amazingly short period of time on the day of installation.

They replaced our gas water heater when it went out last year and just recently came out and fixed an issue with the master bath toilet. While they were here, they checked the other two toilets as well.

They are the only people I call when I have a plumbing issue or repair that is needed.

All County Plumbing was sent to our home to do plumbing work on a bathroom remodel we had done last fall (September) the plumbers they sent were very efficient! They arrived to the house when they said they would come, their communication with us was excellent and they did really excellent work! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done for them!

We had an appointment for window between 10 and 12 this morning. The plumber called around noon (at the very end of the window) and said that he was running late. Said that he would call before 2 and come over. It's now after 2 and no call. And I sat here all day waiting for them. The person at the office was not sympathetic when I called. I've heard good referrals about this place from other people, good friends in fact. I will be telling them of my experience. It seems that some service people think or know that their time is more important than ours. I might also suggest that the person scheduling the plumbers keep in mind that almost every job runs over. And not try to cram too many appointments into one day.

My review is overdue, as I haven't needed them for a few months, gladly, but I still wanted to let people know about my experience. I called the office and talked to two very nice women that were incredible to work with. I work six days a week and am single mom, so at this point, my water heater being out was me without a shower in three days. They were both extremely sympathetic and nice. Next come the actual plumbers. Two of them, 20 minutes later (actually at my house).
This is the part I have been having trouble with as far as writing a review: they didn't charge me. I didn't want to say that and have people think that this is the place you go for free plumbing, but since they take bad hot water heaters out all the time the guy told me that when he can tell the thermo couple is still good in a bad hot water heater he saves them and replaced mine for free. The two men spent about an hour at my house. He chose not to charge me and fixed my problem for free, I am not saying that you will also have a free visit, but I do know for sure that anyone in any service industry that is this honest should be applauded and recommended for repeat business. I know, now, for my personal preference, this is the only plumber I will call.

Called on a Friday morning, Richie arrived ahead of schedule and was quickly able to figure out the issues with our basement pump. The team dealt with our unconventional installation and quickly resolved issues that had been building since before we purchased our house. They also explained exactly what was wrong and detailed options for preventive maintenance. I was very pleased.
