The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Not just a plumbing company with any company. The circus act that I had to put up with is unacceptable was unacceptable. Three years later, I am still dealing with the mess. As I stand here and write this, I am dealing with yet another leak from there inferior workmanship.
How does one install a brand new water heater and then twist the lines so horribly to make them fit? And I stand there and I look at those lines and I say to the technician/Plumber those are going to burst. Oh no ma’am they will not. Well, two years down the road the first one burst. And of course there’s no warranty at that point. And I get a quote for are you sitting down?… $1000. Yes $1000 to replace one line. Of a line that they installed two years previously. Let me know that I of course did not go with them to fix that. As of this moment of this writing, I am now standing in my laundry room with the second line that has burst. At the same Bend that they twisted and I made note of And pointed out and said that is going to burst. Oh no ma’am, that will not burst. Well, it has. What kind of a corrupt business is this that they do installations in such a way that they have to have callbacks and then charge such an extraordinary amount of money gouging amount of money? Not only am I writing this, but I am writing many letters as of this moment. I have photographs I have recordings. Mike Sarakin watch out because I am pissed off. I am so pissed off. How dare you come into my home and charge me the amount of money For such a crappy job. You re-ran some lines right over an electrical outlet. Who runs waterlines over an electrical outlet? Well apparently, Sarakin Plumbing does. And you think giving me a little bit of a discount was worth it no. I hope that everybody reads this. You have no idea just what you have just opened up in me. The fury. You think you’re gonna get away with this you are not. If this kills me to bring your company down I will. How dare you, Mike Sarakin. I am coming after you
IT JUST KEEPS ON GETTING BETTER. IT’S JANUARY 4, 2026. AND I JUST WALKED OUT TO MY KITCHEN TO A FLOOD. APPARENTLY THERE IS NO STRENGTH IN THIS PLUMBING COMPANY EITHER. NO ONE CAN TIGHTEN THE PIPE UNDER MY SINK. FOR WHEN I HAD A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL INSTALLED AT THE SAME TIME THIS OTHER MESS HAPPENED. THE HAND TIGHTENING JUST WASN’T STRONG ENOUGH. AND I DO NOT KEEP ANYTHING UNDER MY SINK. SO THERE’S NO CLAIM TO SOMETHING BUMPING INTO IT OR LOOSENING IT. AND IT IS NOT CRACKED BROKEN OR STRESSED IN ANY OTHER WAY. SO NOW THAT MY HARDWOOD FLOORS ARE FLOATING. AND I SPENT THE LAST HOUR AND A HALF CLEANING UP WATER. I ONCE AGAIN HAVE THIS WONDERFUL, FABULOUS PLUMBING COMPANY TO THANK. THE HOURS I HAVE SPENT CLEANING UP THEIR MESS. THE STRESS THIS COMPANY HAS CAUSED ME. AM I EARLIER WRITING? I SAID I WAS COMING AFTER THEM. BUT SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT IN MY LIFE CAME UP. MAKE NO MISTAKE THIS TIME. I WILL COME AFTER YOU. HOW DARE YOU COME OUT INTO PEOPLES HOMES AND CHARGE THEM WHAT YOU DO. THE LAST YOUNG PLUMBER THAT YOU SENT OUT TO MY HOME TOLD ME THE INSIDE SCOOP ON JUST WHAT YOU DO AND I RECORDED HIM. I KNOW WHAT YOU PEOPLE DO. AND IT IS UNETHICAL. I NOW HAVE THE TIME TO COME AFTER YOU IN THIS FLOOD TONIGHT IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO MOVE ON THIS. YOUR COMPANY IS PATHETIC AND YOU PRAY ON PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY. WATCH YOUR BACK.

Bad experience!!! Was informed by PUD of a water leak very large 3.5 gpm by there technician that came out was recommended to hire a water leak detection company asap I hired this company Ciro came out I walked the property explained the situation told him all I needed was to located the leak I would handle the rest had the excavator ready to dig I just didn’t want to tear up all my lawn trying to find it that’s why I was hiring there location services he said ok and that they would find it and between 1-2 ft location of leak and the rates were $450 plus tax for 2 hrs and $100 plus hr after that handed him $500 cash on the spot 2 workers showed up right after at 12:15 am and left at 12:49 am they did there thing and both agreed that the leak was under my carport concrete slab I asked are you guys sure it’s there that’s the worst place to be I’ll have to tear out the slab they said positive I said ok I mean your the professionals with the right equipment I’m not a plumber but I’d say it’s over by the well house that area but okay I’m listening to you guys that’s what I’m paying for mark the spot and I’ll take over main pipe was 66inches deep i documented everything there wasn’t a drop of water anywhere!!! Grabbed the machine and started to dig along and found the leak 33ft away to be exact in the spot I had mentioned ! Spent $50 on supplies and fixed it

I called Ciro and told him everything he said that it was the first time this happened and that the office would contact me to send someone out to assess the situation I was contacted by the secretary and told that all they could do was reimburse me my money and that it was very unfortunate this happened that there service was never guaranteed told her that its upsetting because this is exactly why I hired them to not be guessing where to dig that If I was told at point of sale not guaranteed then I would have kept my $500 and guess on my own for free didn’t need someone to come charge me $450 for 40 minutes to be guessing ! Still I said look just even do a patch on the slab I’m not picky person but so I can use my carpot (this is where my wife parks and loads up our small kids when it’s raining outside)
She said no and that she was sorry this was not resolved and no one ever came out in person got a check for my money for the fee only back this is my first ever review on here be cautious !!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY ARE TRASH!!! THEY CAUSED A LEAK IN MY WALL AND FLOODED MY HOUSE AND REFUSED TO TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IT. THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THEY CAN COME ASSESS THE LEAK THAT THEY CAUSED IF I PAID THEM AN ADDITIONAL 450.00 FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES. THE TECH CLAIMED HE TESTED FOR LEAKS BEFORE HE LEFT BUT THERE WEREN'T ANY WHICH IS A WHOLE ENTIRE LIE. I HAD TO TURN THE WATER OFF TO MY HOUSE BY MYSELF ON A WEDNESDAY AND THE SOONEST THEY SAID THEY COULD COME AND FIX WHAT THEY BROKE WAS ON MONDAY!!!! THIS SERVICE IS TRASH!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

This is my first time using Sarkinen Electrical and I was on guard expecting a bad experience. However Walker Nash was a excellent representation for that company. Professional and Knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable and I like how they give 3 options of pricing for required work after an inspection. Work was quick and clean! I really appreciate their service.

