I normally don't provide rating for a service provider. But I feel compelled to rate Clog Pro as we have 100% satisfaction with their excellent work. Jesse has been in the business for a long time, and was able to quickly pinpoint the source of the problem for a clogged drain in our house. Josh came out the following day, and used water jetting to de-clog it. Their work was really smooth and very efficient. I highly recommend Clog Pro for your consideration if you have plumbing issues.

Josh was very proficient and explained the whole process. He also acknowledged my Veteran status and honored a Veteran discount. Josh also let me know about my 90 day warranty. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. If I need their services again, I will definitely be calling CLOG PRO. If I could give Josh 10 stars I would. This is the first review I've ever posted. Jesse and Josh came out for Clog Pro and I will never use another plumbing company again. Responsive, knowledgable, extremely polite, they fixed my issue. But here's the thing: they are fairly priced. I've paid two times as much for easier jobs. I will recommend them to everyone wholeheartedly. The best, no question.

I was very happy with the service provided by Clog Pro. Josh came out and was very personable and informative. He explained everything he was doing and patiently answered all my questions. I also felt the pricing was fair. I will contact Clog Pro again if I need service and I would recommend them. They are honest, fairly priced and do a good job.

ClogPro replaced sewer line from house to street August 10th, 2018 and did an exceptional job. Everyone I came into contact with from the company was professional and pleasant and good at their job -- from the person who first took my call (Kim?), to Jesse who gave us an accurate cost estimate and answered all our questions, to Theresa who gave an accurate start date, to the crew who did the work -- Phil, Damien, Francisco and Gaspar. They used quality materials, with surebands at connection points, did not damage trees nor sidewalk nor curb. I was amazed at how neatly they cleaned up the site when all was done. I highly recommend ClogPro!

Marsh and his helper was awesome. When you have a disaster on the weekend, these Clog Pro crew came to rescue. From the moment I contacted them, they were professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable.

I hired Clog Pro to connect my house to city sewer. My home in Vancouver was built in the 1950s and had a septic system rather than being hooked up to the sewer. My understanding is that if the septic tank or drainfield ever needed replacement, the city would require I hook up to the city sewer. I decided to have that done now rather than having to do it in an emergency in the future, or having a future owner of the house deal with it when they wouldn't know what obstacles there are in the ground to have to work around than I do.

I used Yelp reviews to pick two contractors to get cost estimates from. One was located in the Portland suburbs and one in Clark County. The cost was expensive but I expected that because the hookup needed to be a pumped system that goes around the yard and up the driveway, not a simple gravity connect from house to street.

One contractor indicated I should initiate a hook up permit to the city so I went there. One of the tasks of the job was right-of-way work in the street to hookup to the sewer that runs along the middle of the street. The city gave me a list of contractors who are on their approved list who have done that work with the city before. I looked through the list and didn't find either of the contractors that I had picked so far, but found one that looked like a possible third option- Clog Pro. I didn't look into Clog Pro prior to that because I figured from their name that they specialize in unclogging drains and pipes rather than other plumbing work. But their web site listed sewer connections as one of the things they do. So they came and looked over the project and gave an estimate. Discussing the job with the Clog Pro supervisor (Jesse), his understanding of the job impressed me the most, although the other two companies probably would have done a good job also. Also, Clog Pro's price was lower than the other two. I hired Clog Pro.

I had always dreaded going ahead with this project because of the things that could go wrong. For example, the sewer pipe had to go close to some wires in the ground that control valves for my irrigation system, and I was worried they might be damaged. But the project went incredibly smoothly, no problems. From when I first got the estimate it was only about two weeks until the job was completed. I would never have thought that this job would go so smoothly. I am extremely impressed with the job they did, as well as how reasonable their charges were.

Jesse and his team at Clog Pro went above and beyond to assist us with a backed up sewer line. Within an hour, a Clog Pro tech came out to diagnose the issue and clear out our sewer backup, while also cleaning up the sewage water that backed into our basement. He scheduled us for a sewer scope the very next morning. Jesse came out to take a look at the line and even called the City of Portland on our behalf to get them to inspect the scope video the same day. Jesse and technician Josh were able to clear out the rootball that had worked its way into the line and the line is up and flowing again. If you find yourself needing help with your clogged issues, I highly recommend Jesse, Josh, and the team at Clog Pro Plumbing & Drain. Their professionalism, knowledge, and care for your home is unmatched.

Clog Pro provided excellent service and we can't thank them enough for their work. They were informative about what needed to be done and got right to it. The house is older and had several issues along the way but they tackled them like true Pros. Thank you!

Called for an emergency faucet replacement. Showed up sooner than he originally estimated, replaced the outside faucet with all new piping, in maybe an hour. Super quick, polite, great work and very reasonable pricing. Will use again.

If you don't use Matt and Ryan for your plumbing needs, you should. Matt will give you his honest opinion without trying to upsell you on other things. He'll be frank with whether it needs to be fixed or not. Very reasonable compared to other bids.
