I wish I could give more than 5 stars as Erick was outstanding in all the aspects of delivering high customer satisfaction. Once he assessed the issue with our backyard garden faucet, he gave us an option whether we wanted the repair on the spot which we gladly accepted. His expertise kicked in. Erick knew exactly what needs to be done and intuitively knew where the source of main pipe to access to start the repair even to an older house that we have. Erick took less than an hour even when it started to get dark. True Plumbing is now our go to for any plumbing needs in the future. Thank you for having Erick on your team as an outstanding Technician and we will be sure to request his expertise, if possible, in the future. We had a good experience with True Plumbing. They communicated well from our initial request for a quote to the completed job. Jason came to assess our leak, gave us an estimate and set up a repair appointment for the next business day. Jason and Jesse were very professional and efficient. They finished the needed repair, then replaced a leaking faucet, as well.
We appreciated their quick response and ability to meet our needs!

Had a great experience with Jason today. I had issues with my Garbage disposal and sprayer and he was very patient with fixing and getting me up and running with a brand new faucet. He also asked if I had any other plumbing problems which I did, and with no hesitation he fixed that which probably down the road would have cost me hundreds of dollars. Cameron and Jason are the ultimate professionals! On time, polite, and speedy without rushing. Extremely personable. We like their work so much we asked for an additional estimate for a bathroom remodel, which they completed on the spot. This is the second time we have used True Blue and now they are our go-to plumbing professionals!

We had a very good experience working with Jesse. Our water heater replacement unfortunately turned into a much bigger project due to our extremely old pipes, but True Plumbing was able to book the urgent work we needed quickly and with a big enough crew to get the job done efficiently. Misty in the office is also very helpful. We would hire this company again.

Nick was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he very friendly, he was confident in the work he was doing, and the craftsmanship shows! Our new shower insert/tub is beautiful. The crew at True Plumbing again did not disappoint! I've used them many ti.es professionally, but today I am so happy to say they were great replacing my plumbing throughout my own house. They arrived on time. Did a great job replacing two toilets in the house very professionally. Needed access to the crawl to add a pressure valve and to do so they had to move stuff to gain access to the crawl after doing that they put it back as well. Jason did a great job. Thanks again