Dustin and Tanner were incredible to work with. Very professional, did an amazing job and will definitely work with them again!!

I am beyond happy with the work I have had to had done. My house was completely repiped in two days, Bert and Mike or Matt? Gosh I suck with names were really great to work with. They were respectful, let me know everything they were doing, informed of the crazy things the original owners and builders did and fixed them. I also had them put a new hot water heater in and a new shower insert. If there is ever a need for a plumber again they will be my first call.

Fast, efficient, and friendly. Michael fixed our drain problem quickly and answered all our questions. This was the second time Sarkinen resolved our needs and they are definitely our Go To plumbers for any future issues.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mick because our bathtub drain was clogged, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. From the moment he arrived, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly kind. Mick went above and beyond to ensure our drain was completely unclogged, working quickly and efficiently without cutting corners. He explained how our plumbing worked and was clear about the work he would do.

What really stood out was his personable attitude—he was friendly, communicative, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue to our satisfaction. Because of his exceptional service, I will absolutely be calling Sarkinen Home Services for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend Mick and the team!

I would like to leave a review on work which was done today by Mike. I would like to say "Thank you very much, Mike!" for his nice work.

Mike quickly fixed all problems with my clogged sewer, tested the drain system and gave me suggestions on how to avoid these situations in the future. He provided a lot of useful information about your company, available services, discount options, membership, etc,. I found all this information very useful, and I would like to have business only with your company now! Because of Mike's attitude, great communication skills and high professionalism! I will also recommend your company to my friends.

Plumber came by 3 times, says he couldn’t get it to leak. I can get it to leak every time after 20-30 min. The last time he just left without saying anything to me. Got charged and paid $350 for absolutely no work other than cutting holes in my ceiling and walls (understandable - in order to see the leak). Look elsewhere if possible.

Our water heater's supply line sprung a leak. Made an appointment with Nicole (she was charming) and they came out to assess. Their price was OVER DOUBLE what we ended up spending with a competitor. Get a competing bid before hiring. They may do good work - but I found their prices are out of line.

Appreciate our recent service call from Sarkinen. Dustin and Tyler did an awesome job at our place. Would definitely recommend them and will work with them again in the future!

I had two technicians come out for two separate services and both were extremely professional and kind. Mick was great to work with and Kristina I believe (sorry if name is wrong) was knowledgeable and prompt. My family and I appreciate the work they did and we would/ will recommend them to any of our friends and family in the future.

On March 14th, Sarkinen Plumbing come out to clear my drain for my washer on their "$49 dollar special for one drain."

The guy that came out (Tommy) had this to say, "For this job, I attempted to snake drain line. I was unable to get snake past P-trap." on my invoice. He did not attempt to disassemble the p-trap to verify that was the issue. He was sure that the p-trap was totally blocked. He had his supervisor come out to give me a bid for fixing this issue.

Supervisor was here within just a few hours, and we discussed the issue, and he gave me a couple options. One was "We will open wall and cut out San tee in wall replace with new install new p trap and laundry box drain only When we have line open we will snake drain line to attempt to restore flow no warranty as we don’t know what going on inside the slab" for $1550 with no warranty.

The other option: "We will run drain line expose in laundry room bring line out of house drop into slab in ground in back yard run about 10 feet to 3 inch clean out tie into sewer line test to ensure no leaks. 5 year warranty for any clogs". This option was $7500.

I was discussing my options with my boyfriend, and he was able to unscrew the p-trap (which was NOT clogged AT ALL) and snake the drain line with a rental snake from Home Depot. He was quite surprised the p-trap was not disassembled by Tommy as part of the service. He drove 2 hours to come down to fix the problem. He was Very Upset that your company seemed to be taking advantage of a senior woman like this.

I was up and running again within 1 hour.

The only positive thing was the response time to my initial call.

Dylan was very thorough and professional in estimating our job. Dustin and Tanner did a great job with our installation.

Needed frost free sillcock replaced, Google it said should cost 350 to 550 they came and said 850 which I thought was too much. Did a good job though prices are high.

Mick was friendly, on time, and efficient! I appreciate his communication in arrival times, a clear estimate after looking at the problem and his quick work!

Once again very pleased with the work I received from Sarkinen.. Matthew Felton was excellent dealing with our Toro toilet issue along with a few other minor issues

We had an awesome assessment a week prior and then a brand new hot water heater and whole house water filtration system installed 6 days later. Both times the techs were on time, efficient, communicative and tidy. We are so happy we found Sarkinen!

They definitely sell your data. They're the only plumbers I called and I had 2 separate plumbing supply and repair companies cold call me within a week.

Not to mention, the guy looked at it for about 2 seconds, told me I needed to replace the whole faucet for a simple leak, and wanted to charge me over a grand.

Jordan is a great representative for Sarkinen Plumbing! Clearly a highly trained and knowledgeable plumber with great social skills that leave you with confidence in this teams abilities.
