Eric repaired a leaking pipe from washing machine drain. He was polite and efficient. He brought the washer box up to code. Left the area clean and tidy. I will be calling True Plumbing for all future projects requiring a competent and capable plumber.

Anyone looking for plumbing needs can stop your search right here. True plumbing does outstanding work at a reasonable price. My home had dated plumbing and needed a full re-piping. It was a big job. I got five bids and True Plumbing was the least cost by a long shot. Nick is super knowledgeable, friendly and responsive as was the crew. It was a big job and they got in, worked hard, fast, completed early and everything is up to code. They are a true local business that you want to support. Don't waste any more time and energy searching for bigger, better or cheaper. Really. I won't ever use anyone else.

Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. Our plumber, Nick, went above and beyond to give us a reasonable assessment of plumbing needs, including being aware of how to plumb and have things fit within our budget. He was highly informative, and respectively left decisions up to us. He was thorough and alerted us to issues we didn’t consider, and very responsive in addressing our questions and concerns. By the conclusion of his visit we have full confidence in Nick!

True Plumbing has been doing work for me for over 2 years. Nothing but good to say. Somehow they offer better rates coming out from
Vancouver to Kalama than any of the local shops. The work has always been good and held up well.

I just had them come out to deal with a leak on a water purification system they installed a year and a half ago - they came out right away, swapped out the broken unit and didn’t charge me a thing.

True Plumbing provided quick and efficient responses and service. They contacted me within 15 minutes of my posting of a need for a plumber and came the next day. They were right on time. Their plumber, Jesse, was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and explained the details of the work he was going to do and its associated costs very well. He took the time to give us details and also showed us some of the challenges of the work he was doing. He clarified costs very well so that we understood the components of the work. He worked quickly and capably. I would use True Plumbing again

Submitted two maintenance tickets through our property management. Jason did a great job fixing our toilet and checking the water leak in our dishwasher. He was on time, professional, and very helpful.

They were very quick at coming out once contacted (within around an hour.) Jason & Cameron were very polite and professional, went above and beyond just doing a quick fix and made sure the rest of the system was good to go. Thank you!

Great work, Nick did a fantastic job on a ‘honey-do’ item I was dreading (replacement toilet). Good guy to talk to and had lots of good knowledge of local contractors as well. Also, he showed up 2 hours earlier than the time estimate I was given. Work was done efficiently and well. Thanks!

Nick was a G I got a new water heater. My live in aid was excited that he could take a shower longer then 4min now. I appreciated Nick he let us know every step he was doing kept letting us know about how long it would take to input the new water heater. I would recommend Nick anytime. I also liked that Nick asked after installing the water heater, is there any other plumbing issues that we like him to look at that if there were he could take care of them now for us. *****+ Stars for Nick

Cameron and Jason came to fix a pipe issue under our kitchen sink that has been causing problems for some time. We had another plumber come out before who didn’t really solve the problem. Cameron and James were very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to fix the issue so we don’t have to keep dealing with the same problem over and over again. They checked out all the sinks in my house and the crawl space and checked my water pressure. I would definitely have them come back in the future if we have more plumbing issues.

Nick K and manager was super cool. Very friendly and professional. Came after hours to fix my water heater and was just really good. I recommend them highly.

Misty was a pleasure to work with over the phone. Contractors were in & out so it was challenging to pin point a time for the plumber to come over. Nick was most knowledgeable and professional.

Thank you so much to Nick for coming to fix our toilet and unclogging it. Very professional and not only did he check my toilet but he made sure the shower sinks water pressure was well working. He also checked for any leaks. What a good hard working person! Didn’t leave any room for error🙏

Thank you Jason and Jesse for doing such a fantastic job. We were having a bad leak that seemed to be coming from the sink but it turned out to be a pipe in our shower. They did a fantastic job replacing the spout and valve! Looks like nothing even happened.

We had a leak in our plumbing in the attic. It was a slow trickle that quickly was coming down the wall and ceiling after an hour. After shutting off the water and calling True Plumbing, they sent someone within 2 hours. Nick was professional, explained every step of the process and took care of the problem in about 2 hours total. He solved an issue that had been sitting dormant for 30 years. He was kind and friendly, and did a great job of helping us understand what happened and ways to prevent it in the future.
I hope we don't need to, but will call them again with any plumbing needs.

Great experience with True Plumbing Co. LLC. With a 20 year old, 80 gallon water heater on its last leg and leaking, I had many questions, but little time. Worked with Jesse S. on two separate occasions prior to the install to deal with these questions and feel he was straightforward and very honest. Many ways we could have gone and really appreciate the end result. Thanks Jesse.

JESSE was prompt, amiable and knowledgeable. Our simple corner toilet replacement stalled due to lack of access to reorient the toilet mounting flange, and was able to offer two solutions to avoid the time and hassle of cutting into basement ceiling. When your only toilet is down, and help arrives within an hour, it it worth recognition.

Highly recommend them.

Nick and Cameron were super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I've been dealing with residue and small black flakes coming out of my bathtub tap and they let me know that unfortunately the issue was not something they could fix, but they gave me good advice about other options! They were knowledgeable about the building and it's history, and said it was a common issue in old Vancouver buildings.
