Will was very helpful, gave me some good news too. House inspector made me think I had leaks and mostly galvanized pipe. Not the case... I will be having them do the rest of the pipes the correct way.

One of the guys from Burfitt Plumbing installed a home water conditioning system at my house. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm very satisfied with the system and the quality of our water now. I would highly recommend Burfitt Plumbing for all your Plumbing needs.

Shocked to look at my water bill and see the spike in my usage. After talking with Vancouver PUD, I received 3 bids to replace my main water line. I had the old blue fragile pipe and my house is 20 years old. I was well past due.
Burfitt was one of 3 bids I received. They had the simplest solution to the issue and the solution appeared to be the most common when I did some research on the issue.
They gave me a bid on Friday, and were able to start work on Monday morning. The job ended up being harder than expected due to a sharp turn in the line, as well as how deep the original line was. They were professional, clean, and worked to get my water back on as soon as possible. The front yard looks like they were never there. Would recommend and would call on them again to resolve issues. 5 Stars.

Tyler did a great job on the estimate, providing several options, lots of pertinent information, and answers to all my questions. Josh did great on the installation - answering questions, providing a clean installation, and finishing the work right on schedule. Highly recommend this company.

How to my house Re Pipe. These guys came in in the morning and they were done early afternoon. I put tarps down for my carpet. Answered any of all of my questions. And did a fantastic job. I can’t believe I was brushing my teeth with the water coming through this pipe. Not anymore. Thank you again true plumbing you did a fantastic job

Jesse came in on a work order for my apartment. He was able to identify the issue with the plumbing, and quickly fix the issue. Was thorough, effective, and professional. Definitely the kind of person you want to work on your housing/apartment needs.

Eric and the other employee were polite and knowledgeable! They reseated our wobbly (broken bolt) toilet and replaced all the worn out materials underneath (wax ring and more) It was also crooked before and now it is installed correctly, it is sturdy and straight and not running water! Nick was great. Turned out it was just a loose connection. Nick tightened it and stayed it teach me about plumbing too. He showed me how to turn the water off to my house, and about Moen flow valves so I I can detect leaks in the future throughout my entire home, instead of waiting for a leak to appear. Thanks Nick!

Had two guys, Jason & Cameron, in within an hour of calling. They assessed and fixed our clogged pipes with a quickness. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will use again.

Jason and Cameron were courteous and professional. They wasted no time in getting to work and figuring out what the problem was. After finishing the repair, Cameron told me that he crawled the underneath of my house and inspected the other water lines. As a former business owner, I can appreciate the value of good employees. I honestly feel that 700.00 was on the high side for how minor of a problem that was fixed.

When I need a plumber I always call True Plumbing. They are professionals! Eric is my usual guy and he is competent, polite and responsive to my concerns! Misty is the office is always prompt in returning my call! I highly recommend this company.

We just moved into our new house and needed some plumbing help. Josh from True Plumbing was fantastic! He cleaned and sealed a really dirty drain pipe and also caulked our tub, and did so on short notice. Everything looks great now and works perfectly. Super professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We’ll definitely be calling True Plumbing again for future projects. Highly recommend!

We rent, our management company had True Plumbing come by to check out a faulty water heater. Within an hour, Jason and Cameron removed and installed the new water efficiently and professionally. Nice guys

I had unexplained water in my kitchen. Nick came to check it out and correctly identified a leaky tub in my dishwasher. He kindly agreed to check in the crawlspace to make sure I did not have water that leaked through the flooring. He came back up with the good news the dishwasher leak was surface only and had not gone through. But my 50 year old wastewater pipes beneath the house were leaking at several seams (with pictures). We agreed on cost and timing to replace them. While he was here I had been picking his brain for information on water heaters as my unit was at least 17 years old and might fail any day. I think he gave me his honest opinion about in line water heaters and heatpump styles. He could have sold me on either but recommended I stick with a good quality standard tank style. I also asked him about a couple of other leak issues I had. I then requested he replace both my toilets with taller ADA type toilets as well as fix my leaks. All this was agreed to on Wednesday, and scheduled for Friday. Nick was here all day Friday and handled all the replacements with care, fixed my leaks and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I am very pleased and would have no hesitation using and recommending True Plumbing for any plumbing issue in future.

Josh and Cameron from True plumbing did an excellent job. They were thorough, cleaned up after job. Did nice looking work. They identified an issue with the new gas range they were installing and saved the day. Recommend true plumbing. Nice polite guys.

Water heater went down around 2 pm. Called true plumbing and Cameron and Jason came out around 3:30 pm. They got us back in hot water same day. Did not expect that as they had to remove and replace unit. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great Job!
