Visited this store on a Friday afternoon. I noticed they were a bit busy, and I waited patiently for a few minutes before being helped.

They didn't have the sink faucet cartridge I needed, but they gave me the part number for one from a big box store. That part arrived today and it installed perfectly.

I'm taking this opportunity to say thank you to the gentlemen who helped me get the right part. You guys rock!

This is a great place to get your plumbing and electrical supplies. The employees are super helpful and know their stuff. I walked in, not having a clue what the part I needed was called, and they took the time to help me figure it out and had it in stock.

I can't say enough how happy I with their help. I had tried Home Depot and Parkrose (no disrespect to Parkrose because I love that place and they have helped me many times) but I found the part I needed, for a third less of the cost at Ferguson. PLUS the advice and tips they gave me helped solve my issue that was driving me nuts. I am so relieved!! Thank you!! Photo isn't great but that shiny new part saved the day! When you need plumbing help, start with the plumbing specialists!

I spoke to the receptionist ask to speak to the owner and the lady kept trying pass me off the estimator. She than asked me my number and I thought I was getting somewhere, she said she will have the owner call me. I asked her if she wanted my name, she hung up. I called back three times immediate and received no answer. Camille the receptionist name and she is very rude.

RSP helped us with a major remodel on our home. Their crews were always on time, polite and had a high level of quality on their workmanship. Highly recommend!

I have been PM Asst for 2 1/2 years and we have used these guys on every job. They are awesome! They are on time, efficient, and have all of the equipment needed to do the job in a timely manner. When they leave our jobsite the area is clean with all trash removed. Working with the office staff and supervisor is smooth and correct. I'd recommend these guys anyone for residential or commercial!

My garbage disposal was jammed with an object and the company was notified by my builder, they responded the same day with a phone call and set up a time. Patrick confirmed my appointment and arrived on time to fix my disposal. He was very professional and prompt. I am so pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of this local business. Russell & Sons Plumbing plumed my Renaissance home here in Portland. When I looked for a referral from Renaissance to install a whole house water filtration system in my garage, they recommended that I hire them since they were already familiar with my home. I love that this is a multi-generational family business. I have had a very positive experience from the moment I contacted Matt and consulted with him about the job via phone and email, to welcoming Patrick and Kevin at my front door when they arrived to do the installation. I would describe the customer service as exemplary, and found everyone involved to be very courteous, respectful, supportive and helpful. I felt that they sincerely cared about the job and me as their customer. No wonder Renaissance hires them to plum the homes they build. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

This weekend at my brand new lease up apartment community one of our sewer pipes broke. I called Lauren Saturday morning and within an hour he had dispatched Henry. Henry came out on his weekend and had the pipe completely replaced within an hour and a half. Steller commitment and dedication to help. I cannot recommend this company enough. With RSP on your side emergencies are handled with ease and care. Thank you Lauren and Henry and RSP!!!!

We converted from a (70-year-old) septic system to the city sewer, and had met with about a half dozen contractors to do all the drains under our home. When I met Matt (the owner), he came across as a knowledgeable and down-to-earth guy. The initial bid was very competitive, and the final bill matched that amount. Communications were excellent weeks before and throughout the project. All the work was done in just over 4 hours, about half the time I had expected! Except for the last 45 minutes during final connections, all the work was completed without any inconvenience to us. The two workers were courteous and professional. I’ve attached some photos of the first-class job they did. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Sean is absolutely phenomenal! He diagnosed our mini split system leakage by way of a thorough inspection. He then provided exceptional customer service by explaining everything in details I could understand and promptly and efficiently resolved our issues. Hand down, would recommend!

Wow! Had a major leak that my home warranty missed and was going to charge me almost a 1/3 more than RJ plumbing charged. Sent photos and he came out in 48 hours and made the repairs. Couldn’t ask for better and quicker customer service! Highly recommend them!

Ricky was excellent! fast repair, diagnosed the problem quick and was able to get our tub leak fixed without issue. He gave us multiple options to choose from with the lineup, was receptive and incredibly courteous. An absolute gentleman and an excellent resource in the community.

I had a really great experience with Sarkenin Plumbing!! Starting with Caitlin , who answered my call and was very friendly and helpful and spoke again later to her when my technician was enroute… very helpful.
Chris, my technician was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to look at my dishwasher and sink issues and did a great job solving the problem…
I now consider Sarkinen my go to for plumbing…. Looks like they do a lot of things there…so, that’s great too!
